Buteyko breathing is a deep breathing technique that is useful for strengthening the respiratory muscles. The use of videos about buteyko breathing can clarify an abstract picture about the importance of preventing asthma relapse. This case study aims to implement the Buteyko breathing technique in families with asthma patients to prevent asthma recurrence by using video media. This research uses a descriptive case study design using a nursing care approach. Methods of collecting interview data, observation, physical examination, and documentation. With the implementation of health education buteyko breathing technique with video media which is carried out for 3x24 hours . From the results of the study, it was found that data according to the client's confession usually relapses every 1-2 weeks because of the cold weather in the early morning. Then after being given the implementation of the Buteyko breathing technique with video media when confirmed on June 19, 2022, the client claimed that he had not relapsed. The results of the case study after being given health education on the buteyko breathing technique for the family of Mr. M understands how to prevent asthma recurrence so that the intervention is successful. However, the facts showed that most female students from non-medical university students had not had adequate awareness of breast cancer prevention. This study aimed to investigate breast cancer awareness among female non-medical university students. This study used quantitative design with cross-sectional design. A sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique which conducted to 370 non-medical students. A modified Breast Cancers Awareness Scale (BCAS-1) questionnaire was used to measure level awareness of students regarding risk factors of breast cancer. The results showed that most respondents were 19 years old (51,4%) and most respondents (69,2%) have a moderate level of awareness. The level of awareness has five domains, all of respondents which are mostly moderate: knowledge about risk factors (72,4%); signs of breast cancer (54,6%); attitudes toward breast cancer prevention (71,1%); barriers to screening (70,5%), and behaviours related to breast cancer awareness (66,5%). Complaints related to changes in the medication process to the high risk of contracting COVID-19. This qualitative literature study aims to find out what the experiences of cancer patients are like during the COVID-19 pandemic. Articles were searched through Sciencedirect, Sage, Pubmed, and Scopus databases. Keywords using the PCC approach (Population (or participants)/Concept/Context) namely population \"patient with cancer OR cancer patient\"; concept \"experience AND qualitative study\" and context \"COVID-19 pandemic\". The methodological quality of the article findings used assessment tools for Qualitative Research from the Joanna Briggs Institute. A total of 10 articles were analysed. The COVID-19 pandemic provides cancer patients with experiences in decision making and undergoing therapy and has a positive and negative impact on cancer patients and caregivers. During the pandemic, cancer patients have many considerations related to information, family involvement, and treatment decisions during the pandemic. The anxiety experienced is a special challenge felt by cancer patients and caregivers during a pandemic. Efikasi diri yang baik bagi perawat berpotensi meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana pada perawat rumah sakit. Penelitian ini berdesain deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik convenience sampling diterapkan untuk merekrut 152 perawat dari sebuah rumah sakit umum di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, Indonesia. Kuesioner yang digunakan: General Self Efficacy (GSE) dan Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool (DPET). Korelasi Rank Spearman digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana (r=0,213; p=0,102). Efikasi diri perawat tergolong tinggi, sedangkan kesiapsiagaan perawat berada pada level sedang. Secara umum, efikasi diri tidak berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana perawat rumah sakit. Minimnya pengalaman kebencanaan sangat berpotensi menjadi hal yang memediasi kepercayaan diri perawat terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana. Konsistensi keyakinan perawat dalam usaha menghadapi tantangan dan kesulitan terkait kebencanaan perlu dipertahankan, namun dibutuhkan juga peningkatan kemampuan mendapatkan ide lebih banyak dalam penyelesaiannya.
