The fusion of computer technology and medicine led to the emergence of such a science as computational medicine. Computational medicine studies processes in the human body using statistical methods of data analysis. For example, the result of application of artificial neural networks in medicine helped to get significant success in the study of electrical activity in the human body, its nervous system and muscle function. The aim of this work is to design the architecture of a software that will allow researcher to automatically collect the data coming from biometric sensors, store the data in database and analyze EMG. In particular, this work will study existing specialized databases aimed to store biometric data, such as electrical signals coming from the muscles. Criteria and indicators have been developed that characterize the destructive impact on information support. A method for recognizing critical situations using specially developed rules and mathematical expressions is proposed. The performance of the system is estimated executing the task called \"ball on plane\" when an unstable object on the plane like a ball must be held in the required position on the plane. The kinematics is designed with servomotors with improved internal positional control loop. The control system design is performed with virtual model and genetic algorithm optimization. The input of control system is reference position on the plane. Neuroevolution approach is used in comparison with classical linear control with nonlinear plant. Simulations provides trainset processes of motor in different regimes (accelerating and braking). To organize the power supply of auto-barrier devices or traffic light lamps for vehicles, redundant battery power systems are provided. For this, an analysis of existing development methods has been performed. These methods are adapted for the developed systems. Unified approaches to the development of new types of electric drives with a synchronous reluctance independent excitation machine are proposed, which consist of a combination of traditional methods for selecting the power part of the electric drive and frequency synthesis methods. It is shown that in electric drives with a synchronous reluctance independent excitation machine, due to the independent excitation vectors and the armature, it is possible to significantly expand the band of uniform frequency transmission while reducing electrical losses in the system. It also created new threats to caller’s privacy. Due to the high degree of interest in ensuring anonymization of calls in the GSM network. Previous research on the development of algorithms to increase anonymization in IP-telephony and their implementation. In this work, we developed a new mechanism for achieving anonymity in the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM - Global System for Mobile Communications). The lowest probability of anonymity disclosure in this algorithm is achieved by redirecting calls from one mobile operator to another. In addition, GPSS-Studio implements a model for redirecting incoming calls using multi-channel modeling. The analysis of the modern stellar sensors characteristics showed that the sensor companies use different characteristics to express accuracy: a) residual systematic error (Ball Aerospace, HAST sensor) or b) random error (Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Block for determining the coordinates of stars devices (BDCS). A Comparison of the error magnitude of various companies' stellar sensors leads to ambiguous and incorrect results. During assessing the accuracy characteristics of sensors, some factors are not taken into account, for example, the influence of temperature deformation. Calculation using the developed mathematical model of a typical stellar sensor design has been carried out to confirm this phenomenon. The calculation showed that the accuracy characteristics of the stellar sensor depend on many factors.
