Thus, discovering efficient biomarkers for timely identification and diagnosis of TC is pivotal. A meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the diagnostic capability of circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) in detecting TC, registered under INPLASY202360048 on the INPLASY website. A systematic search of four databases (PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library) was performed to identify relevant articles published from inception until December 22, 2022. Stata 14.0 software was used to calculate the pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio (PLR), negative likelihood ratio (NLR), diagnostic ratio (DOR), and area under the summary receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve to assess the accuracy of miRNAs in the diagnosis of TC. Study heterogeneity was quantitatively evaluated using the Cochran-Q test and I2 statistic. Given the significant variability among studies, we opted for a random-effect model. NADP-dependent gluconate 5-dehydrogenase from bacteria and fungi has been reported. The reported enzyme showed activity only for NADP as the cofactor. This study purified and characterized a NAD(P)-dependent gluconate 5-dehydrogenase (TmGNDH) from the archaea Thermotoga maritima MSB8. TmGNDH is composed of two identical subunits, and a single subunit has 255 amino acids with molecular mass of 28 kDa. TmGNDH is affiliated with the short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase family. Purified TmGNDH has a specific activity of 102.8 U/mg. The enzyme preferred NADP to NAD as its cofactor. TmGNDH exhibited a Km value of 121.3 ± 3.0 mM and 𝑘 𝑐𝑎𝑡 value of 3181 ± 34.1 𝑠 −1 toward D-gluconate as a substrate. TmGNDH had lower activity with D-sorbitol, D-xylitol, D-glucose and D-xylose as substrates. The optimal pH and temperature of TmGNDH were observed at pH 9.0 and 60℃ with NADP as the cofactor . The thermostability of the enzyme suggests that it can be used as an industrially effective tool for synthesizing 5-keto-D-gluconate. gluconate 5-dehydrogenase has not been reported. In this study, we purified and characterized a thermostable NAD(P)-dependent gluconate 5-dehydrogenase (TmGNDH) from the archaea Thermotoga maritima MSB8. To extract the case history of patients with urinary stones from 12 hospitals in Wuwei City, and analyze them with Excel 2019, Joinpoint v10.2 and SPSS v22.0. ArcGIS v10.2 was used to map the geographical distriburinary stoneson and SaTScan v9.6 was used for spatial-temporal analysis to identify clusters of occurrence. Clusters of outbreaks were identified using SaTScan v9.6. Of the 5497 urinary stones patients (43.07 ± 15.95 years), male (3843, 69.9%) with a Gender ratio of 2.32:1. The morbidity of urinary stones in men and women shows total growth trend. From 1995 to 2016, the annual percentage change (APC) is 15.1% (95% confidence interval (CI): 12.3–18.1%) and 19.4% (19.4% (95% CI: 16.4-22.5%), respectively. Identifying four clusters that dynamically develop and monitor urinary stones in Uwajima. To discover and prevent the occurrence of acute and severe diseases in time, and to prevent and manage urinary stones. Studies have shown that insulin resistance and compensatory hyperinsulinemia (HI) exist in many patients with cognitive dysfunction, which also provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of dysfunction. At present, more attention has been paid to peripheral insulin resistance, but there is little discussion on cognitive dysfunction caused by central insulin resistance. Insulin receptors (InsRs) are widely distributed in the brain region, especially in the hippocampus. Insulin can be through the blood - brain barrier to enter the central nervous system, adjust the structure of cerebral glucose metabolism and brain plasticity, protect nerve cells, improve memory, in order to protect the nervous system and cognitive function, while type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with insulin resistance, in turn, cause central insulin resistance can cause cognitive dysfunction [1]. Therefore, the effects of central insulin resistance on cognitive function and related mechanisms have gradually become a research hotspot. In order to quantitatively assess the effects of prolonged bowing on cervical fatigue, 16 healthy participants were selected and maintained normal working posture for 3h. The sternocleidomastoid muscle, the neck clamp muscle and the shoulder trapezius muscle were selected to measure the surface EMG signal. After filtering and amplitude standardization, the EMG value of every 60s is integrated and its mean power frequency is calculated. It was found that the integrated EMG value fluctuated regularly, and the decrease after the initial increase indicated that the muscle entered the fatigue state. The mean power frequency (MPF) value of different muscles is significantly different, which determines the duration of fatigue tolerance of the muscles, and MPF is not a simple linear relationship in the whole process of neck flexion. The results show that the negative accumulation of MPF can be a good judge of muscle fatigue. Therefore, the EMG sensor can be programmed to connect to the computer. The general information questionnaire and mini nutritional assessment short-form (MNA-SF) were used for investigation, and the HGS, anthropometric, and laboratory indicators were collected. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between HGS and nutritional indicators in patients with stable COPD. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the factors influencing HGS in patients with stable COPD. A total of 232 patients with stable COPD were included, and the HGS was (25.18±7.95)kg. Forty cases of Kawasaki disease in children with liver dysfunction and 36 cases of Kawasaki disease in children without liver dysfunction from a certain hospital between 2021 and 2022 were selected as the research subjects. Liver function indicators, electrocardiographic indicators, and treatment strategies were compared between the two groups of children. The study found that children with Kawasaki disease and concurrent liver dysfunction had significantly higher levels of ALT, AST, and TBIL, and significantly lower levels of ALB. The study suggests that children with Kawasaki disease and concurrent liver dysfunction have clinical features of elevated levels of ALT, AST, and TBIL, and the main treatment methods are immunoglobulin and hepatoprotective drugs.
