Berbagai macam teknik batik diantaranya batik cap, batik tulis dan batik jumputan. Batik jumpatan di Jepang lebih dikenal dengan istilah batik shibori. Shibori adalah teknik pewarnaan kain dengan menciptakan motif dari lipatan yang sudah ada sejak abad ke-8. Proses pembuatan batik shibori lebih cepat daripada batik lainnya dan tidak memerlukan bahan yang sulit. Motif batik yang menarik dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan masyarakat membatasi kontak fisik secara langsung. Hal ini mengakibatkan kreativitas masyarakat kurang terasah. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat. Metode penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei, dokumentasi dan observasi. Peserta pelatihan adalah ibu-ibu PKK Dusun Lengkong, Desa Kedunglengkong. Analisis data dikumpulkan berdasarkan kelompok tertentu. Pelatihan pembuatan batik shibori terdiri dari dua tahapan yaitu 1) pemberian informasi umum; dan 2) kegiatan teori dan praktik. Respon masyarakat menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Setelah pelatihan, muncul pengetahuan dan wawasan baru bagi masyarakat serta kreativitas masyarakat juga meningkat, dibuktikan melalui terbentuknya berbagai macam motif batik. Abstract: Batik is one of the cultural heritages, has a life value and a philosophical meaning that must be studied and preserved. Various kinds of batik techniques include printed batik, written batik and “jumputan” batik. “Jumpatan” batik in Japan is better known as shibori batik. Shibori is a technique of dyeing fabrics by creating motifs from folds that date back to the 8th century. The process of making shibori batik is faster than other batik and does not require difficult materials. Attractive batik motifs and high selling value. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in people limiting direct physical contact. This resulted in less honed community creativity. Training is one way that can be used to increase people's creativity. This community service research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through surveys, documentation and observation. The training participants are PKK Dusun Lengkong members, Kedunglengkong Village. Data analysis was collected based on certain groups. Shibori batik making training consists of two stages, namely 1) providing general information; and 2) theoretical and practical activities. The community response showed very good results. Protokol kesehatan seperti social distancing, physical distancing, lockdown, dan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) berimbas pada penurunan pendapatan warga, termasuk warga Desa Wonoayu yang masih bergantung pada hasil pertanian dan peternakan. Dalam rangka membantu membangkitkan perekonomian warga, tim pengabdian mengadakan sosialisasi pengenalan fintech lending bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dengan tujuan mengenalkan kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya permodalan dalam usaha, mengenalkan teknologi fintech lending sebagai solusi permodalan bagi UMKM, memberi pemahaman perbedaan peminjaman di bank, koperasi dan fintech lending serta antisipasi penipuan yang saat ini sedang marak terjadi. Metode yang kami gunakan berupa semi-webinar dengan penayangan video penjelasan dari pemateri dan sesi tanya jawab melalui telepon. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa fintech lending merupakan pengetahuan baru bagi sebagian besar warga Desa Wonoayu. Pemahaman warga mengenai pentingnya permodalan dalam usaha, fintech lending, serta UMKM juga meningkat secara signifikan setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan pemasaran online agar omset pemasaran pihak mitra pengabdian yaitu anggota PKK Kelurahan Panggung Lor Kecamatan Semarang Utara, Kota Semarang Jawa Tengah meningkat dibandingkan dengan pemasaran secara konvensional yang selama ini dijalani. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan yaitu menyampaian teori seputar pemasaran online, demonstrasi pelaksanaan pemasaran online serta pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan berupa meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota PKK Kelurahan Panggung Lor dalam melakukan pemasaran online. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan fakta bahwa peserta anggota PKK Kelurahan Panggung Lor, yang tidak mengerti pemasaran online justru semangat untuk bertanya dan mereka semangat mengikuti kegiatan demontrasi pelaksanaan pemasaran online. Abstract: Online marketing is currently very much needed considering that internet users are increasing all the time plus the Covid-19 pandemic situation which has resulted in the imposition of restrictions on physical encounters. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide online marketing counseling so that the marketing turnover of service partners, namely members of the PKK Panggung Lor Village, North Semarang District, Semarang City, Central Java, increases compared to conventional marketing that has been carried out so far. The method of implementation is carried out by providing counseling, namely conveying theories about online marketing, demonstrations of online marketing implementation and assistance. The results of the activity are in the form of increased knowledge, understanding and skills of PKK members of Panggung Lor Village in doing online marketing. Cocos nucifera termasuk pohon serbaguna yang sejak dulu dikenal sebagai penghasil bahan-bahan industri. Hampir seluruh bagian pohon ini dan olahnnya dapat dimanfaatkan. Lebih lanjut, tim pelaksana PNBP 2020 melakukan survei dan observasi pada salah satu UMKM yang sedang berkembang di Kecamatan Kampak. Unit Usaha tersebut yaitu UMKM milik Ibu Turiyem dengan nama “UMKM Lumintu”. Industri rumahan tersebut memproduksi olahan cocos nucifera atau nira kelapa menjadi berbagai macam produk bernilai jual tinggi. Produk hasil olahan tersebut meliputi gula merah bulat, gula merah kotak, manisan kembang gula, dan lain sebagainya. Masalah utama UMKM Lumintu meliputi: (1) sulit mengembangkan omzet dan pendapatan; (2) proses pengolahan nira kelapa menjadi olahan produk gula merah masih dilakukan seluruhnya secara manual (konvensional); dan (3) proses transformasi dan pengadukan memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama. Sesuai dengan bidang dari sebagian besar tim pelaksana PNBP tahun 2020, maka disepakati dikembangkan teknologi automatic liquid steering machine. Secara prinsip kerja, teknologi automatic liquid steering machine berfungsi sebagai mesin transformasi nira liquid menjadi solid brown sugar menggunakan sistem otomatis penuh dengan 4 bilah pengaduk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dari bula Juli sampai bulan September di kecamatan Kampak, Trenggalek. Peserta sebanyak 20 orang dari pihak mitra dan warga sekitar. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Juli sd September 2020. Hasil kegiatan ini meliputi: 1) terdesiminasinya teknologi automatic liquid steering machine kepada mitra dan masyarakat sekitar Kec. Kampak; 2) pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan teknologi automatic liquid steering machine untuk mitra dan masyarakat sekitar Kec. Kampak; 3) peningkatan omzet/pemasukan mitra; dan 4) peningkatan produk berbasis kearifan lokal di wilayah Jawa Timur. Abstract: In Kampak sub-district, most of the people work as farmers and work as a maker of brown sugar (solid brown sugar) which is a processed product from coconut sap. Cocos nucifera is a multipurpose tree which has long been known as a producer of industrial ingredients. Almost all parts of this tree and its processing can be used. Namun, produk ini belum mampu memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya para peternak dan pelaku UMKM. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat varietas produk yang berbahan baku susu sapi segar menjadi produk yang bervariasi dan memiliki harga jual yang lebih tinggi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan demonstrasi produksi. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti secara antusias oleh para peserta yang terdiri dari peternak, pelaku UMKM produk olahan susu sapi, dan masyarakat secara umum. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta pelatihan berkaitan dengan pengolahan susu, strategi diferensiasi produk dan strategi pemasaran semakin baik sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan diversifikasi produk dan membuka peluang pasar baru. Abstract: Cows' milk products in Ngambat Village, Malang Regency are superior products that are produced independently by the community. However, this product has not been able to make a significant contribution to the welfare of the community, especially breeders and MSME players. This community service aims to improve community skills in making product varieties made from fresh cow's milk into varied products with higher selling prices. This service was carried out through the stages of socialization, training and production demonstrations. The training activity was followed enthusiastically by the participants consisting of breeders, MSME players for cow milk products, and the general public. Proses penerapan hidroponik dilakukan dengan sangat sederhana dan tidak memerlukan banyak tempat. Selain itu, banyak keuntungan yang bisa didapatkan melalui bercocok tanam hidroponik. Di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, banyak masyarakat yang bekerja dari rumah sehingga banyak waktu luang yang dimiliki. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu Pelatihan Workshop Hidroponik untuk masyarakat Desa Kasri Kabupaten Malang. Adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas msayarakat Kasri di masa pandemic Covid-19. Tema yang diusung adalah berhidroponik dengan memanfaatkan barang-barang bekas yang mudah ditemui di sekitar tempat tinggal seperti penggunaan botol plastik dan kain flannel bekas. Pelatihan workshop yang dilakukan tidak hanya penyampaian materi saja, tetapi juga melakukan praktik hidroponik secara langsung dengan menggunakan teknik wick system. Proses praktik yang dilakukan mulai dari penyemaian hingga pembibitan. Kegiatan ini berhasil dilakukan diukur dari fakta peserta yang bergabung mampu membuat hidroponik dengan bahan dasar barang bekas. Adapun tindakan lanjutan dari program ini adalah menjadikan hidroponik sebagai komersil bisnis baru bagi masayarakat Kasri sehingga bisa meningkatkan perekonomian mereka. Abstract: Hydroponics is one of the innovative farming methods that society applies today. The process of applying hydroponics is very simple and does not require a lot of space. In addition, there are many benefits that can be obtained through hydroponic cultivation. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many people work from home so they have a lot of free time. Therefore, Community Service activities were carried out, namely Hydroponic Workshop Training for the people of Kasri Village, Malang Regency. This training is expected to increase the productivity of the Kasri community during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theme carried is hydroponic by utilizing used items that are easily found around the residence, such as the use of used plastic bottles and flannels. Workshop training is carried out not only in delivering material, but also conducting direct hydroponic practice using the wick system technique. The practical process is carried out from seeding to seeding. This activity was successfully carried out as measured by the fact that the participants who joined were able to make hydroponics using used materials as basic materials. Tetapi masyarakat yang kurang mengetahui proses pengolahan dan pemasaran menjadi sebuah permasalahan yang harus diatasi. Sebagai solusi untuk mengoptimalkan dan membantu pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Dadapan, Tim Pengabdian berupaya untuk membuat buku panduan tentang strategi berwirausaha, yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam menjalankan usaha, video tentang strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi distribusi, dan strategi pemasaran, serta melakukan pelatihan kepada masyarakat Desa Dadapan dan UMKM tentang pengolahan serta pemasaran kopi agar dapat efektif dan maksimal. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi desa khususnya dalam pengolahan kopi, serta meningkatkan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola sebuah produk untuk dapat dipasarkan dan membantu ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Dadapan itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM, petani kopi dan karang taruna Desa Dadapan. Dari kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat menerapkan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari hasil pelatihan meliputi pengolahan, pengemasan, pengurusan legalitas usaha dan pemasaran produk, untuk memaksimalkan potensi desa yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Dadapan. Abstract: The village of Dadapan in Wajak Sub-district, Malang has a diverse village potential, one of which is a coffee that can be processed for the economic development of the community. However, the villagers doesn’t know about the processing and marketing of product become a problem that must be addressed. As a solution to optimize and assist the economic development of the Dadapan village community, the devotion team strives to create a handbook on entrepreneurial strategies, which can be used as guidelines for running business, videos on product strategy, pricing strategies, distribution strategies, and marketing strategies, as well as conducting training to the Dadapan and SMES community about the processing and marketing of coffee to be effective and maximum. This is in line with the purpose of this dedication is to assist the community in developing the potential of the village, especially in the processing of coffee, and improve the community skills in managing a product to be marketed and assisting the community economy in the village of Dadapan itself. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan latihan fisik di Persatuan Sepakbola Sumbersari dalam menghadapi kompetisi liga 3 Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktek, yaitu menjelaskan tentang pentingnya kondisi fisik bagi pemain sepakbola, memberikan contoh gerakan latihan, dan pemain Sumbersari mempraktekkan gerakan yang diberikan oleh pendamping. Hasil yang telah dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kondisi fisik pemain sepakbola Sumbersari, hal ini dibuktikan dengan pelaksanaan tes fisik berupa sprint 20 meter, multistage fitness test, standing long jump test, standing trunk flexion test, dan Illinois agility test yang dilakukan terhadap pemain Sumbersari dengan memperoleh hasil secara keseluruhan kondisi fisik pemain sangat baik, baik dan cukup. Berbagai kebijakan diberlakukan pemerintah sebagai upaya mengurangi dan memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19 salah satunya adalah membentuk program Kampung Tangguh Semeru. Dilaksanakannya program kampung tangguh semeru ini diharapkan sebagai upaya melawan penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang dilakukan mulai lingkup terkecil, yakni dari desa dan warga sekitar. Program kampung tangguh semeru dilaksanakan sebagai upaya penanggulangan Covid-19 di Desa Tegalsari yang masuk dalam zona hijau karena tidak ada warga desa yang tertular virus Covid-19. Untuk mendukung program pemerintah tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Tegalsari memiliki inisiatif untuk mengadakan 1000 masker, tempat cuci tangan dan handsanitizer sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap program pemerintah tersebut untuk memutus rantai virus Covid-19. Kontribusi yang diberikan ini sedikit banyak membantu untuk memenuhi fasilitas serta sarana prasarana Desa Tegalsari sebagai Kampung Tangguh Semeru. Semua ini nantinya akan menumbuhkan budaya hidup sehat, aman, dan tertib. Abstract: The 2019 Corona Virus Diseases (Covid-19) pandemic has impacted various sectors of people's lives. Various policies have been implemented by the government in an effort to reduce and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19, one of which is the establishment of the Kampung Tangguh Semeru program. The implementation of the Semeru Resilient Village program is expected to be an effort to fight the spread of the Covid-19 virus which will be carried out from the smallest scope, namely from villages and local residents. The Semeru Resilient Village Program is implemented as an effort to tackle COVID-19 in Tegalsari Village which is included in the green zone because no villagers have contracted the COVID-19 virus. To support this government program, are carrying out service activities in Tegalsari Village have the initiative to hold 1000 masks, hand washing stations and handsanitizers as a form of support for the government program to break the chain of the COVID-19 virus. The contribution given is more or less helping to fulfill the facilities and infrastructure of Tegalsari Village as a Tangguh Semeru Village.
