Variables such as private sector credit, inflation rate, monetary policy rate, exchange rate, all share index and real output were used to carry out this investigation. The study adopted the structural break and structural VAR methods in achieving the objectives and found a significant standard deviation real effect on each monetary policy channel in the short term, while it also found that innovations arising from a channel itself caused the greatest shock on its future values. The findings further demonstrated that each monetary policy channel had a weak influence on output, with interest rate channel being the dominant channel of monetary policy on output. Finally, the paper suggested that the monetary authority should keep using interest rate as the major policy anchor through which monetary impulses are transmitted into the economy.","PeriodicalId":33058,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Economics and Finance","volume":"46 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86903518","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To analyze the effect of the competence variable on the quality of health services at the Prof. Regional General Hospital. Dr.H.Aloei Saboe, Gorontalo City, (2). To analyze the effect of the variable work motivation of nurses on the quality of health services at the Regional General Hospital, Prof. Dr.H.Aloei Saboe, Gorontalo City, (3). to analyze the effect of the competence and work motivation of nurses simultaneously on the quality of health services at the Prof. Regional General Hospital. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe, Gorontalo City. The results of testing the first hypothesis indicate that there is an insignificant effect with a weak regression level between competence and quality of health services, testing the second hypothesis shows that there is a significant relationship with a fairly strong correlation level between nurses' work motivation and the quality of health services, testing the third hypothesis shows that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between the competence and work motivation of nurses on the quality of health services. So it is clear that although the work motivation of nurses has a dominant influence, competence and work motivation are an integral part that need to be considered by the hospital because they simultaneously have a significant influence in improving the quality of health services at the Blood General Hospital Prof. Dr. Aloe Saboe Gorontalo City.","PeriodicalId":33058,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Economics and Finance","volume":"15 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79765834","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
