Namun, dalam pengelolaan juga perlu diketahui potensi lingkungan dalam memproduksi biota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesuburan perairan pada tambak serta mengestimasi produksi udang yang dihasilkan dengan pendekatan Produktivitas Primer. Penelitian dilakukan di tambak UPT Probolinggo, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Keluatan, Universitas Brawijaya. Analisis kesuburan perairan tambak dilakukan menggunakan metode Tropic State Index (TSI), dan pendugaan produksi udang dengan pendekatan metode Beveridge dengan mengkonversi nilai Produktivitas Primer, dimana nilai Produktivitas Primer dapat dihitung dengan mentransformasi nilai Klorofil-a. Rata-rata hasil pengukuran klorofil-a pada tambak 1 sebesar 23,06 mg/m3 dan pada tambak 2 sebesar 20,62 mg/m3. Tingkat kesuburan pada kedua tambak menunjukkan perairan eutrofik sedang. Rata-rata potensi produksi udang pada tambak 1 adalah 13,22 ton C-udang/2700m2/tahun; dan tambak 2 adalah 10,90 ton C-udang/2700m2/tahun. Korelasi antara nilai klorofil-a dan estimasi produksi udang menunjukkan nilai korelasi 0,99. The sustainability of aquaculture activities highly depends on the water quality conditions of the aquatic environment. Thus, determining the existing environmental condition of fish culture followed by regular monitoring is necessary to ensure the optimum production of farmed fish. The purpose of this current research was to determine the eutrophication level in shrimp ponds and estimate its shrimp production using the approach of Primary Productivity. The study was conducted in the shrimp ponds managed by the Probolinggo Technical Extension Office, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Brawijaya University. The eutrophication level was determined used the Tropic State Index (TSI) method. Shrimp production was estimated using the Beveridge Method by which the primary productivity values were calculated by transforming the Chlorophyll-a values. The results showed that the average contents of chlorophyll-a in pond 1 and pond 2 were 23.06 mg.m-3 and 20.62 mg.m-3, respectively. The eutrophication levels in both ponds indicate moderate eutrophic water. The estimated shrimp productions in ponds 1 and 2 were 13.22 and 10.90 tons C-shrimp 2700m-2 year-1, respectively. Serangkaian eksperimen dilakukan adalah: 1) pemeliharaan benih dalam akuarium dengan padat tebar berbeda (45, 90, dan 180 ekor/90 L); 2) pemeliharaan benih dalam akuarium dengan jenis pakan berbeda (pakan buatan dan cacing tubifex); 3) pemeliharaan benih dalam waring dengan padat tebar berbeda (10 dan 20 ekor/m2); dan 4) pembesaran dalam waring dengan jenis pakan berbeda (cacing tubifex; cacing tubifex + pakan buatan, dan pakan buatan). Pemeliharaan benih dalam akuarium menggunakan ukuran awal 3,4 cm selama 30 hari memperlihatkan kepadatan 45 ekor/90 L memberikan laju pertumbuhan bobot terbaik sebesar 3,1%/hari dengan sintasan 96,7 ± 1,33%. Pemeliharaan lanjutan selama dua bulan dalam akuarium dengan pemberian jenis pakan berbeda menghasilkan pertumbuhan bobot tertinggi pada benih yang diberi pakan cacing tubifex sebesar 2%/hari dengan sintasan 29 ± 3,42%. Pemeliharaan benih ukuran 4,9 cm dalam waring yang diletakkan dalam kolam tanah menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan sintasan yang lebih tinggi pada padat tebar 10 ekor/m2 dengan laju pertumbuhan bobot 2,6% per hari dengan tingkat sintasan sebesar 77,3%. Pembesaran benih dalam waring dengan ukuran tebar 8-9 cm selama dua bulan menghasilkan pertumbuhan bobot yang lebih tinggi pada benih yang diberi pakan cacing tubifex (1,3%/hari) dibandingkan dengan pakan buatan (0,6%/hari) dan campuran pakan buatan + cacing tubifex (1,0%/hari). Research on the domestication of featherback fish, ( Chitala lopis Bleeker, 1851) outside of their natural habitat was carried out primarily to obtain its feasible breeding techniques. A series of experiments was carried out including 1) seed rearing in aquariums with different stocking densities (45, 90, and 180/90 L); 2) rearing of seeds in aquariums with different types of feed (artificial feed and tubifex); 3) seeds rearing in net cage with different stocking densities (10 and 20 fish/m2); and 4) grow-out in net cage with different types of feed (tubifex; tubifex + artificial feed, and artificial feed). The results showed that seeds with an initial size of 3.4 cm reared in an aquarium for 30 days with a density of 45 fish/90 L produced the best weight growth of 3.1%/day with survival rate of 96.7 ± 1.33%. Two months of continued rearing carried out in an aquarium produced the highest weight growth for seeds fed with tubifex of 2%/day with survival rate of 29 ± 3.42%. Rearing of seeds sized 4.9 cm in net cage placed in earthen pond resulted in higher growth and survival than that of aquariums. The best density was 10 fish/m2 with weight growth rate of 2.6% per day and survival rate of 77.3%. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah induk udang windu betina F-1 diinseminasi menggunakan spermatofora dari sumber induk jantan berbeda yaitu: spermatofora induk jantan F-1 hasil budidaya (S-1), dan spermatofora induk jantan alam (S-A). Data pemijahan induk betina, kualitas telur, dan profil asam amino pada daging dan hepatopankreas jantan, serta morfologi larva dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data uji vitalitas larva dianalisis uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa induk udang windu betina F-1 yang diinseminasi dengan perlakuan S-1 memiliki tingkat pemijahan 67%; fekunditas 179.257 butir/induk; total produksi telur 1.434.053 butir; tingkat pembuahan telur 86,2%; daya tetas telur 59,8%; dan total produksi nauplii 738.439 ekor yang lebih rendah dibandingkan pada induk udang F-1 yang diinseminasi perlakuan S-A yang memiliki tingkat pemijahan 75%; fekunditas 215.489 butir/induk; total produksi telur 1.939.399 butir; tingkat pembuahan telur 88,9%; daya tetas telur 62,7%; dan total produksi nauplii 1.081.140 ekor. Sementara diameter telur (248-255 µm) dan mutu larva relatif sama di antara kedua perlakuan. Profil asam amino hepatopankreas dan daging pada induk udang jantan alam lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada induk udang jantan F-1. This study was aimed at evaluating the spawning rate of F-1 female tiger shrimp and the quality of their egg and larvae derivatives (F-2) by artificial insemination using different sources of male shrimp spermatophore. The treatments consisted of broodstock of F-1 female tiger shrimp inseminated with different male spermatophores, namely: cultivated F-1 male spermatophore (S-1), and wild male spermatophore (S-A). Data on spawning performance of F-1 female tiger shrimp and amino acid profile in the hepatopancreas and muscle of male tiger shrimp and larval morphology were analyzed descriptively.The vitality of larvae was analyzed using t-test. The results showed that the broodstock of F-1 female tiger shrimp inseminated with S-1 treatment had spawning rate of 67%; fecundity of 179,257 egg; total egg production of 1,434,053 eggs; egg fertilization rate of 86.2%; hatching rate of 59.8%; and total nauplii production of 738,439 ind. Broodstock of F-1 female inseminated with S-A treatment had higher values for spawning rate of 75%, fecundity of 215,489 egg; total egg production of 1,939,399 egg; egg fertilization rate of 88.9%; hatching rate of 62.7%; and total nauplii production of 1,081,140 ind. Mikrolaga ini mengandung berbagai substansi yang berharga seperti karetonoid, gliserol, lipid, protein dan vitamin sehingga banyak dibudidayakan. Salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan Dunaliella sp. yang dibudidayakan adalah ketersediaan senyawa di dalam media kulturnya. Salah satu senyawa yang dapat menstimulus pertumbuhan mikroalga adalah vanadat (VO43-). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi vanadat dalam media kultur terhadap pertumbuhan Dunaliella sp. Konsentrasi vanadat yang digunakan adalah 0,002 mg/L; 0,02 mg/L; 0,2 mg/L; dan 0 mg/L (kontrol). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan vanadat dalam media kultur memengaruhi secara signifikan pertumbuhan Dunaliella sp. di mana pertumbuhan terbaik didapatkan pada pemberian vanadat dengan konsentrasi 0,002 mg/L. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, vanadat dalam media kultur dapat digunakan sebagai penstimulus pertumbuhan Dunaliella sp.Dunaliella sp. is halotolerant microalgae commonly found in hypersaline waters. This microalgae contains various valuable substances such as carotenoids, glycerol, lipid, protein, and vitamins, and thus, widely cultivated. One of the primary factors that influence the growth of cultured Dunaliella sp. is the availability of certain nutrient/chemical compounds in its culture media. One of the compounds that can stimulate the growth of microalgae is vanadate (VO43-). This study analyzed the effects of vanadate concentration in the culture media on the growth of Dunaliella sp. The vanadate concentrations used were 0.002 mg/L, 0.02 mg/L, 0.2 mg/L, and 0 mg/L as the control concentration. The results of this study suggested that the existence of vanadate in the culture media significantly affected the growth of Dunaliella sp. in which the best growth of Dunaliella sp. was obtained by the treatment with 0.002 mg /L of vanadate. HydroVac merupakan sediaan vaksin dari bakteri Aeromonas hydrophila AHL0905-2 yang diinaktivasi dengan penambahan formalin 0,3% (formalin killed) merupakan produk yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk pencegahan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi standar kualitas vaksin, serta efikasinya pada ikan. Sebanyak 20 botol vaksin disimpan dalam refrigerator selama18 bulan, kemudian setiap periode pengujian tertentu diambil satu botol untuk dilakukan pengujian terhadap viabilitas, sterilitas, keamanan, dan efikasinya terhadap ikan lele. Vaksin yang disimpan pada suhu dingin (2°C-8°C) selama 0, 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, dan 15 bulan masih stabil, tidak ada kontaminasi mikroorganisme dan tidak terjadi pertumbuhan kembali bakteri setelah dilakukan uji in vitro. Selama penyimpanan tersebut, vaksin masih efektif diaplikasikan dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan di atas 60% untuk setiap perlakuan dibandingkan kontrol 31% setelah diuji tantang.Vaccination is given to individual fish as one of the effort to enhance its specific immunity against a disease. HydroVac is an inactive bacterial vaccine of Aeromonas hydrophila which has been deactivated by the addition of 0.3% formalin. This vaccine is expected to be one of the alternatives to prevent the occurrence of the disease in freshwater fish. This study aimed to evaluate the standard quality of the vaccine and its efficacy to fish after storage. A total of 20 bottles of the vaccines were stored in a refrigerator set between 2°C-8°C. Vaccine samples from each bottle were then tested for viability, sterility, safety, and efficacy in catfish at predetermined storage times (0, 1, 2, 3, 6,9, 12, and 15 months). The result shows that all vaccine samples were in stable condition with no microbial contamination and no bacterial regrowth after tests using in vitro assays. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh remediasi tanah pada budidaya udang windu di tambak tanah sulfat masam. Penelitian dilakukan pada tambak milik masyarakat di Pulau Tempurung, Desa Kasai Kecamatan Pulau Derawan Kabupaten Berau Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Karakterisasi tanah untuk mengetahui rona awal tambak tanah sulfat masam dilakukan sebelum budidaya. Prosedur perbaikan tambak tanah sulfat masam diadopsi dari hasil penelitian Balai Riset Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau dan Penyuluhan Perikanan (BRPBAPPP). Remediasi tanah dilakukan dengan tahapan pengolahan tanah, pengeringan dasar tambak, perendaman, dan pembilasan; dan dilanjutkan dengan pengapuran dan pemupukan. Pengapuran tambak menggunakan dolomit dengan dosis 1,0 ton per ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tambak yang diremediasi menghasilkan udang windu sebanyak 357,15 kg/ha dan tanpa remediasi sebesar 100 kg/ha. Tambak yang diremediasi pada sistem polikultur menghasilkan udang windu 100,9 kg/ha dan ikan bandeng 330 kg/ha. Penerapan teknologi remediasi dasar tanah pada budidaya udang windu sistem monokultur berdasarkan analisis ekonomi sederhana memberi keuntungan sebesar Rp26.828.500,00 /ha/siklus dan BC rasio 4,68. Polikultur udang windu dan bandeng menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp8.800.000,00 /ha/siklus dan BC rasio 2,47.Remediation of acid sulfate soil pond can increase the productivity of the soil used for shrimp farming with monoculture and polyculture systems. The characteristics of the soil were determined to serve as the baseline information before cultivation. The pond remediation followed the procedures set by the Research Institute for Brackishwater Aquaculture and Fisheries Extension, Maros. The soil reclamation was carried out following the subsequent stages: soil plowing, pond bottom drying, inundation, and flushing; followed by liming and fertilization. Ponds liming used a dolomite dose of 1 ton/ha. The results showed that the remediated acid sulfate soil ponds could produce tiger shrimp up to 357.15 kg/ha while non-remediated ponds only produced up to of 100 kg/ha. The remediated brackish fish pond used for polyculture system could produce tiger shrimp up to 100.9 kg/ha and milkfish up to 330 kg/ha. The application of soil remediation on ponds of tiger shrimp monoculture systems yielded a profit of Rp 26,828,500.00/Ha/cycle and BC ratio of 4.68. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan performa bibit rumput laut K. alvarezii hasil seleksi varietas Takalar, SIRICA, dan Bali. Desain penelitian adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan empat siklus pemeliharaan sebagai ulangan. Seleksi bibit dilakukan pada ketiga varietas dengan bibit non-seleksi sebagai kontrol internal. Pemeliharaan dilakukan di perairan Laikang, Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan selama empat siklus dengan durasi 30 hari/siklus. Pengukuran laju pertumbuhan harian (LPH), kandungan karagenan, kekuatan gel, dan monitoring kualitas air dilakukan setiap 30 hari. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seleksi bibit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap LPH rumput laut (P<0,05). Rumput laut hasil seleksi memiliki LPH lebih tinggi, yakni: Bali (4,75 ± 0,04%/hari), SIRICA (4,74 ± 0,06%/hari), dan Takalar (4,62 ± 0,12%/hari) dibandingkan dengan kontrol internal Bali (3,94 ± 0,15%/hari), SIRICA (3,74 ± 0,10%/hari), dan Takalar (3,66 ± 0,32%/hari). Rumput laut hasil seleksi varietas Bali dan SIRICA memiliki kandungan karagenan yang relatif sama yakni (37,27 ± 6,68%) dan (37,08 ± 7,17%). Varietas Takalar memiliki kandungan karagenan yang rendah (31,84 ± 5,32%) namun memiliki kekuatan gel yang paling tinggi (570,03 ± 145,72 g/cm²) dibandingkan varietas Bali (444,39 ± 157,44 g/cm²) dan SIRICA (438,48 ± 72,70 g/cm²).Regeneration by selection method can improve the quality of seaweed seed. This study was aimed to determine the performance of selected seaweed seeds of K. alvarezii from Takalar, SIRICA, and Bali varieties. The experiments were arranged in a completely randomized design with four cycles cultivations as replications. In each variety, a batch of non-selected/regular seeds was cultivated serving as internal control. The seaweed was cultivated in Laikang waters, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi for 30 days for each cycle. The measurements of daily growth rate (DGR), carrageenan yield, gel strength, and water quality were conducted every 30 days. The collected data were statistically analyzed using ANOVA. The results showed that the selected seeds showed faster growth than that of its respective control (P<0.05). The selected seed of three varieties of K. alvarezii had higher DGR: Bali (4.75 ± 0.04%/day), SIRICA (4.74 ± 0.06%/day), and Takalar (4.62 ± 0.12%/day) than that of control varieties, Bali (3.94 ± 0.15%/day), SIRICA (3.74 ± 0.10%/day), and Takalar (3.66 ± 0.32%/day). The selected seeds of Bali and SIRICA had similar carrageenan content (37.27 ± 6.68%) and (37.08 ± 7.17%), respectively. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kandungan dektrin sebagai sumber karbohidrat dalam pakan terhadap laju pertumbuhan, efisiensi pakan, dan aktivitas enzim amilase ikan bandeng. Pakan percobaan mempunyai kandungan karbohidrat berbeda yaitu 3,4%; 12,4%; 21,4%; 30,4%; 39,4%; dan pakan dibuat dalam bentuk pelet kering dengan diameter 2,1-3,1 mm. Ikan uji yang digunakan yaitu benih ikan bandeng berbobot 1,5 ± 0,5 g dengan panjang total 8,0 ± 0,5 cm, ditebar dengan kepadatan 20 ekor/bak. Wadah yang digunakan berupa 15 bak polikarbonat bervolume 400 liter dan dilengkapi aerasi dengan sistem air mengalir. Percobaan dirancang dengan rancangan acak lengkap, lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah laju pertumbuhan, efisiensi pakan, dan aktivitas enzim amilase. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan analisis keragaman (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan karbohidrat dalam pakan berpengaruh terhadap laju pertumbuhan, efisiensi pakan, dan aktivitas enzim amilase benih ikan bandeng (P<0,05). Pakan dengan karbohidrat 30,4% optimal untuk mendukung laju pertumbuhan (0,364 g/hari), efisiensi pakan (110,69%), dan aktivitas enzim amilase diperoleh sebesar 2,614 unit/menit.mL pada lambung dan 2,605 unit/menit.mL pada usus benih ikan bandeng.Carbohydrates in commercial diets for milkfish fry have an important role in supporting the growth of the fish. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the effects of different dectrine contents in feed as a source of carbohydrate on the growth response, feed efficiency, and amylase enzyme activity of milkfish fry. The experimental feed was formulated in form of 2.1 – 3.1 mm diameter of dry pellets containing different carbohydrate contents, namely 3.4%, 12.4%, 21.4%, 30.4%, 39.4%. The fish used was milkfish fry with an average weight of 1.5 ± 0.5 g and length of 8.0 ± 0.5 cm and stocked with a density of 20 fish/tank. The experiment used 15 polycarbonate tanks filled with 400 liters of seawater and aerated with a flowing water system. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with five treatments and three replications. The parameters observed were growth rate, feed efficiency, and amylase enzyme activity. The results showed that carbohydrate differences in the diets affected the growth rate, feed efficiency, and amylase enzyme activity of milkfish fry. The diet with 30.4% carbohydrate content produced the optimum finfish fry growth rate (0.364 g/day), and feed efficiency (110.69%). Populasinya di alam semakin menurun karena aktivitas penangkapan secara berlebihan. Untuk mengantisipasi menurunnya stok teripang di alam, maka perlu segera dilakukan pengembangannya melalui kegiatan budidaya. Di samping ketersediaan benih, pakan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan budidaya teripang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan formulasi pakan buatan yang tepat untuk mendukung pertumbuhan teripang pasir. Empat pakan percobaan dengan formula berbeda, sebagai perlakuan, dibuat dalam bentuk pelet kering. Pakan diformulasi menggunakan tepung Sargassum sp., tepung Ulva sp., tepung Gracilaria sp., yang dikombinasi dengan tepung kedelai dan tepung beras dengan proporsi berbeda. Pada percobaan-1, benih teripang (hasil pembenihan) ukuran 14,4 ± 6,5 g ditebar dalam delapan buah bak berukuran 2 m x 1 m x 0,6 m dengan kepadatan 100 ekor/bak. Teripang diberi pakan percobaan dengan frekuensi satu kali sehari selama lima bulan. Pada percobaan-2, benih teripang ukuran 7,0 ± 1,6 g ditebar dalam delapan buah keramba jaring apung berukuran 1 m x 1 m x 1 m yang diletakkan di tambak dengan kepadatan 50 ekor per jaring. Teripang diberi pakan percobaan dengan frekuensi satu kali sehari selama empat bulan. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan pakan buatan yang diformulasi menggunakan tepung Sargassum sp., tepung Ulva sp., tepung kedelai, dan tepung beras dapat mendukung pertumbuhan dan sintasan teripang pasir, baik yang dipelihara dalam bak maupun dalam jaring apung di tambak. Sintasan teripang tidak dipengaruhi oleh pakan percobaan (P>0,05). Pakan buatan dengan komposisi bahan 30% tepung Sargassum sp., 35% tepung Ulva sp., 4% tepung kedelai, dan 18% tepung beras menghasilkan pertumbuhan terbaik dan dapat diaplikasikan pada pemeliharaan teripang pasir.Sandfish, Holothuria scabra is a highly valued sea cucumber product in Asian markets. Current exploitation has reduced its wild stock to an alarming level. In order to alleviate the over-exploitation to its wild population and provide a reliable supply of market demands, the aquaculture technology of sandfish has to be developed and perfected. Feed is one of the important factors for a successful sea cucumber aquaculture, besides seed supply. The aim of this experiment was to obtain an appropriate feed formulation to support the growth of sandfish. Four experimental diets (dry pellet) were formulated using seaweed meal of Sargassum, Ulva, and Gracilaria, combined with soybean meal and rice flour, each with different proportions. In experiment-1, cultured sandfish juveniles with an initial weight of 14.4 ± 6.5 g were stocked into eight concrete tanks (2 m x 1 m x 0.6 m) with a density of 100 juveniles/tank. Sampel ikan yang dikoleksi berasal dari lokasi sungai sekitar Desa Balunijuk, Kabupaten Bangka. Sebanyak tiga jenis ikan Seluang (Famili Cyprinidae) antara lain Rasbora einthovenii, Brevibora dorsiocellata, dan Trigionopoma gracile telah ditemukan. Pengukuran truss morfometrik dilakukan untuk melihat profil fenotipe ketiga spesies ikan seluang tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penciri utama yang dapat membedakan ketiga spesies secara spesifik adalah perbandingan rasio truss morfometrik antara karakter panjang ekor (PE) dengan lebar badan III (LB-III). Persentase sintasan tertinggi pada Brevibora dorsicellata yang dipelihara pada pH 5-6 yaitu 93,30 ± 5,80%; sedangkan persentase sintasan terendah adalah Trigonopoma gracile dengan nilai 76,60 ± 5,80% dipelihara pada pH 5-6 dan 7. Rasbora einthovenii yang dipelihara pada pH 5-6 menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pertambahan bobot mutlak yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pH 7. Rata-rata pertambahan bobot mutlak dan pertambahan panjang mutlak pada Brevibora dorsiocellata dan Trigonopoma gracile memiliki kecenderungan lebih tinggi pada pemeliharaan di pH 5-6 dibandingkan pH 7.The research was aimed to evaluate the phenotypes profile of rasbora fish from Bangka Belitung Islands for aquaculture development. Samples of rasbora fish were collected from the rivers near Balunijuk Village, Bangka Residence. Three species of rasbora (Cyprinidae Family) which consisted of Rasbora einthovenii, Brevibora dorsiocellata, and Trigionopoma gracile.were collected . The truss morphometrics measurement was conducted to determine the phenotypic profiles of the three species. The results showed that the main identity characteristics to differentiate the three species were tail length (TL) and body width III (W-III). The highest survival rate was achieved by Brevibora dorsiocellata cultured in waters with pH 5-6 which was 93.30 ± 5.80%. The lowest survival rate was attained by Trigonopoma gracile which was 76.60 ± 5.80% cultured in pH 5-6 and 7. The Rasbora einthovenii cultured in waters with pH 5-6 showed the highest absolute weight gain compared to that of cultured in waters of pH 7.
