Emphasizing teaching on achieving a practical level of use of the acquired knowledge and skills requires the teacher to activate all possible ways to prepare relevant and effective learning courses. The author proposes a number of methods and techniques that are possible to use, that are not particularly financially or laborious by to develop and are available for use by a wide range of teaching professionals. Standard means of mass computer text editors, available Internet resources can expand the opportunities for a practicing language teacher to create his own language courses, which makes such materials more effective and the course competitive. Language is a witness of previous generation’s existence. Language and human existence are considered in unity, language phenomena are studied in combination with the worldview, culture, as well as system of thinking. Spiritual, cultural being determines our orientation in life, manifesting itself in a language. As we are all aware, many thousands of years ago, man lost in the fight against natural disasters more than it won. Development of human being as a race and language are considered together. We analyze them in unity with the worldview, culture and way of thinking. People who suffer from the rear, the elements, various catastrophes, evoked a variety of beliefs, believed in them. At the same time we still do not know which belief came first and which belief was applied last. One of the beliefs that arose from the old worldview is the totem of the \"blue wolf” (Kok-bori). Since ancient times, the image of the wolf has occupied a large place in the traditional beliefs of different peoples. This image has a great place in the worldview of the nomadic peoples of Central Asia, especially the Turks, as a monument of material culture. In many sources, in Ancient Scripture, the wolf -beast is a predator of steppe origin, not an animal, but a mother animal, standing at the origins of its kind. In addition, foreign, Russian scientists, domestic researchers, referring to various sources, write that the ancient Turkic tribes reached the level of totem, they estimate it as a sacred beast, some elements are found in household attributes. The Turkic people include: Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Nogai, Bashkir, Tatar, Altai, Karakalpak, Uighur, Turkmen, Saka, Gagauz, Madiyar, Karachay, etc. Folklore and mythological networks manifest the spiritual world of the people and are fixed in the minds of the younger generation as a reflection of the universal worldview. The article also engages the following socially important issues, such as city life, a little man the city, the problem of loneliness, aloofness of an individual.The work is directly connected with the actualization of urban theme in literature at the beginning of the third millennium. The article begins with a review of the theoretical literature on matters under investigation. The methodological basis of the research is the works by the scholars, such as M. Beville, A. Wessels, P.Torkamane, S.V. Pirogov, V. V. Tsurkan, T.I.Vasilieva, N.L. Karpicheva and others. The following postmodern novels are the object of research – Just Together (2004) by French writer Anna Gavalda, The Book Without Photos (2011) by Russian prose writer Sergei Shargunov, White Orda (Ақ Орда) (2005) by Kazakh author Dukenbay Doszhan. In order to predict the occurrence of language contacts in these institutions, the degree of their influence on each other in the future, first of all, a study and analysis of students’ conversations in real situations were carried out. Research questions are: What languages do students want to use in different situations, and how do different situations affect their language choices? How and in what direction does the use of languages change during a conversation? The main goal of the study is to determine the functions of the Kazakh, Russian and English languages, which are currently widely used in Kazakhstan. Moreover, the study aims to find out how (how often) and where Kazakhs who graduated from Kazakh schools can use these languages. In this sense, this article attempted to discuss the concept of definition in detail, analyzed the issues related to determining the meaning of some concepts used in conjunction with the definition, and considered the logical and cognitive nature of the definition. The article differentiated the description given to the term and its definition itself in scientific works and considered the scholars’ general opinions about this issue. In the scientific works dedicated to the study of the term “definition”, it was found that the definition is considered as the main tool of lexicographic semantization. To this extent, this article considered the main differences of the definition from other concepts, its peculiarities and similarities. Thus, a scheme of terminological semantization was given based on the research findings.
