It has been spreading in the western world for more than one hundred years. At present, the dissemination of the gems in traditional Chinese culture is advocated. After a large number of relevant literature on the translation and dissemination of Chu Ci has been read and analyzed, the situations in various stages of its dissemination in the Western countries have been sorted out in this paper, and the quality and effect of the translation and dissemination have been introduced and evaluated. Due to constraints on face-to-face communication, the consumer has migrated from in-person to online shopping. In the province of Nueva Ecija in the Philippines, internet shoppers also use the online platform to purchase their fundamental needs and desires. The active online consumers were the target respondents of this study. This research study was conducted in the province of Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The researchers used Statistical tools such as Percentage, Frequency Distribution, Weighted Mean, and Thematic Analysis in analyzing the data gathered. As to the results, most of the respondents stated they feel, that buying online involves a high level of uncertainty when it comes to perceived uncertainty. Also, the majority of the respondents have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, especially in the initial phases of online purchases. Lastly, unexpected poor product quality was the problem that most encountered by the consumers using online live selling. Not only do these programs enable employees to develop new abilities, but they also enable businesses to increase employee productivity and improve company cultures. Assistance for Central Luzon Lending Inc.(ACLLI), is a newly established organization which aims to provide a training and development program for its employees. The researchers of this study focus on the emerging situation and the need for training and development, its implications on individual performance and the achievement of the institutional goal. The study utilized a mixed-method approach to assess the benefits of a Training and Development Program for a lending organization personnel. This research was conducted in Talavera, Nueva Ecija where the 13 employee- respondents of ACLLI were identified. The data collected from the locale were encoded, tallied, and analyzed. Statistical tools such as Percentage, Frequency Distribution, Weighted Mean, and Thematic analysis were used in analyzing the data gathered. The result shows that most of the respondents strongly agreed the training given equipped me with the knowledge necessary to succeed in my career when it comes to career competencies. Also, the majority of the respondents are highly in favour that they performed better after attending training and development programs relative to their work.
