Thus, India has been declared covid-19 outbreak as a prevailing disease in all its States and Union Territories because of the absence of proper medication and vaccination for the treatment of covid-19. The pandemic made government of India to impose lockdown in the country for the first time from 25th March 2020 to break the chain diffusion of corona virus. Due to the lockdown all educational institutions were adopted online teaching method in the place of traditional education system by the guidelines of government of India. Therefore, there is a need to analyse the impact of online teaching in various perspectives. This paper focuses on the key aspects relating to online teaching by considering and assessing multiple parameter such as different environmental settings of students, (like understanding capabilities, satisfaction, quality of instruction, performance and problems of the students), teachers (performance of the students and barriers faced by teachers) and finally satisfaction of the parents. To assess the influence of teaching via online mode; on students, teacher and parents an online survey was carried out. The study followed simple sampling method to select the respondents i.e. students along with parents and teachers who are studying and working in the government universities of Andhra Pradesh in India. The study is qualitative in its manner, the data acquired through semi-organized interviews, examined using qualitative data analysis strategies, and data presented using frequency tables.","PeriodicalId":333297,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115147502","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To meet these goals, the education act established Boards of Management of schools to steer schools into achieving the goals, however, despite this, there are disparities in school developments in terms of physical, human and infrastructural development a gap that this study sought to fill. This study therefore sought to establish the effect of Boards of Management resource management practices on school development in West Pokot County. The study was based on open systems theory in operationalizing the variables in the study. The target population was all the 120 principals of public secondary schools, 1800 BoM members, 1 County Director of Education and 4 Sub-County Directors of Education officers which totaled 1925. A suitable sample of 332 respondents was determined through the Yamane formula. The study applied mixed research approach with descriptive survey design. The study utilized simple random and purposive sampling techniques in identifying a suitable study sample of 332 respondents for data collection. Questionnaires and interview schedules were used to collect data. Reliability of the instruments was determined through a test-retest method and a Cronbach Alpha coefficient of at least 0.7 was computed, which was considered sufficient for use of the questionnaires in the actual study. The findings of the study were presented in tables and figures. The descriptive analysis observed a below average function of resource management in the county with all means from each sub construct of this variable being below average. Despite this, the ANOVA statistic found a positive association between resource management practices and school development with the probability value <0.05. The inferential statics revealed significant positive effect on school development 0.05 (r=.394, p=0.001) with R2 =.394 being 39.4% changes in school development explained by the resource management practices while 60.6% is captured in by the error term. The study concludes that there is a significant positive relationship between the Board of Management resource management and school development in West Pokot County. The study recommends that the Ministry of Education should develop a policy framework that would guide BoM members to undergo mandatory and comprehensive training on financial accounting, human resource and physical resource management.","PeriodicalId":333297,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115071882","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These feelings can perpetuate into the minds of the teens and create negative patterns of thinking. Hence, it is imperative to explore the level of depression among the teens during the pandemic. From December 24, 2021 to January 14, 2022, 152 participants completed Socio Demographic Profile developed by the researchers and PHQ-9 modified for adolescents by Johnson (2002).The mean age of the participant was 17.69. Percentage analysis showed that 36.8% of the teens had severe depression, 22.4% had moderately severe depression, 19.1% had moderate depression, 16.4% had mild and 5.3% of the teens had none to minimal. Kruskal-Wallis test analysis showed that higher secondary school teens significantly differed in depression than high school and college teens. There was no significant difference in depression based on gender and birth order of the teens. Teens studying higher secondary school require special attention in identifying and reducing their depression level.","PeriodicalId":333297,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"56 83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116442612","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper attempts to establish a relationship between the scientific basis of biological individuality and the basic ideas of varganas in Jain philosophy. A vargana is a cluster of similar parmanus. A parmanu is a subtle most and indivisible unit of any matter (pudgala). Varganas have been classified into two major groups i.e., associable and non-associable varganas. Associable varganas are associated with the soul and form several types of subtle bodies and gross bodies (audarik shareer). All the structures which are visible to us by any means are form of pudgala which are made up of varganas. The numbers of variation of associable varganas which are responsible for formation of subtle and gross body are known as kulkoti. There may be 14 trillion different combinations of associable varganas for human beings, which can result in innumerable numbers of physical, anatomical, biological and behavioral aspects of an organism.","PeriodicalId":333297,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"416 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124172453","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this process, the health management system plays an important role. A well-managed data becomes a significant source in making the organization efficient. Economics thus provides health sector a new paradigm- Health Economics. A branch of economics developed as Health economics deals mainly with how the scarce health care resources need to be allocated so as to bring the maximization of the health of the community. For such a decision making, an analytical tool is required which could involve both the cost and the benefit side. Economic evaluation serves such an analytical tool. The present paper focuses on the economic evaluation of the Management Information system (MIS) in Health care Management. MIS calls for such a strategy to effectively organize relevant information in the health care and manage the limited resources with optimization and is therefore considered superior to the traditional paper based system.","PeriodicalId":333297,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"160 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127419804","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Now, following the path of big industries, MSME have linked itself with the economies of scale, entrepreneurship, venture capital and knowledge management Here, Kanpur Nagar District has been taken as resource region where the research reflected that this region has the potentiality to become the driver of cluster based economic growth. The research paper dealt with the economic fundamentals of region, comparative advantages of innovation and market technology factors which are responsible for the growth and sustainability of the MSME cluster in Kanpur Nagar District. \u0000Materials and Methods: The empirical study of selected MSME’s which have mutual competitiveness & repulsion has been done. The tabular data has interpreted the composition, size, situation and association of MSME’s in the region. The linear diagrams has reflected the dooming share of MSME’s specially the leather and bristle-based clusters. A need and opportunity-based model will set a functional approach for the complementarity of the market (vertically and horizontally) and capacity building of firms. \u0000Findings of the Research Paper: A declining trend has been witnessed in the MSME’s because of sick firms and factories, unavailability of skilled workers and trainers, low capital assets of firms and inefficient companies. Clustering can create an effective supply chain for the viability of the market economy. It can improve the condition of firms and pool the money for the required infrastructure and investment for further upgradation. Therefore, it becomes imperative to go for clusterization based directive policies because there is a huge scope for profit sharing between government and local artisans. Establishment of Kanpur Nagar as a MSMEs cluster hotbed, will be a new challenge with major risks and responsibilities.","PeriodicalId":333297,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research","volume":"305 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126324416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
