A number of studies have examined this relationship, even with several factors and mediation in the utilization of city parks. In this study the frequency of visiting city parks became the factor studied in relation to improving mental health in urban communities. The study design was non-experimental with correlation analysis. The study was conducted on 62 participants who used the city park with incidental sampling techniques. The results of the study show that the more frequent the city park visits, the more the mental health of urban communities will be increased with a significance of .033 with p = .000 and p <.05. Keywords: Mental health, urban communities, frequency of visits, city parks \u0000Beberapa fenomena saat ini seperti yang terjadi di Bandung dan Surabaya bahkan Jakarta yaitu tentang revitalisasi taman kota karena dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kesehatan mental masyarakat perkotaan. Sejumlah penelitian telah mengkaji hubungan tersebut, bahkan dengan beberapa faktor dan mediasi dalam pemanfaatan taman kota. Dalam penelitian ini frekuensi mengunjungi taman kota menjadi faktor yang diteliti dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan kesehatan mental masyarakat perkotaan. Desain penelitian adalah non eksperimen dengan analisis korelasi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 62 partisipan yang menggunakan taman kota dengan teknik sampling insidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin sering berkunjung ke taman kota maka kesehatan mental masyarakat perkotaan akan semakin meningkat dengan signifikansi 0,033 dengan p = 0,000 dan p < 0,05. The purpose of this study was to look at the factors that influence grit in psychology students at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. The research uses quantitative methods, data collection uses 4 scales, namely Grit using the short version of the adaptation scale from Angela Lee Duckworth, with aspects of namely consistency of interest (Passion) and persistence of effort (Perseverance), work life balance using the work life balance scale from Fisher, et al which has been adapted by Gunawan, et al. Psychological capital uses the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) scale, from Avey, et al which measures 4 dimensions of psychological capital, namely self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, as well as the social support used in this study is The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support compiled by Zimet et al consists of 12 items that measure the source of aspects, namely family, friends, and special people. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi grit pada mahasiswa psikologi di Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengambilan data menggunakan 4 skala, yaitu Grit menggunakan skala adaptasi dari Angela Lee Duckworth versi pendek, dengan aspek dari yaitu konsistensi minat (Passion) dan ketekunan usaha (Perseverance), work life balance menggunakan skala work life balance dari Fisher, dkk yang telah diadaptasi oleh Gunawan, dkk. Psychological capital menggunakan skala Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ), dari Avey, dkk yang mengukur 4 dimensi modal psikologis yaitu efikasi diri, optimisme, harapan, dan resiliensi, serta dukungan sosial yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support yang disusun oleh Zimet dkk terdiri dari 12 items yang mengukur sumber aspeknya, yaitu keluarga, teman-teman, dan orang yang spesial. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and anxiety in workers during the Covid-19 pandemic in the age range of 18-40 years. The research method that will be used is a correlational quantitative research method, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the distribution of the IUS-12 and STAI questionnaires. The results of this study, for workers who were laid off between March 2020-March 2022, there was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.376; Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.037 (p <0.05)) between intolerance of uncertainty and anxiety which means the higher the intolerance of uncertainty, the higher the anxiety, and vice versa. The level of correlation between the two variables is in the sufficient category (r = 0.376). Intolerance of uncertainty is a factor that causes anxiety that arises in individuals affected by layoffs. For further research, it can expand its social network so that it can find the appropriate number of participants and can become representative results and save time.Keywords: Intolerance of uncertainty, anxiety, layoffs \u0000PHK memberikan banyak dampak, salah satunya adalah hilangnya pendapatan bagi kepala keluarga serta menimbulkan dampak negative lainnya, seperti ekonomi yang terguncang dapat mengganggu kesehatan mental dari sebagian keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara intoleransi ketidakpastian dengan kecemasan pada para pekerja selama pandemi Covid-19 dalam rentang usia 18-40 tahun. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling, serta penyebaran kuesioner IUS-12 dan STAI. Hasil penelitian ini, para pekerja yang terkena PHK antara Maret 2020-Maret 2022, terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan (r = 0,376; Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,037 (p<0,05)) antara intoleransi ketidakpastian dengan kecemasan yang secara yang berarti semakin tinggi intoleransi ketidakpastian maka semakin tinggi juga kecemasan, begitu pula sebaliknya. Tingkat korelasi antar dua variabel tersebut adalah kategori cukup (r = 0,376). Intoleransi ketidakpastian menjadi faktor yang menimbulkan kecemasan yang muncul pada individu yang terkena PHK. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of attachment style on celebrity worship in early adulthood Korean celebrity fans in Karawang. The method in this study uses a quantitative method, with the sampling technique used in this study is quota sampling (non-probability). Based on the Lemeshow formula with a minimum count of 96 respondents needed, 172 early adult respondents were Korean celebrity fans in Karawang as the research sample. Analysis of research data using simple linear regression test to determine the value of the celebrity worship variable (Y) which is influenced by the attachment style variable (X). The results obtained with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So the hypothesis of this study is that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is an influence between attachment style to celebrity worship in early adulthood Korean celebrity fans in Karawang. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained indicate that attachment style contributes 28.1% influence on celebrity worship and the other 71.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Celebrity worship, attachment styles, early adulthood \u0000Celebrity worship adalah perilaku obsesi berlebih terhadap selebriti idola, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah attachment style yaitu tingkat keamanan yang dialami dalam hubungan interpersonal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh attachment style terhadap celebrity worship pada dewasa awal penggemar selebriti Korea di Karawang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling kuota (nonprobability). Berdasarkan rumus Lemeshow dengan hasil hitungan minimal 96 responden yang dibutuhkan, di dapatkan 172 orang responden dewasa awal penggemar selebriti Korea di Karawang sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui besaran nilai variabel celebrity worship (Y) yang di pengaruhi oleh variabel attachment style (X). Hasil yang di dapat dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka hipotesis penelitian ini adalah Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara attachment style terhadap celebrity worship pada dewasa awal penggemar selebriti Korea di Karawang. Hasil dari uji koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa attachment style memberikan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 28,1% terhadap celebrity worship dan 71,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di penelitian ini. However, implementing this concept is not easy. School well-being is the subjective assessment by students of how their school meets their basic needs. These basic needs dimensions include having, loving, being, and health. Incorporating perceived social support and optimism into school well-being is a positive action. This study aims to examine the simultaneous role of perceived social support and optimism on school well-being among adolescents. The population of this study consisted of adolescents in the city of Karawang, with a sample of 203 individuals. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between perceived social support, optimism, and school well-being is found to be significant with a significance value of 0.000. R-square value is 0.235, meaning that 23.5% of the variation in school well-being is influenced by perceived social support and optimism, while the remaining 76.5% is due to other unmeasured variables in this study. Namun demikian untuk mengimplementasikan konsep tersebut tidaklah mudah. School well-being ialah penilaian yang berisifat subjektif oleh siswa terhadap bagaimana sekolahnya yang akan memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya. Dimensi kebutuhan dasar tersebut ialah having, loving, being, dan health. Memasukkan dukungan sosial dan optimisme ke dalam school well-being merupakan tindakan positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran simultan dukungan sosial dan optimismee terhadap school well-being pada remaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan remaja di kota Karawang dengan sampel sebanyak 203 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan metode quota sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan optimisme berpengaruh terhadap school well-being dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,235; artinya sebesar 23,5% variasi pada school well being dipengaruhi oleh dukungan sosial dan optimisme, sisanya sebesar 76,5% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Psychological well-being has dimensions that include self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy/independence, purpose in life, personal growth, and environmental mastery. This research is a survey research using a qualitative approach to phenomenological studies. The technique used to collect research data is to conduct in-depth interviews with informants, with data analysis used is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that employees in the education sector of diniyyah and Islamic boarding schools are good. Someone can be said to have good psychological well-being if someone is able to fulfill positive psychological functions. Whether or not the psychological well-being of an employee is influenced by the process of evaluating life experience while being an employee in a company, because the success or failure of a company's performance is determined by the human resources involved in it. Hasil dari penelelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai di bidang pendidikan diniyyah dan pondok pesantren adalah baik. The research will be conducted on a subject of 209 regular students at SMP X Kota Surabaya, and data collection will be carried out online. The measuring instrument used in this study uses a school climate perception scale and a prosocial behavior scale with the Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using Spearman's rho correlation analysis technique. The results of the study state that there is a positive and very significant relationship between prosocial behavior and perceptions of school climate, which means that the more positive a perception of school climate is, the higher the prosocial behavior of regular students in inclusive schools. Penelitian akan dilakukan pada partisipan subjek sebanyak 209 siswa regular di SMP X Kota Surabaya dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara online. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala persepsi iklim sekolah dan skala perilaku prososial dengan model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan teknik analisa korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara perilaku prososial dan persepsi iklim sekolah, yang artinya bahwa semakin positif suatu persepsi iklim sekolah maka perilaku prososial yang dimiliki siswa reguler di sekolah inklusif akan semakin tinggi. On the one hand, as an employee, she tries to be engaged in her work to a maximum performance. On the other hand, personal matters, household domestic tasks can be completed satisfactorily to make them happy. One of the efforts that can be made by women who have multiple roles to remain engaged in their work is to balance their personal affairs with their work or work-life balance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-family balance on the work engagement of working women who have multiple roles. This research method is quantitative-causal comparative with a purposive sampling technique, involving 201 working and married mothers in Indonesia. The work-life balance measurement tool refers to the theory of Greenhaus et.al (2002) with 21 valid items (range (r) ≥ 0.3) and reliability (α) = 0.905. The work engagement scale uses the Utrecht Employee Engagement Scale (UWES) from Schaufeli and Bakker (UWES) adapted from Titien (2016) with 28 valid items and reliability (α) = 0.922. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of work-life balance on work engagement in working women who have multiple roles with a significant value (p) of 0.000 (p <0.05), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 1.138 + 0.614 X1. Work-Life Balance contributes 51.5% to Employee Engagement. More working women who have multiple roles feel a low work life balance (62.7%) and also more have low work engagement (61.7%). Di satu sisi, sebagai karyawati, ia berupaya bisa engaged terhadap pekerjaannya hingga berkinerja maksimal. Di sisi lain urusan pribadi, tugas domestik rumah tangga pun dapat diselesaikan dengan memuaskan hingga membuatnya bahagia. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh perempuan yang menjalani peran ganda agar tetap engaged terhadap pekerjaannya adalah dengan tetap menyeimbangkan urusan pribadinya dengan pekerjaannya atau work-life balance. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-family balance terhadap work engagement perempuan bekerja yang menjalani peran ganda. Metode penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif-kausal komparatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 201 ibu bekerja dan telah menikah di wilayah Indonesia. Alat ukur work-life balance mengacu pada teori Greenhaus et.al (2002) dengan 21 item valid (rentang (r) ≥ 0,3) dan reliabilitas (α) = 0,905. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, employee engagement on turn over intention with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research focused on one of the public hospitals in Karawang Regency with 98 participants. Retrieving data using a scale, namely the compensation scale, employee engagement, turnover intention and job satisfaction. Testing the validity of the scale in this study used the content validity test with the CVR method and instrument reliability using the Alpha Cronbach method. Data processing carried out in this study used Path Analysis with JASP software. The results of data analysis reveal that compensation and employee engagement have no effect on RSU employee turnover intention either directly or through employee job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has no effect on RSU employee turnover intention. Kinerja suatu perusahaan sangat ditentukan pada kondisi dan perilaku karyawan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut, salah satu bentuk perilaku karyawan tersebut adalah adanya keinginan untuk pindah (turnover intention) yang berujung pada keputusan karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, employee engagement terhadap turn over intention dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada salah satu RSU yang berada di Kabupaten Karawang dengan jumlah partisipan 98 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala yaitu skala kompensasi, employee engagement, turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja. Uji validitas skala pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas isi dengan metode CVR dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analysis dengan software JASP. Hasil analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa kompensasi dan employee engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap turn over intention karyawan RSU baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turn over intention karyawan RSU. At that time Ondel-ondel was trusted and used by the Betawi people as a repellent against reinforcements and a symbol of safety. Nowadays, many of these cultural symbols are used as tools for singing on the streets of the capital and its surroundings. This qualitative research aims to describe people's attitudes regarding it. Using a phenomenological design, the research subjects were 6 (six) people from different ethnic groups. The results show that 5 subjects both from Betawi and non-Betawi have a negative affection for this activity, while one subject from Sumatra has a positive affection on the grounds that there are still Jaipong and Kuda Lumping as other cultural symbols that are used as tools for singing and busking. Keywords: Attitude, ondel-ondel, busking \u0000Ondel-ondel sudah eksis dalam kehidupan masyarakat Betawi sejak tahun 1605. Saat itu Ondel-ondel dipercaya dan digunakan oleh masyarakat Betawi sebagai penolak bala dan simbol keselamatan. Saat ini banyak ditemui, simbol budaya ini dijadikan alat untuk mengamen di jalan-jalan ibukota dan sekitarnya. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sikap masyarakat terkait hal itu. Menggunakan desain fenomenologi, subjek penelitian berjumlah 6 (enam) orang yang berasal dari suku bangsa yang berbeda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 5 subjek baik asal Betawi maupun non Betawi memiliki afeksi negatif terhadap aktivitas ini, sementara satu subjek asal Sumatera memiliki afeksi positif dengan alasan masih ada Jaipong dan Kuda Lumping sebagai simbol budaya lain yang dijadikan alat untuk mengamen.
