As a result, the Seven Standard was analyzed that the basic law function of the school(School Safety Acts) needed to be strengthened to serve as the basic laws for school safety. Based on the students’ perceptions, the safety education of the school did not sufficiently meet the demands of students since the necessity was relatively higher than the satisfaction level of safety education. Teachers generally agreed with the purpose of the Seven Standards, they were passive in the implementation of education and showed negative tendency to administrative works related to safety education, so there is need to improve internal and external factors that hinder teachers implementation of safety education. In terms of policy execution, the Ministry of Education needs to make efforts to establish a policy to expand the expertise of the teachers in charge of safety education and to establish a school safety education system that supports the contents of the seven standards of education in cooperation with local related organizations and civic groups.","PeriodicalId":330818,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129936014","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through a comparative analysis of current and new response weapons, the effectiveness and cost of the response weapon system, management factors, and combatant minimization were analyzed. The development of a new concept response weapon system requires the establishment of a more efficient air defense system, and the development and necessity of laser weapons, a new concept response weapon suitable for the fourth revolution, were studied. By converting current military aircraft into oriented energy laser weapons among non-lethal weapons such as high-power microwave, high-power electromagnetic waves, and high-energy weapon systems, the development of various types of laser weapon systems will be able to develop for each army, navy, and air force.","PeriodicalId":330818,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management","volume":"15 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133865858","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After the end of the project, the management system is expected to be established to create a disaster-free city in Vietnam. In practical terms, the developed urban flood prevention support system can be used for the analysis of disaster vulnerability of Vietnamese local governments. Furthermore, the central government can establish a wide-area and long-term strategy based on the data accumulated through the continuous utilization of Vietnamese local governments for their urban planning. Through the analysis of urban flood vulnerability and the development of a support system for urban flood prevention, technical support will be expanded to other developing countries.","PeriodicalId":330818,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132539790","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using the data from the summer (August) and winter seasons (February) from 2015 to 2019, the effects of the influent rivers were compared and analyzed by season and distance from the land, and the degree of influence was quantitatively expressed by correlation analysis and principal component analysis. As a result of the analysis by season, 61.2% of the total water quality characteristics of Incheon 7 were influenced by the influent rivers in summer, and 20% in winter, indicating a greater influence of the influent rivers in the summer. As a result of the analysis by distance from the land, 61.2% of the water quality characteristics were affected in Incheon 7 (summer), 46.45% in Incheon 6 (summer), and 9.65% in Incheon 17 (summer), indicating that the effect of influent rivers decreased as the distance from the land increased.","PeriodicalId":330818,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management","volume":"515 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116209970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
