We study influence both of the potential and rotational space-charge fields. An approximate method of calculation of the rotational part of the space-charge field is proposed. Its idea lies in approximation of an infinite set of rotational cutoff modes by some quasi-static electric and magnetic fields. Designed 7-pole filters with waveguide connectors have insertion losses less than 2.0 dB at 1.2...1.5% pass-band, 3.5...4.5% pass-band at -80 dB level and over 80 dB suppression within 1.6 GHz stop-band above central frequency.
