Thus, parcels deliveries exist when the online shoppers purchase goods from online shops. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between parcels' distribution design factors and online shopping customer satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was carried out among 384 respondents from Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Based on the survey, response time and returnability have an impact on online shopping customer's satisfaction. Meanwhile, service variety, service availability and order visibility has no significant impact on the customer's satisfaction. This paper emphasise the importance of current and future courier service's to focus on the response time and returnability in order to meet the online shopper's satisfaction. Recommendations and limitations of this study are also discussed.","PeriodicalId":333346,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Modelling in Operations Management","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126010331","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the adoption of mobile payment is relatively low in Malaysia. A total of 303 valid data are analysed and evaluated using the partial least square - structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings revealed that the significance of mobile ease of use (MEU), mobile usefulness (MU), mobile innovativeness information technology (MIIT) and Number of Peers (NP) towards Intention to Adopt (IA). Respectively, MIIT is found to have a positive relationship with MEU and MU. Moreover, it is stated that MU has a positive relationship with MEU and that Triability (TR) is proven to have a positive connection with MU. Finding of this study is believed to have contributed in the context of both theoretically and practically which could act as a guideline for future studies.","PeriodicalId":333346,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Modelling in Operations Management","volume":"97 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116552046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, the supply chain revenue sharing contract system dynamic model is established. The simulation is carried out by setting different contract parameters, in order to make a reasonable contract decision to improve the whole supply chain. The simulation results show that: There is a positive correlation between employee training investment and the profit of recycler, disassembly centre and remanufacturer in the supply chain and the profit of each member tends to be stable after initial fluctuations. The simulation of the revenue sharing contract model shows that: the reasonable contract decision can effectively coordinate the revenue distribution, promote the effective operation of the supply chain to increase the profit of the supply chain members and the whole supply chain.","PeriodicalId":333346,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Modelling in Operations Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130516225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper focuses on the impact of the termination of SCSC on market value. We select samples from Chinese listed companies to test the stock market reaction to the announcement of the collaboration termination. The results show that the mean (median) cumulative market reaction is −1.97% (−0.68%) on the announcement day and the day after the announcement, significantly different from 0 at the level of 1% (5%). We also find that the shorter the duration of collaboration, the more negative the market reaction. Compared with small companies, the market reaction of the announcement of termination of collaboration issued by large companies is more negative. In addition, the market reaction to the announcement in which the partner is non-listed is also more negative.","PeriodicalId":333346,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Modelling in Operations Management","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123639914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the expansion of the enterprise scale, the original single supplier model has gradually become a supplier group model, and retailer's evaluation of the supplier group will have an impact on the retailer's decision. The increase in the status of the retailer has led retailers to impose more penalties on disrupted suppliers. Therefore, it is necessary to study the coordination problem of the supply chain when there is a supplier group's evaluation of the retailer and the supplier has the possibility of disruption. On this basis, this paper introduces the revenue sharing + second penalty contract and option contract, and compares the two contracts to provide guidance for contractual choices for supply chain members.","PeriodicalId":333346,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Modelling in Operations Management","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122210843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Risks are the events that can interrupt the process and hinder the blood supply chains from attaining their predetermined goals. In this paper, we designed a process map that shows the workflow of the blood supply chain visually from donation to the distribution of blood products to the hospital. Then, the risks associated with each activity of the main processes identified. By aggregation of expert judgments using the fuzzy Delphi method, the final list of risks extracted. Then the identified risks were classified and consequently, by using fault tree analysis (FTA), the probability of failure in the blood supply chain in each main level calculated. Findings can help related organisations to manage the risks better and design effective mitigation plans.","PeriodicalId":333346,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Modelling in Operations Management","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132260843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
