Exploring whether mercury is a risk factor for autoimmune diseases is important for disease treatment. In this paper, we searched Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases, and collected the published literature on risk factors of autoimmune diseases from these databases to 2023-2, and performed Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.4 and Stata/SE 17.0 software. As macrophages patrol within different organs and tissues, they are exposed not only to a variety of biochemical cues, but also to mechanical cues, such as tissue stiffness. More and more studies have shown that macrophages can sense changes in microenvironment stiffness, but little is known about the molecular mechanism of how stiffness regulates macrophage function. The 2020 Nobel Prize-winning mechanically-sensitive ion channels the transient receptor potential channel subfamily V member 4 (TRPV4) and Piezo1 are of widespread interest. Research suggests that Piezo1 and TRPV4 on macrophages can sense matrix stiffness in the microenvironment and convert it into biochemical signals to activate specific cellular effector functions. There were basal feed and fat feed for normal contral group and other 4 groups. Established fat model and used Burdock root for 6 weeks and recorded the weight of the mice weekly. After the sixty weeks, extracted mouse fat, emeasured related experimental indicator. The results manifested that the weight, Lee's index and fat coefficient of the model group were more higher than normal control group. The fat mold was created successfully. Triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), Alanine transaminase (ALT)and free fatty acid (FFA) levels of serum had the varying degree to decline. Nevertheless, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) hasn’t increased, Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and lipase (LPS) were not decline, compared with model group. compared with normal control group, adipocytes’ diameter of model group were increased fat cells’ diameter of administration groups were decreased at different level microscopically. Due to the characteristics of its anatomical relationship, parapelvic cyst can compress the collecting system or the blood vessels at the pedicle of the kidney in the early stage of the disease. Compared with other cystic diseases of the kidney, aggressive treatment should be taken earlier. Here, we report a patient with hydronephrosis secondary to renal pelvis and parapelvic cyst compression at the ureteropelvic junction was admitted to our hospital. Laparoscopic left pyeloureteroplasty was performed after condications were ruled out. During the operation, a cystic mass was observed between the two renal pelvis. There was no stenosis or dilatation in the upper part of the left ureter. Methods About 200 patients with bronchiectasis and infection from May 2019 to July 2022 in Jintan First People's Hospital of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province were selected and divided into 2 groups (100 cases in each group) according to the treatment plan. The control group received cefoperazone /sulbactam sodium treatment, the observation group was treated with levofloxacin on the basis of the above. The evaluation was conducted by comparing the time of improvement of clinical symptoms, the decrease of inflammatory indicators, and the improvement of lung function indicators. Results After treatment, the overall effectiveness rate of the observation group was 93%, and the control group was 78%, which was significantly different (P<0.05), cough and sputum production, body temperature recovery and hemoptysis stop time were all earlier than those in the control group (P<0.05). Prior to treatment, there was no significant difference in neutrophil values (GRAN), white blood cell count (WBC), and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (CRP) between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the GRAN, WBC and CRP of the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), FEV1/FVC between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), After treatment, the FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone/sulbactam sodium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, inflammation level and pulmonary function indexes of adult bronchiectasis complicated with infection. this study showed that after treatment, the FVC, FEV 1 , and FEV 1 /FVC of the two groups were significantly improved. The results confirmed that controlling and reducing the inflammatory response in patients with bronchiectasis can significantly improve the symptoms of airflow limitation and help improve lung function. The results also found that the improvement of lung function indexes in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group. The results show that the combined use of levofloxacin has a stronger effect on improving the lung function of patients with bronchiectasis than the non-combination use.
