The problems that arose in the industrial era were the need for workers and increased productivity to be able to produce quality products. Health conditions and the availability of employee safety protections can affect work productivity. So that the safety and work safety culture in the workplace can be realized and can increase the safety performance index, an approach is implemented in the form of methods that can be applied to all organizations in the enterprise, one of which is behavior-based safety methods. The analysis of the data obtained shows that the factors that cause work accidents due to behavior are taken from the validity test, namely the factors of perception, communication and environment, because these three factors are very easily ignored by employees and company management. Environmental factors and personal protective equipment have no effect on work accidents as management always provides periodic education to its employees and enforces strict rules on the use of personal protective equipment. The magnitude of the influence of the variables studied in Behavior-Based safety in an effort to improve safe behavior was 79.7% and the remaining 20.3% was influenced by other unexamined items. With this approach for both old and new dams, this safety risk assessment aims to determine whether the risk the hazard can be tolerated or not, if it cannot be tolerated then there must be a solution for action to reduce the risk of danger so that the safety of the dam can be obtained. The existing risk assessment can be used as the basis for the construction of the dam to its maintenance, in this study discussed risk assessment safety on dams located in several countries such as in Asia, Europe and America. The methods implemented include the preparation of safety risks, risk analysis, risk evaluation and safety risk management. Metode lean manufacturing yang digunakan adalah Waste Assessment Model (WAM) untuk identifikasi waste pada proses manufaktur dan Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) untuk memilih mapping tools yang digunakan dalam analisis waste. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan tiga rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu modifikasi desain soft jaw mesin OP 20 (facing dan boring), aplikasi metode sampling pada proses OP 40 (leak test), dan penggabungan proses OP 70/OP 60 (washing). Oleh karena itu, kajian literatur secara sistematis diperlukan, untuk memberi informasi kepada penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya mengenai implementasi Performance Prism yang telah dilakukan. Literatur yang diidentifikasi meliputi 36 jurnal nasional dan 4 jurnal internasional dari Indonesia, dengan rentang publikasi dari tahun 2011 hingga 2020. Implementasi Performance Prism yang ditemukan, didominasi pada Industri makanan, apparel, dan bahan konstruksi, serta jasa penyedia air baku dan pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu, Performance Prism diimplemetasikan pula pada Lembaga pendidikan yaitu Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Perguruan Tinggi. Implementasi Performance Prism dalam literatur yang ditemukan, diintegrasikan dengan 4 metode lain yang dominan yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Objective Matrix (OMAX), Traffic Light System (TLS), serta Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats (SWOT). The purpose of this study is to determine the priority scale to increase the customers satisfaction based on the voice of customer and know what technical requirements should be given by cafe XYZ to does what customers need . The method used is the QFD, using the matrix house of quality. XYZ adalah dalam manufacturing press parts, dies, jigs, machinery and construction. salah satu produknya yaitu Crank shaft. terdapat sejumlah jenis defect yang melebihi standar toleransi perusahaan. Selama periode Maret hingga Agustus telah ditemukan produk defect sebanyak 1,139 pcs. Six sigma adalah metode yang digunakan untuk pengendalian kualitas, memiliki tujuan untuk menghilangkan cacat produk dan mengurangi biaya. Terdapat lima jenis defect yang ditemukan yakni patah, baret, oversize, longgar, dan aus. Dengan diagram pareto diketahui bahwa ada empat jenis defect crankshaft paling dominan yaitu: baret 29,41%, patah 26.42% aus 16,06%, dan longgar 14,31%. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan perekonomian yaitu melakukan pemasaran produk kerajian secara online menggunakan e-Commerce. Berdasarkan klasifikasi sebanyak 1895 pelaku UMKM kerajinan di Kota Yogyakarta yang baru terdaftar di website Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (DISPERINDAG) Kota Yogyakarta sebanyak 453 sehingga masih banyak yang belum memanfaatkan penggunaan e-Commerce dalam pemasaran produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lingkungan eksternal yang mempengaruhi hambatan penggunaan e-Commerce pada UMKM kerajinan dan mengetahui pengaruh simultan terhadap faktor teknologi, faktor konsumen, faktor pesaing, dan faktor kebijakan pemerintah. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara sebanyak 100 UMKM kerajinan di Kota Yogyakarta. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 15.0 untuk melihat pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data, faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap hambatan penggunaan e-Commerce pada UMKM kerajinan di Kota Yogyakarta dilihat dari koefisiennya adalah faktor konsumen sebesar 2,721. Faktor teknologi, pesaing dan kebijakan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap hambatan penggunaan e-Commerce.
