To achieve research objectives researchers used a qualitative approach. The technique was used in 2 men aged 28 and 31 who had been in custody for several months. Based on the results of research known that the motivation of online human trafficking is divided into two, i.e. internal motivation and external motivation. Internal motivation of online human trafficking actors is a form of interest and lifestyle expression, while external motivation of human trafficking is the influence of peers, family demands and economic factors. Other findings from this study are the similarity of educational background, and economic causes. In addition, it was found that the influence of drugs and suicidal desires that arise due to heavy burden of the subject's life. What factors affect the psychological welfare of a first wife in polygamy, as well as what causes a wife in polygamy. This research uses qualitative research design as well as using and using a case study approach to be able to know the welfare of the psychology of the first wife in polygamy marriage. In this study, researchers used 7 people sources, 2 people as the subject of research, 4 people as informant know of each subject and 1 person as the informant of the perpetrator. The results of this study found that the cause of both subjects in polygamy were among men's riches, consideration of the nobility, and religious considerations. The subjects in this study also had different psychological welfare. The first subject has six-dimensional welfare psychology, while the second subject has only four of the six dimensions of psychological wellbeing. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in staff. Subjects in this study amounted to 170 administrative employees in Palembang Hospital. The sample technique used in this study is simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the scale of self-control and Cyberloafing behavior. The analysis technique used is simple regression using SPSS version 20.0 The results of the analysis show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.515 with the score obtained is (R-square) = 0.265 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05 and p <0.01) which means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. These results indicate that there is a very significant relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in administrative staff in Palembang Hospital. The study hypothesis is that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship to high school students Kejururan Negeri 6 Palembang. The population in this study were students Vocational School District 6 Palembang totaling 357 students, with the number of samples taken are 100 students who are determined using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection instruments used in this study is the scale of self-efficacy and intention scale entrepreneurship. Methods of data analysis using the Pearson product moment correlation. Based on this analysis, showed there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship to high school students SMK Negeri 6 Palembang with r count> r table = 0.370> 0.197 by 0.05. Their conditions of denial of information mother about the child's condition, as was the condition of self is not a carrier of thalassemia trait, blaming the pair as a nature, thinking irrational that the child's illness is a punishment from God for their sins in the past, the child has no future again, resulting in the emergence of maternal behavior that may endanger the lives of children like too late to bring the child to transfusion. Research Purposes is to produce a group counseling program with Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in order to increasing acceptance of mothers of children with beta thalassemia major. \u0000Research Design is one group pretest-posttest. Group counseling with REBT approach is done in 6 meetings. In the process, the mother will discuss issues with members of the group and counselors who help mothers to detect the irrational belief that appears, discriminating rational beliefs, and challenging that belief, to be replaced by a rational belief. The subject are mothers who have children with beta thalassemia major amounted to 2 people. \u0000Results known to both participants are still in bargaining phase. However, prevalence increased mother’s acceptance of children with beta thalassemia major, marked by decreased aspects of denial and anger on both mother. Of the population, the sample is taken as many as 127 students. Measuring devices used in the form of a scale of emotional control and problem solving. Analysis of data using linear regression tool SPSS Version 20. The results showed a correlation coefficient 74,1% with a coefficient of determination. Thus the hypothesis that there is a relationship between emotional control with problem solving in the education of students of Islamic Psychology Department Faculty of Islamic Theology and Islamic Thought UIN Raden Fatah Palembang proven true. Through this particular method enable to help employees to increase their commitment impacted to increasing employee engagement so that employees may independently take the initiative and creative in facing the constraints to achieve optimal performance. \u0000In this research, researcher use descriptive action research which divided into 3 stages; Pre-coaching stage, stage of coaching process, and final stage (post coaching). The subjects of the study were three employees consisting of 2 males and 1 female with criteria under the age of 30 years and graduated from full scholarship fellowship program. Methods of data collection in this study are using unstructured observation and interviews using CARE coaching method.
