The paper describes the fundamental categories of axiology \"value\" and \"evaluation\", also shows the relationship between values and evaluation. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the anthropocentric approach of modern linguistic research, as well as by the existing need to supplement with one more descriptive fragment of the world value picture with the linguistic analysis of the actualized values in administrative discourse. The identification of the main lexical-semantic and stylistic ways of implementing values is carried out on the basis of dialogical communication between the manager and subordinates, examples of which are taken from the colloquial speech, as well as Russian fiction of the second half of the 20th century. In the study the author concludes that in the administrative discourse, values as well as anti-values (as opposition) are lexically actualized by means of certain nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, and also adverbs. The analysis of examples of administrative managers’ speeches allowed us to come up with a specific scenario according to which the successful implementation of the communicative functions of the leader takes place. The mandatory components are emotionally colored vocabulary, communication, argumentativeness and consistency of presentation, appeal to experience, the prevalence of genres of \"conviction\" and \"motivation\", veiling criticism and censure. Based on the analysis of the documentation, some changes were revealed and the conclusion was made that written communication is giving way to oral dialogue mode in the “head-subordinate” pair. The research is based on the material of maritime and regional dictionaries of the 19th-20th centuries. The names of reservoirs represent a system, the elements of which are naturally connected by certain relationships. Extralinguistic characteristics serve as the basis for combining words into a thematic group, since the group of names reflects the real relations between geographical objects in the Astrakhan region and the logical connections between them, reflecting the prevailing historical perception of the territory. Using the example of S. Khochuev's creativity, the process of axiological identification of the heroes of Karachai-Balkarian prose at the initial stage of its development is considered and a conclusion is drawn about the extremely stable nature of the modal definitions of national writers. The processes of the post-Soviet period that took place in Russian society contributed to the manifestation of the crisis in all areas of the humanities in general and in literary criticism in particular. This period can also be characterized as the emergence of a certain methodological freedom, which makes it possible to look for new cognitive means for such a literary problem as “man and time”.
