It is determined that the plan to restore Ukraine after the victory in the russian-Ukrainian war should include measures to restore and preserve ecosystems, and plans to rebuild settlements should include nature-oriented solutions and measures to build the country’s recreational system. Priorities for ensuring environmental security in the war zone in eastern Ukraine as components of environmental protection in the context of reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions have been identified.\u0000The emphasis is on the need to build a national culture of security and resilience in crises, using the experience and approaches of the United States as an example.","PeriodicalId":33442,"journal":{"name":"Visnik Kiyivs''kogo natsional''nogo universitetu kul''turi i mistetstv Seriia Turizm","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44167648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it is extremely difficult to assess them now due to the lack of sufficient statistical data and the reluctance of some companies, industries and countries to disclose the level of economic decline. In our view, the nature, unprecedented circumstances and consequences of this pandemic show that crisis will lead to profound and long-term structural and transformational changes in international tourism. The author notes that the inaccessibility of international tourism and the closure of external borders due to the pandemic is a catalyst for the growth and development of demand for domestic tourism. These conditions are a great opportunity for the Ukrainian tourism market to demonstrate its potential to citizens by providing a quality domestic tourism product. It is noted that the pandemic is forcing most tourism enterprises to innovate and adapt to unprecedented changes in the business. Successful innovation will certainly be of strategic importance, helping to keep businesses competitive during and after the pandemic.","PeriodicalId":33442,"journal":{"name":"Visnik Kiyivs''kogo natsional''nogo universitetu kul''turi i mistetstv Seriia Turizm","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41755404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research methodology is based on the collection of factual data, the synthesis and analysis of information material, and the study of scientific and practical developments of domestic and foreign experts in the field of gastronomic tourism.\u0000Locavorism as a model of food consumption, features of this concept, reasons and history of its occurrence are analyzed. The main signs of locavorism and the connection with gastronomic tourism have been studied. Examples of reflecting the principles of locavorism in the Sumy region through authentic dishes and gastronomic festivals are presented. Five basic principles of locavorism are identified: consumption of only local food (grown and produced in the region of human habitation), seasonality (characterized by consumption of fruits and vegetables according to the season, refusal of imported food), environmental friendliness (due to reduced globalization and logistics costs load on the environment), naturalness (rejection of products grown by genetic engineering technologies), support for local producers (use of products made by local producers). The analysis showed that locavorism has many positive features. These are, in particular, the revival and popularization of traditional regional cuisine, the development of local producers of agricultural products and producers of organic products, the creation of local craft enterprises, the reduction of imports, the positive impact on ecology, and the improvement of the population health, which in the long run will contribute to the health of the nation. It has been established that the development of locavorism will make it possible to establish a direct connection between urban consumers and rural producers, which will enable craft producers to sell their products at decent prices and will contribute to the development of rural areas, and increase the rural population employment.","PeriodicalId":33442,"journal":{"name":"Visnik Kiyivs''kogo natsional''nogo universitetu kul''turi i mistetstv Seriia Turizm","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43329399","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is pointed out that this process is a topical scientific and practical issue that encourages the application of modern concepts in the context of domestic state-building, which have been effectively tested in many countries around the world. It has been revealed that socio-humanitarian processes are focused on meeting the key human needs as a producer and consumer of material and spiritual benefits, the formation of which is also influenced by tourism. Among the vectors of socio-humanitarian conceptualization of state policy in the field of tourism as a key resource of development in decentralization, the policy of national memory is highlighted, focused on deepening knowledge about the historical past, establishing the foundations of national identity, implementing the principles of patriotic education, etc. Emphasis is placed on the need to provide the community within the tourist destination with quality tourist services using modern digital technologies.","PeriodicalId":33442,"journal":{"name":"Visnik Kiyivs''kogo natsional''nogo universitetu kul''turi i mistetstv Seriia Turizm","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46280745","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ten sites of the largest mass executions of Jews in Ukraine by the German occupation authorities during the Second World War have been identified and characterized. The largest number of victims are crimes in Kyiv (Babyn Yar – almost 34 thousand people) and Odesa (25 thousand people). The third-largest death toll was in the Kamianets-Podilskyi massacre (23,000 people), but it was the first chronological case of the Nazi massacre of Jews in Ukraine. The peculiarities of the mass extermination of the Jewish population in Kamianets Podilskyi, where a ghetto was created not only for the local Jewish population but also for Jews deported from Hungary, are highlighted.
