In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government imposed Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) or physical disatancing in most parts of Indonesia. The implementation of PSBB and physical disctancing provides changes to the social order in society, causing many business people who lose business or experience bankruptcy due to layoffs in both the formal and informal sectors. For this reason, this study was conducted to find out the picture of the increase in national unemployment during the pandemic. The type of research used in this study is associative quantitative research. The samples in this study are all the participants registered by BPS with total sampling techniques. The data source used is a secondary data source that is taken open access through the official BPS website. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that the percentage of national unemployment tends to be constant in 2019-2020 and increases in 2021. In 2021 Riau Island Province is the province with the highest number of unemployed for the past three years. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian studi pustaka dan menggunakan analisis konten, disamping itu juga peneliti melakukan penggalian data dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak yang terkait secara langsung dengan tema penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implikasi prosedur pencatatan perkawinan pada masa PPKM yakni adanya penundaan perkawinan dan perkawinan siri. tindakan ini jika ditinjau dalam perspektif fiqih Nusantara, berbeda dengan tindakan penundaan perkawinan, sebaliknya perkawinan siri tidak bisa dibenarkan. Karena secara esensi fiqih Nusantara mengimplementasikan maqashid syari’ah berupa pencegahan kemudharatan dan perwujudan kemaslahataan. This study is descriptive in nature. Documentation and interviews were utilized to obtain data. Cash flow ratio analysis was used in the data analysis, which included the following cash flow ratios: operating cash flow ratio, fund flow coverage ratio, cash to interest coverage ratio, cash coverage ratio to current liabilities, capital expenditure ratio, total debt ratio, cash flow coverage ratio, and free net cash flow ratio. PT Bank Lampung as a banking company also carries out promotional activities in marketing its products, namely productive credit. However, in reality, the promotion of productive credit has not been optimal. This can be seen from the unstable growth in the number of customers in productive credit financing, even stagnation and a decrease in the number of new customers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether promotion had an effect on increasing the number of productive credit customers at PT Bank Lampung (Main Branch Office). This research used associative quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire as the primary method, and documentation as research support. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test. The results showed; There was a positive and significant influence of the promotional variable (X) on the customer variable (Y), the t-count was 5.265, and the t-table was 2.028, which meant the t-count > t-table, or t-count 5.265 > 2.028.
