Research methodology: The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Results: The results showed that starpa car services in the payment of rural and urban land and building taxes (PBB P-2) have not been effective in terms by martini and lubis of three approaches, namely the source approach (resource approach), process approach (process approach) and goal approach (goal approach). ) due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure that are used as well as human resources that are reliable enough to operate all existing applications on starpa cars and an inadequate internet network for services to remote villages. Efforts that must be made to increase the effectiveness of starpa car services in paying land and building taxes in rural and urban areas (PBB P-2) are to add infrastructure and increase human resources that are reliable enough to be able to use existing applications in starpa car services. Limitations: This research is still analyzed descriptively and only uses a few informants. Second, to find out the response of Bandung residents in the field to the pamphlets distributed by Kang Erwin via Instagram during the momentum of Ramadhan 1444 H Methodology/approach: This article uses a qualitative descriptive analysis research method using primary data collection techniques, namely virtual observation, interviews, and documentation with a virtual ethnographic approach that is non-participatory in nature, while secondary data is in the form of books, scientific articles, theses which are still relevant in this study. The virtual observation technique used is observation on the PKB Bandung City Instagram media. Regarding the interview, the resource person in this article is Kang Erwin as the Candidate for Mayor of Bandung 2024, the informant in this article is a resident of the city of Bandung, and the interview technique used is a semi-structural interview, while the interviews were conducted on 8-10 June 2023. Subjects in This research is Kang Erwin and the object of this research is the Instagram media platform as a marketing strategy tool. Results/findings: The findings in this article are First, Branding Strategy. During the momentum of Ramadhan 1444 H, Kang Erwin through his Instagram account @pkb_bandung actively distributed campaign pamphlets with Ramadan nuances, the \"branding\" that was characteristic of Kang Erwin was that he always used the same personal photo, used Islamic attributes (white Muslim dress, wearing a turban , and black cap). Second, Positioning Strategy. Kang Erwin as Candidate for Mayor of Bandung 2024 uses Sundanese in the slogan used is \"PKB Kahiji, Bandung Ngahiji\" and PKB reflects political parties that are both religious and nationalist. Third, Segmenting Strategy. kang Erwin Candidate for Mayor of Bandung 2024 seeks to provide benefits to various levels of society, seeks to restore the dignity of the City of Bandung, namely Paris Van Java, a city of flowers, a city that is safe, peaceful, and conducive, fixing poverty by strengthening the micro-economy, and providing ambulance facilities on an ongoing basis free to the people of Bandung who need it. Research methodology: The research method used in this research is qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques in this research used a documentation and literature studies, as well as references related to this research. Results: The result of the research show that there is a moral message in TikTok Police Content @hermanhadibasuki (Ferdinand de Saussure Semiotic Analysis). The result of this research where examination several scene video who describing the moral message for the audiences. Saussure divides a sign into two aspects, that is signifier which is seen through the physical form and form of the research object and signified which is related to social life. This research used social media TikTok to share a video content who has a moral message in it. Limitation: The limitation in this research is in the research process. One of the limitations is that the researchers would have to choose from many videos uploaded by the TikTok creator. Results: Results revealed that the roles of media are essential such as making people understand the types of disaster risk, providing information and solution for managing risks, engaging people power, disseminating information, hosting a discussion between government and people, also creating a sharing idea platform, and communicating emotions. Media language and communication type must be well prepared to disseminate the right information at the precise time. In conclusion, the media’s role is essential in disseminating information, solutions, and emotions among people during a disaster. Therefore, the language and communication type must be carefully selected to deliver precise information at the right time. Research Methodology: The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by participant observation, namely researchers involved in direct interactions with data sources in the field and by observing daily activities at four stalls in Pulogebang Village and researchers also conducted interviews with eight informants. Results: The results of this study show that social interactions that occur in stalls are not only in terms of buying and selling, but there are other conversations outside the context of buying and selling. The interactions that occur in the warung can be associative (cooperation, accommodation, assimilation) and dissociative (competition, contradiction, conflict). As well as the behavior of customers in the Pulogebang Village stalls is a positive behavior in social life. Activities that occur between PRC and states in Southeast Asia are cooperation and conflict at the same time. One form of cooperation that occurs between the PRC and countries in Southeast Asia is the Belt and Road Initiatives (BRI) mega project. Meanwhile, a territorial dispute in the South China Sea is one form of conflict that arises between the PRC and states in Southeast Asia. Methodology: The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This study will use the concepts of geopolitics and national interests as a research knife to explain the importance of the Southeast Asian region to the PRC, China's behavior in the Southeast Asia region, and PRC intentions. Results: Southeast Asia is of great importance to PRC national interests. The strategic location, natural resources, and countries in the region have the potential to fulfill PRC national interests. PRC has both cooperative and conflict relations with countries in Southeast Asia. Bilateral and multilateral cooperation between PRC and Southeast Asian countries has positively impacted both sides. One form of collaboration between the PRC and Southeast Asian countries is the BRI, and one conflict is the dispute in the South China Sea. Good relations are not a guarantee of avoiding a conflict and vice versa.
