This research uses a descriptive research method using a qualitative approach with literature studies to analyze factors influencing the implementation of risk-based business licensing policies through the online single submission (OSS) system in the issuance of standards for fulfilling food production commitments for home industries (SPP-IRT). The research results show that the implementation of the OSS RBA policy regarding SPP-IRT Food is a complex process that is influenced by various factors. The level of compliance with the RBA OSS regulations helps measure the level of success of this policy in supporting the growth of the home industry and improving food safety. To improve the implementation of RBA OSS policies related to Food SPP-IRT, there needs to be close coordination between all stakeholders, clear and understandable regulations, and the ability to respond to changes in the business environment and food production technology.

Through a qualitative approach by applying the literature review method, it is interesting to analyze, describe, and discuss further the dynamics or changes that occur in PT Pertamina (Persero), namely restructuring in 2018 to 2021 through the formation of a holding company, as well as the implications in relation to company performance. As a result, it appears that the holding-sub-holding framework as a form of restructuring is an appropriate choice taken by the Indonesian government (as a shareholder) in connection with a series of positive results (in the form of profit optimization and operational cost efficiency) that are quite significant. Because of restructuring, the organizational or operational structure of PT Pertamina (Persero), which was originally so fat and large, resulting in a slow decision-making process, has become lean. This has good implications for the company, which has become faster, more agile and concise in the decision-making process. In addition, there is clarity of authority between PT Pertamina (Persero) as a holding company and its sub-holdings.","PeriodicalId":33235,"journal":{"name":"JAKP Jurnal Administrasi dan Kebijakan Publik","volume":"7 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136317880","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses descriptive statistical methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches obtained and then used as analysis material. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Likert scale measurement with the help of SPSS program version 26. The results of this study explain the analysis of 4 (four) aspects of health literacy which is elaborated with the prevention of stunting prevalence of village posyandu cadres which can be used as a reference to improve the ability of posyandu cadres in handling public health. Aspects according to Sorensen et.al. These include: 1) Access, 2) Understand, 3) Appraise and 4) Apply. Of the four indicators, the results of the health literacy index research on posyandu cadres in preventing stunting prevalence are the highest indicator in the dimension of accessing various health-related information obtained from several reliable sources with a value of 68%. Then, the lowest score is on the indicator assessing various health-related information with a value of 55%. These results show that the health literacy ability of posyandu cadres in preventing stunting prevalence in Kalisogo Tambak Village is quite good, but in the aspect of assessing various health-related information, especially in stunting prevention, it needs to be improved again considering that stunting greatly affects the quality of human resources.","PeriodicalId":33235,"journal":{"name":"JAKP Jurnal Administrasi dan Kebijakan Publik","volume":"53 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134909638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This abstract provides an overview of the challenges faced by the public sector in India in responding to the pandemic and the lessons learned from the experience. The challenges faced by the public sector in India have included a shortage of medical supplies, equipment and hospital beds, as well as limited testing capacity and inadequate health infrastructure. Additionally, India's large population and the spread of the virus in densely populated urban areas have created additional challenges. Despite these challenges, the public sector has responded with a range of measures, including the establishment of COVID-19 hospitals and quarantine facilities, the provision of financial assistance to those affected by the pandemic, and the development of innovative solutions such as telemedicine and online consultation services. The experience of the COVID-19 pandemic has also highlighted a range of lessons for the public sector in India. These include the need for greater investment in healthcare infrastructure, the importance of effective communication and coordination between different levels of government, and the need for proactive planning and preparation for future pandemics. Overall, the response of the public sector in India to the COVID-19 pandemic has been a complex and challenging process, but it has also provided important lessons and insights for the future.","PeriodicalId":33235,"journal":{"name":"JAKP Jurnal Administrasi dan Kebijakan Publik","volume":"180 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135218061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results showed that the Strategy of the Social Service in Overcoming Homeless and Beggars in Sidoarjo Regency related to achieving the goals could be said to have not been fully successful, as evidenced by the large number of homeless and beggars roaming around, but regarding the provision of guidance after a raid by the Satpol PP, there were homeless and beggars who work and leave their previous activities. Meanwhile, the obstacles to the Social Service strategy in dealing with homeless people and beggars are the mindset that does not want to change for the homeless and beggars, a sense of laziness, and disobedience to the homeless and beggars when participating in the coaching program, and also from the people who still give them money to the community.","PeriodicalId":33235,"journal":{"name":"JAKP Jurnal Administrasi dan Kebijakan Publik","volume":"27 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135322060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
