This study observes that Islamic bank financing has a more significant influence on company growth. Stakeholders such as managers and investors are expected to change their views on Islamic bank financing, which is currently seen as part of a religious practice. This can lead to the use of Islamic bank financing by companies.[1] Islamic banks can play a role in improving people's welfare. Through the intermediation function, Islamic banks can collect funds and channel them back to the community in the form of financing for productive purposes. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Islamic bank financing and community productivity in the digital age and the impact of Islamic bank financing on the Indonesian economy in the digital age. This study uses descriptive qualitative and literature study through the readings of previous researchers. The results of this study reveal that Islamic bank financing plays a role in increasing economic activity and employment. This research used quantitative method, on 79 respondents with simple linear regression analysis. Based on the data and analytical tests, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of religious tourism visits on the income of street vendors in the Great Mosque of Banten Lama area with a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and the regression coefficient value is positive at 0.633. The magnitude of the influence of religious tourism visits on the income of street vendors (PKL) is 15.4%, while the other 84.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that the cracker/kemplang home industry continues to run its business, and the income earned by the cracker/kemplang home industry tends to be stable even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The factor that supports the traders to keep doing business is the awareness to continue to struggle to meet the needs of their daily lives. The type of research used by researchers in this study is qualitative research, namely field research conducted by interview, observation, and describing facts in the field. The results of this study indicate that waqf land in Kemuning District, Palembang City is used for the establishment of a tahfidz foundation and mosque construction, as well as for school operations. According to a review of Islamic law in the management of waqf land in Kemuning District, Palembang City, it does not conflict with Islamic law. This can be seen from the business carried out that there is nothing that is contrary to Islamic law and in its implementation there are no elements that are forbidden. In the future, it is necessary to provide education about waqf, especially productive waqf, to nadzir in Kemuning Subdistrict, Palembang City so that its management is more optimal in developing waqf assets productively. This study aims to determine the practice of a loan shark sharia economic perspective and sociology in Punggur, Central Lampung District. This type of research is field research conducted in Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is a way to expose accurate information obtained from the community in the District of Punggur, Central Lampung relating to the practice of a loan shark. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation with technical analysis of deductive thinking. The results of research on a loan shark practices in the community of Punggur Subdistrict, the perspective of Islamic economics is very contrary to regulation in Islamic law, because those who practice muamalah are ribawi. While, according to the sociological perspective of the loan sharks, this is a solution for some people to meet their daily needs. The facilities provided such as loan amount, faster and more efficient time, how to pay, without collateral, and other agreements are considered by the community when making loans. \u0000Keywords: Loan Sharks, Islamic Economics, Sociology \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana praktik rentenirisasi perspektif ekonomi syariah dan sosiologi di Kecamatan Punggur Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik rentenirisasi perspektif ekonomi syariah dan sosiologi di Kecamatan Punggur Lampung Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Punggur Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu cara memaparkan informasi-informasi yang akurat yang diperoleh dari masyarakat di Kecamatan Punggur Lampung Tengah yang berkaitan dengan praktik rentenirisasi. Sumber datayang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknis analisa berpikir deduktif. Hasil penelitian terhadap praktek rentenir di masyarakat Kecamatan Punggur perspektif ekonomi islam yaitu sangat bertentangan dengan hukum dan syariat islam karena mereka yang melakukan praktek muamalah secara ribawi. Sedangkan menurut perspektif sosiologi para rentenir ini menjadi solusi bagi para sebagian masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya.
