Background Problems: The main question of this research is whether shared leadership enhances employees' creativity via meaningful at a workplace. Novelty: Empirical evidence that explains how shared leadership may enhance employees’ creativity in the Indonesian context, especially in Indonesian technology companies is unexplored. Thus, a study that discovers such a mechanism is still needed. Research Methods: This study collected surveys with these employees by utilizing the convenience random sampling technique and utilizing PLS analysis to test hypotheses. Finding/Results: This study reveals that shared leadership affects employees’ creativity. Background Problems: Authentic leadership as a value-based approach offers solutions to teacher performance, but there are complexities and doubts that require further exploration and empirical testing. Novelty: It provides an in-depth exploration of the role of authentic leadership in promoting commitment and performance. It consolidates existing knowledge and synthesizes relevant value-based leadership (VBL) and authentic leadership (AL) theories. It provides a valuable resource for further research and practical applications in this educational setting. Research Methods: This study applied an explanatory survey by using a set of questionnaires. The respondents consisted of teachers and administrative staff. This study successfully collected the data of 462 respondents randomly chosen. Finding/Results: The interaction between leaders and subordinates is a dynamic process that directly influences performance and organizational commitment. A leader's ethical, moral, and values guide their actions and interactions with followers, ultimately fostering commitment and driving performance. Conclusion: Authentic leadership not only directly influences commitment and performance but also indirectly affects performance by nurturing a strong sense of commitment among teachers. Research implications: AL's cultivated values act as a beacon for nurturing commitment and performance. This study explores the relationship between innovation performance, temporal leadership, and transformational leadership involving an intervening variable of self-efficacy. Background Problems: The process of transforming management from manual to digital requires leaders to be temporal and transformational to support direct and indirect atmosphere of innovation performance through employees’ self-efficacy.  Novelty:  Temporal and transformational leadership are like two complementary currency coins in the process of changing from manual management to a digital system. Furthermore, this research has never been carried out, therefore validation is needed. Research Methods: The nonprobability sampling method of the study using saturated sampling involved 85 respondents of the employees of distributor company. The hypotheses were tested using SmartPLS. Finding/Results: The results showed that temporal leadership has a direct significant positive impact on innovation performance and self-efficacy. Additionally, transformational leadership also shows a direct significant positive impact on innovation performance and self-efficacy. This study argues that self-efficacy also shows a significant positive impact on innovation performance. In addition, self-efficacy intervened the impact of temporal and transformational leadership on innovation performance. Conclusion: Temporal and transformational leadership have a beneficial effect in increasing innovation performance and self-efficacy is proven to be a mediation. Employees must be able to view, monitor, and comprehend the condition given the importance of leadership in the workplace. The management of human resources in medical industry is expected to enhance their job to achieve the goals, but the reality revealed their attempts fall far of what is requested for sustaining it. Background Problems: Using scientific means, the researchers attempted to answer the following research questions, namely: 1) Does leadership style have a significant impact on employee performance at the hospital industry? 2) Does work motivation have a significant impact on employee performance at the hospital industry? 3) Does job stress have a significant effect on employee performance at the hospital industry? Novelty: This research was conducted in contextual (implementation of leadership style, work motivation and work stress hospital industry). In addition, the results contribute to demonstrate how closely related the two lines of inquiry are. Research Methods: The survey consists of questionnaires, interviews, and observations of the target sample. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Finding/Results: Employee success is significantly impacted by a leader's approach in medical industry. Employee success benefits positively from work drive, and job stress has a substantial effect on employee success. Overall, at same time a leadership styles, motivation and occupational stress has a favorable and impact important influence work in a hospital of hospital industry. Conclusion: Whatever leadership style a leader chooses, they must be mindful of the behavior of their work and relationships. There are several limitations to this latest study. Novelty: This study contributed on the mapping of the Islamic leadership on the world of leadership studies, to some extent the Islamic leadership has significant impact of the well-being followers. Research Methods: This research aims to clarify such issue by using employing integrative review as a method to critically examine the academic interpretation of Islamic Leadership and provide distinguishing features of Islamic Leadership. Finding/Results: This paper argue that 4 (four) features are critical to define Islamic leadership concept: first, the requirement of Islamic morality as the primary moral foundation; second, leadership is a requirement for every human being; third, the presence of outward and inward dimension of leadership and last, leadership as a means rather as an end. Novelty: This study analyzes the leadership style of the regional head in Indonesia, namely the Governor, by taking a case study in the Riau Islands Province (Kepri) during the COVID pandemics. Research Method: The research method used is qualitative with relevant secondary data. Finding/Results: The results of data analysis with software NVivo 12, so that obtained are easy to explain descriptively by analyzing the theory and concept triangulation approach. Conclusion: The results show that the determination of Secondary Data Coding is more on the leadership of Ansar Ahmad in the COVID-19 pandemic as Governor Kepri. It adopted the socialist feminism theory as its framework. Research Methods: Qualitative research methods was used in which data were collected using semi-structured interviews from eight women working in the Mtubatuba Local Municipality's political and administrative structures selected using purposive sampling methods. Thematic analysis was employed to analyze data received from participants. Novelty: The researchers found that women's leadership in both the administrative and political realms of the MLM was a struggle that demanded endurance against various harsh forces mainly stemming from culture and patriarchy. Finding/Results: The article concluded that the excessive prevalence of gender inequality and male dominance in leadership was worsened by the fact that the few women in management and leadership were not seriously considered in decision-making. This was regardless of the existence of many national and local level policies and strategies aimed at elevating women into leadership with the agenda of attaining gender equality. The challenge for prospective teachers is to prepare themselves to be leaders in the classroom, but they still do not understand the true meaning of reflecting leadership. Background Problems: How do teacher candidates reflect on leadership? Novelty: This study seeks to find new ways to increase their understanding of their leadership. This hands-on learning approach is based on an online masking workshop that examines leadership styles and behaviors, reflection, and hidden agendas. Nineteen prospective elementary school teachers from Indonesia participated in the study. Research Methods: This study argues that this is a research descriptive qualitative study in which the researcher uses a mask maker to capture the expressions of prospective elementary school teachers. Finding/Results: The results of the workshops are fun and exciting. These activities encourage creative and lateral thinking, foster self-awareness, and can provide access to information beyond the goal through the expressive metaphor of the mask. Visual, emotional, and aesthetic development, when combined with non-directive professional dialogue, can result in more effective, authentic, and thus ethical and dynamic leadership. Research Methods: The current study is a descriptive qualitative study that explores the prior studies associated with self-leadership, human behavior, human resources, and performance. At first, relevant studies were collected related to self-leadership and the possible impacts of self-leadership. After that, the authors sum up the relevant studies and discuss the theory of self-leadership and how it can be used in a healthcare organization and hospital. The next step is revealing the author's views regarding the consequences of self-leadership in hospital and healthcare organizations. The study's main objective is to determine the essential traits of a leader for effective interaction with team members. Background Problems: Most research on this topic chose a leader's traits based on analyzing literary sources rather than on empirical research. Novelty: The traits for the most effective collaboration between leader and team members were chosen by potential and actual members of the leader's team, namely students and teachers of the University. Research Methods: We conducted a questionnaire survey of 103 teachers and 421 Bogomolets National Medical University (Kyiv) students. The statistical analysis was carried out using Wald Test. Finding/Results: The research confirmed that both respondent categories admitted the importance of all leadership traits. At the same time, such traits as passion, effectiveness, self-confidence, determination, and ability to take risks appeared to be more significant for the students than for the teachers. The teachers ranked such a trait as decency higher than the students did. Also, such issues as the importance of organizational culture, ethical aspects of leadership, and the most effective leadership style for productive interaction with team members were examined.
