At the knowledge management angle of view, this study did academic and empirical researches on the relationship between knowledge creation, capacity of management and organizational performance with the sample of 400 high-tech companies by the method of SEM. It concluded that knowledge creation can improve the creative capacity for companies evidently, but have no significant effect on foundation facility capacity. Only a few studies that looks into a comprehensive implementation of QE Tools and Techniques especially in Malaysia and Indonesia automotive industries. This paper aims to review the QE tools and techniques practices of Malaysia and Indonesia Automotive Industries in their quality improvement efforts. This paper also highlights the importance of implementation of QE tools and techniques in company in various countries and the problems encountered when using QE tools and techniques found in the literature. The further research will identify and evaluate the critical success factors for the successful implementation of QE. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is going to be employed to prioritize the critical factors for implementing QE. The AHP approach is used in this study because it can help researchers to formulate an appropriate model to evaluate critical success factors and develop strategies to implement QE tools and techniques in Malaysia and Indonesia automotive industries. This paper applies 12 indices of entrepreneurship environment to modify GEM Model that could adapt to Chinese special conditions. The measurements used were based on the widely accepted SERVQUAL model which is the most common method for measuring service quality. A descriptive statistics analysis was used to evaluate the level of service quality of Iranianpsilas online shops from the customerspsila point of view. The methodology enables agile software development based on a Web process architecture that executes ontology-based business processes as workflow systems. Ontology construction technology is used to extract business model of tasks and processes from enterprise documents, model them, and organize them. Reflective semantics interoperates between RDF/XML representation of business tasks and Java objects of business process primitives. The gap between business models and enterprise software applications is bridged by a Java-based software framework that executes business process as a set of Web page transitions. As a result, a business model is implemented as a thin client application. The software framework enables rapid spiral development of short-term cycles because business modelers, software developers, and users are able to share the same framework of description and systems. The inventory optimization attempts to find dynamically the best inventory policy and safety stock for Stock Keeping Units with independent demands. The analysis is based on supply and demand data, which includes forecast variability and measurements. Important supply chain parameters are modeled and estimated with graphical visualization to identify potential opportunities for improvement. The tool gathers all historical and up-to-date information to effectively track the replenishment level, safety stock level and re-order level of finished goods within minutes. A case study from National Heart Center Singapore on the use of the tool is presented.
