The relevance is due to both the speed of the emergence and spread of digital technologies, during which digital non-human objects are created, and the specifi cs of the interaction of people and non-human in the digital environment, in contrast to traditional technological environments. The purpose of the article is to identify and articulate this specifi city. The main methods used are research of sources and analysis, and the methodology is based on an actor-network approach. The article studies how people and non-people interact in the digital space and reveals the specifi cs of these interactions in comparison with the interaction of people with traditional technological non-human. As shown, the key in this interaction is the indistinguishability of digital objects for humans, which leads to very specifi c forms of interaction with them, differing from interaction with well known technological non-human agents. This feature leads to the formation of new forms of sociality and the emergence of new social phenomena, for example, FOMO, post-truth etc. In conclusion, it is recorded that people and digital artifacts in the form of digital objects, creating sociomaterial networks mutually constitute each other. It is necessary to continue research on the interaction of people and digital non-human, so that even at the design stage of digital technological objects, the basic foundations of sociality and human perception are laid in order to minimize possible negative consequences of future interactions between people and digital non-human.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45024486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the study is to deconstruct discourses and identify the value-oriented and goal-oriented components of dispositives that allow understanding the drives of communication in social networks and adjusting the policy of urban identity. The article applies the actor-network theory to data reconstructed from the texts of social networks of residents and city defenders about the St. Petersburg cultural architectural heritage, which allowed us to adapt the ANT for a systematic analysis of urban identity politics, taking into account infl uential factors in the modern environment of network communications and related policies. Identity is considered simultaneously as a discursive construction and as an effect of the confi guration of human and non-human actors that respond in social practice to the current transformation of the symbiotic relationship between man and the environment. On the material of the media and social networks regarding the destruction of the building, the content was analyzed using the discursive method and actor-network theory. Three possible levels of use of ANT in the analysis of political communication around cultural heritage are identifi ed and illustrated: 1) material objects stabilize social relations; 2) have real and sensual qualities that contribute to projective identifi cation; 3) ensure the spatiality and integrity of the city. In the course of analyzing the boundaries of network interactions, the psychoanalytic concept of “lack” is actualized as an insoluble contradiction and antagonism of discourses, as a projection of anxiety in texts, with the prevailing uncertainty of the current motivation. The result of the study was the identifi cation of value-oriented and goal-oriented dispositives of discourses in the fi eld of urban identity and the development of a program for the policy of communication with network actors. The identifi cation of dispositives allowed us to establish the conditions for productive communication as a determining factor in symbiotic regimes in the modern city.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46084033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the article is to analyze the main methodological approaches to the study of the “nature – society” system and their potential for obtaining new knowledge. The article uses a historical approach: the well-known methodologies for studying this system are analyzed as they are introduced into scientifi c circulation, as well as a comparative approach: similarities and differences between the analyzed methodologies and the degree of their heuristicity are revealed. The article analyzes the methodological schemes by E. V. Girusov, V. A. Kobylyansky, N. D. Subbotina, E. Yu. Zakharova and others. The foreign authors K. Fuchs, R. Rees and R. Hambleton were selected, as their views, on the one hand, are very close to the theories of domestic specialists on this issue, on the other hand, they complement them. The authors conclude that almost all of the above methodological approaches are heuristic, they can be used to obtain new knowledge in this area of research. We suggest that these methodologies can be used to study a new phenomenon ‒ a digital system. The study is also of practical importance, as it argues that it is necessary to use these methodologies in the appraisal of social and technical projects.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41997257","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of the work is due to the development of modern information and communication technologies, the global spread of which changes the attitude towards the security of personal data. To analyze the problems associated with the rethinking of the phenomenon of privacy in the modern digital age, a systematic approach is used, as well as methods of historical analysis, hermeneutic and logical methods. The phenomenon of the privacy paradox is described, which lies in the fact that, despite the fact that many users express concern about the safety of their personal information, they are not ready to give up the benefi ts that the use of new technologies gives them. Doubts are increasingly being expressed about the fundamental possibility of controlling the dissemination of personal information, since the life of an individual becomes transparent to both government agencies and commercial structures. As a result of the development of digital technologies and the associated possibilities for collecting, storing and processing information, an argument is put forward that privacy, in the form in which it existed before, is an outdated concept. The fi ndings suggest that since it is impossible to control access to personal data, claims to privacy should be abandoned altogether. The changes taking place in modern society are refl ected in the term “post-privacy”, which describes a situation in which information privacy is no longer perceived as a value that requires protection. In a rapidly developing digital environment, further research into the problem of post-privacy is of particular importance.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42185622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, we examine second actual problem – information inequality in multinational countries and “answer-reaction” of one national minority. Quebec is the only French-speaking province of Canada. We present agenda of Quebec French-language press during two centuries through Media Regionalism – our specific term for reaction of Quebec Francophones constantly surrounded by total English-speaking information environment. Practically, media regionalism is not studied by Russian researchers. Analyzing Quebec French-language press as material we formulate hypothesis of research: media regionalism is its historical feature, which defends successfully cultural and traditional values of Quebec. Key aspect of the present research problem is scientific definition for media regionalism. For characterization of media regionalism evolution in Quebec we used mainly the methodology of complex analysis. As a result, we should note that media regionalism, on the one hand, defends Quebec identity, but on the other hand, reminds self-censorship of newspapers. Elucidating the questions of French language, Quebec traditions and culture, media regionalism refuses international news, information of other Canadian provinces, etc. Seeing media regionalism as the basis of Quebec information politics during more than two centuries, we can predicate its future great vitality for French-language press. Quebec media regionalism is peculiar defense from external destructive factors – such as transition to British Crown in the XVIIIth century or global digital world transformation in the XXIth. Media regionalism information problem is important for many other multinational countries. Finally, it is necessary to continue these studies.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46615277","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The obligatory nature of such activities is enshrined in our country constitutionally. For the ethnic intelligentsia, any attempts to infringe on the linguistic rights of their peoples turn out to be very painful. This problem in domestic science is most often considered in the tradition of linguistic relativism. This approach comes from the Humboldtian tradition in linguistics and in modern practice is associated with the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis. With all the advantages of this approach, it is not without a number of disadvantages. The theory of a unique linguistic world view leads to the sacralization of the language, conserving and ritualizing it, depriving it of vitality. The situation with the functioning of regional languages will change either with the revitalization of old language communities, or with the formation of new language communities in which the language can function as a real means of communication and will gain a new lease on life. Accepting the fact that it is hardly possible to return to traditional economic systems in which the languages of ethnic minorities were rooted, it seems interesting to study the experience of the functioning of communities of modern artifi cial languages. The network forms of organization of such communities are interesting, because in the context of globalization, the emergence and functioning of local linguistic communities based on a geographical principle becomes diffi cult. This turn makes us take a different look at the problems of the functioning of natural and artifi cial languages: it is not its internal structure, semantics and syntactics that comes to the fore but the conditions for its use and the reasons that make people turn to it, that is, pragmatics. In other words, the problem of the viability of a language is not so much a question of its morphology and syntax, and not even a question of its expressive possibilities and means, but a question of the motives of people’s linguistic behavior.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44725994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Notably, many of the most popular TikTok stars are young, feminine and sexy, white and rich women who dance and expose their bodies. On the contrary, there is a group of radical feminists on TikTok who do not dance but use humor to demonstrate sexism and discrimination against women. The author of the study at the time of writing analyzed the last 30 TikTok videos of four representatives of the “mainstream” values on TikTok, the socalled “dancing girls”, as well as the last 30 videos of four radical feminists. In total, 240 videos were analyzed by the modal method. The purpose of the study is to determine what values these two groups of women stand for. As a result, we found that between these two groups there is a confl ict of values, expressed in the discrepancy between ideas about the social status of women in Russia. Moreover, the results of the study show that there is a division of girls not only for the situation studied in the article but also for the modern media world in general. Nowadays, TikTok has become part of popular culture and therefore represents a reliable source of information for researchers involved in popular culture and the modern value system of the young.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43297151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A specifi c form of content analysis as a method was used, expressed in a sentiment analysis of specifi cally selected material based on news publications. The scientifi c novelty of the study is the application of a text tone analyzing method in the little-studied subject of the radical organizations’ media image. In addition, in the context of the Taliban terrorist group formation as a political system in Afghanistan in 2021, it is relevant to research the banned organization media image from the point of political communication view. As a theoretical basis, an actor-oriented approach was used through the prism of the society mediatization theory as well as the theory of value identities. During the study, value-oriented triggers were analyzed in the publications of CNN, Daily News, The New York Times. The choice of these media is due to a reassessment of the foreign policy priorities of the United States of America, being the main antagonist of the banned Taliban organization. Thus, the study is devoted to the main topical issues: is the topic of the Taliban relevant in the US mass media today and what is the media image of the Taliban in the US mass media after the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan. As a result of the analysis, the authors conclude that despite the change in the US foreign policy strategy and the transformation of its priorities, the topic of the Taliban is not only still relevant in the US mass media but also has a structured system for constructing a negative media image of the Taliban movement, where the Western media highlights the destructive actions and the economic and social consequences incurred as a result of the policies pursued by the Taliban. In further research, the banned radical Taliban group as a media phenomenon should be studied more carefully, as well as the social consequences of the formation of one or another media obsession in the mass media within the framework of this issue. This is evidenced by the appearance of various publications in line with this issue; the formation and implementation of regulatory documents, for example, the Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017–2030. In this regard, it becomes relevant to analyze a new model of the quality of life, a digital one, as one of the results of the development of a digital society. The methodological basis of the research is the concepts of the representatives of post industrialism D. Bell, P. Drucker, G. Galbraith, E. Toffl er about the role of theoretical knowledge and technology in ensuring the quality of life as determinants of all processes occurring in societies, as well as the ideas of the members of the Club of Rome, who created models of life quality and determined the ways to ensure it in relation to developing countries. This article analyzes individual models of digital society as social practices, which showed that the main trend of their development should be a new quality of digital life, generated by the digital environment and forming new technologies, communications, interaction mechanisms. A certain concept of “digital model of quality of life” is a refl ection of the processes of digitization of everyday life and professional activity of a new subject of public life. We revealed that new interactions arise in the digital model of quality of life: knowledge that creates new technologies is the determining and producing resource for all benefi ts; the introduction of these technologies ensures the development of the digital economy, which forms the need for new mechanisms that determine the evolution of society and man, as the subject of these trends which education should form. The digital model of the quality of life is studied from the standpoint of objectivism and subjectivism. The research materials can be used in assessing trends in the development of modern digital society, identifying the prospects for the development of society in the conditions of digitalization, in making forecasts of the future development of mankind.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47013213","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the analysis of the activities of Tsogtu Khuntaiji, the historical-biographical method was applied. It made it possible to trace the origins of the political views of Tsogtu Khuntaiji. The application of the comparative historical method revealed common features and similarities in the political trends of Inner (Southern) and Khalkha (Northern) Mongolia. Analytical comparison of the main circumstances of the political struggle among the ruling stratum showed that the religious factor has become the main dividing line of the warring parties. Using the materials of written and folklore sources, the motives and reasons that prompted Tsogtu Khuntaiji to come out as a supporter of Ligden Khan are traced. The latter was the bearer of the title of Great khan and sought to revive a single Mongolian state. To resolve this issue, the nature of the relationship between Tsogto Khuntaiji and the influential princely houses of Khalkha is considered. It is shown that the general dissatisfaction of the nobility with the activities of Tsogto Khuntaiji was expressed in the person of the rulers of large Mongolian specific possessions: Sain-noyon, Tushetu-khan and Setsen-khan. The support of Tsogto Khuntaiji for the policy of centralization of power in the hands of the Chakhar Ligden Khan led, in the conditions of the specificity of the Mongol rulers of Khalkha, to his gradual isolation, which eventually turned into expulsion from his native lands. An external factor was added to the complex tangle of interweaving of internal political conditions and religious relations ‒ the emerging state of the Manchus, which, having become the center of attraction for the Mongolian elite, was interested in the fragmentation of the Mongolian political space. It is possible that the political position of Tsogto Khuntaiji acquired its final features precisely under the influence of this circumstance.","PeriodicalId":33580,"journal":{"name":"Gumanitarnyi vektor","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45820553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
