El Objetivo General consistió en crear estrategias que ayuden a controlar las emociones mostradas por los Estudiantes ante la situación de la pandemia. El itinerario metodológico utilizado fue el estudio de campo en su nivel descriptivo y como técnica de recolección de información el cuestionario tipo encuesta, que de acuerdo a su naturaleza da cuenta de la necesaria búsqueda de elementos y teorías, que tratan y exponen el tema, lo que sirvió de bases para el ulterior análisis, sobre la naturaleza de este asunto tan vital para la sociedad y la universidad. Dentro de los resultados se logró establecer y aplicar estrategias de juegos mentales para restablecer los niveles de concentración en los estudios de manera adecuada, a propósito de la pandemia. Como investigación básica se utilizó el método deductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo y un nivel de investigación descriptiva. El universo de la población fue de 1360 adultos mayores pertenecientes a los grupos MIES e IESS y en la muestra participaron 300 abuelos, entre ellos 236 mujeres y 64 hombres. Dentro de los principales resultados son: la actividad laboral de los padres (86,00%) es la causa principal para que los abuelos asuman el rol de cuidador. Las actividades que desarrollan los abuelos durante el cuidado a sus nietos son: 77,33% en preparar alimentos, 49,67% en cuidar a sus nietos cuando se enferman y 34,67% en actividades recreativas. Por último, el máximo tiempo de cuidados es 12 años en adelante con 35,00%. Se concluye destacando el nuevo papel del abuelo en la familia como padres sustitutos al permanecer tantos años con sus nietos y se identifica sobrecarga al realizar las actividades de cuidado. The objective of this article is the presentation of the interdisciplinary work of teachers and students of the careers of Engineering for Disaster Administration and Risk Management, Social Communication and Nursing, who reconcile joint forms and strategies of action in places with little connectivity to the INTERNET , creating local networks as solutions to their social visibility. Based on the experience of the Karisma Foundation in local connectivity projects, which successfully shows the use of the Kimera Wireless Local Network as a tool for creating local networks, experiences are developed in the communities of San Lorenzo and Otavalo, identified by students and teachers as required spaces for dissemination given their potential and social presence. The Chillanes canton has high rates that denote structural problems, such as poverty, which affects a large sector of the population, which has experienced historical exclusion, sustained by the exploitation of peasant labor, the precariousness of agricultural production, the of basic access to knowledge, education and technologies, and a culture that countryside Rural women the of these but also a triple exclusion: class, gender and ethnicity. The objective of the research is to determine the incidence of the poverty rate in the Gross Domestic Product and Unemployment, period 2000-2018, by means of econometric modeling of Multiple Linear Regression with Ordinary Least Squares. The data were obtained from the World Bank. The results of the model suggest a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.6752, that is, 67.52% of the variations in Gross Domestic Product and unemployment explain the poverty factor, corroborating with the assumptions that it is an adequate model for the study.
