The basic hypothesis assumed that the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who administered the anti-COVID-19 vaccine obtained information from official sources (TV, radio, online media channels, official information advertising, official information carriers, etc.). Citizens who did not get vaccinated against COVID-19, were influenced by speculative information, unofficially disseminated through social networks, fake news, did not contact officially argued sources and evidence, etc. The research group was made up of 100 people, taking into account age, sex, place of residence, level of education, marital and occupational status. In order to collect the experimental data, the survey method was used, applied through Google Forms. The research estimated the predictors of the willingness of citizens of the Republic of Moldova to get vaccinated against COVID-19: 1) trust in the official media, in government and medical institutions involved in the management of the pandemic crisis; 2) concern about the real danger caused by the SARS-Cov-2 virus; 3) the ability of medical institutions as bearers of official messages to debunk misinformation from the electronic media, especially from social networks. The experience makes us stronger, more resilient by knowing our resources, developing constructive behaviors for potentially traumatic situations. The ability to face unfortunate events (losses, traumas, crises, disability, continuous stress, etc.) is the resilience that we all possess, that state to recover and move on, to face challenges and overcome difficulties in a positive and resilient way. How we develop our individual psychological resilience is determined by a multitude of factors: our ability to adapt to change, accept change and continue to interact positively socially, by the individual tools we use in adverse situations, by social support network, contextual social factors, etc. Resilience and loneliness can be interconnected in several ways. While resilience refers to an individual's ability to bounce back or recover from adversity, solitude refers to the assumed and conscious state of being alone with oneself in a willful, not accidental, way. Solitude provides individuals with a space to engage in cognitive processing and problem solving. When alone, people can focus their attention on complex problems or stressful situations, allowing them to analyze the situation, generate potential solutions, and make decisions without external distractions. This cognitive processing and problem-solving capacity can enhance resilience by helping individuals develop effective strategies to overcome challenges. Solitude can serve as a means of rest and recovery, which are essential components of resilience. Taking time for oneself, away from the demands of others, allows individuals to recharge their mental and emotional resources. This recharging of energy and restoration of well-being through solitude can contribute to an individual's ability to recover from stressors and setbacks. It is important to note that while solitude can be beneficial for resilience, excessive or prolonged isolation can have negative effects on mental health. The generation of the 21st century places a greater emphasis on social cohesion compared to the other generations. What barriers declare young people and how they see the future of a cohesive society in the Republic of Moldova, are the questions that find their interpretation. The empirical data were collected during the focus-groups with young people. The analysis of the synthesis of the answers has outlined the perceptions of young people regarding the problems of community cohesion. We argue in this study that there are no single recipes. The nature of the change must be adjusted to suit the situation. The last decade has required organizations to transform, in the short term, even their business model in order to survive. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the need to achieve business transformation under the pressure of the internal and external environmental factors in which the company operates. In this sense we set out to analyse what business transformation presents and what is the interdependence with \"business improvement\", what are the types of business transformations. The basic hypothesis stated the presence of differences between the factors and the modality of performance and satisfaction in work among representatives of generations X, Y, Z. The research group was made up of 79 people selected from a financial organization: 18 people – from generation X; 35 people – from generation Y; 26 people – from Generation Z. Three experimental hypotheses were verified. The first hypothesis was confirmed, the statistical comparison of job satisfaction parameters among employees from generations X, Y and Z highlights significant differences between the manifestation of interest in work, satisfaction with relations with employees and managers, with working conditions, the level of expectations in professional activity, professional responsibility and general job satisfaction. These results provide an insight into how different generations perceive and feel about various aspects of their work. The second hypothesis was also confirmed, between the employees of generations X, Y and Z, statistically significant differences were calculated in various fields of work, such as the attitude towards contemporary technologies, axiological condition, orientation towards success and existential experiences. These differences reflect different perceptions and valuations of aspects of the work environment and performance. Within the statistical correlation between the parameters of job satisfaction and the conditions necessary for performance, direct dependence relationships were identified between: satisfaction with management relationships and existential experiences; professional dedication and reflexive-technological, reflexive-axiological styles; satisfaction with work conditions and reflexive-axiological style, existential experiences; indirect correlations between satisfaction with co-workers and praxiological, moral experiences, satisfaction with management relationships, professional aspirations and orientation towards success; professional dedication and reflexive-ontological style. Most positive correlations were calculated for professional responsibility and technological reflexive, axiological reflexive styles, instrumental qualities and success orientation, life beliefs, practical, moral and existential experiences. The transition to online distance learning in a very short time for organization, and the social and economic emergency, had significant implications on the higher education system and those who study. A quick and effective organization of higher education institutions and research institutes promoted higher education in some of the countries to the front of pedagogic competition and progress, which attracted international students and brought academic prosperity of the institutions. The transition to distance learning, which was forced due to health-social constraints, changed the higher education systems’ perception and promoted innovative ideas in placing higher education as an economic-social factor in each country.
