Abstract

A new logical and linguistic approach to the recognition of critical situations using the semantic network for the analysis of conflict processes occurring in the critical information infrastructure software due to the destructive effects caused by cyberattacks is proposed. An algorithm for recognizing critical situations arising as a result of destructive effects on information objects is presented. Criteria and indicators have been developed that characterize the destructive impact on information support. A method for recognizing critical situations using specially developed rules and mathematical expressions is proposed. Examples of decision making on recognition of types of critical situations are given.
