Penelitian ini dikaji berdasarkan teori Modal Sosial oleh Robert David Putnam dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial telah dimiliki oleh para pedagang di Pasar tradisional terbentuk pada level mikro dan meso. Pada level mikro, modal sosial bonding nampak pada hubungan pedagang yang saling berinteraksi dengan sesama pedagang dan pelanggan. Pada level meso, modal sosial bridging nampak secara horizontal para pedagang yang memiliki hubungan interaksi dengan pedagang di pasar lainnya atau distibutor, sedangkan secara vertikal hubungan interaksi pedagang terjadi dengan pengelola pasar atau pemerintah. Peran modal sosial sangat penting. Adanya nilai dan norma menumbuhkan trust sehingga terbentuklah sikap rasa percaya, sikap saling menghargai, saling membantu, serta saling memberi dukungan meski keadaan fisik dan ekonomi sedang melemah. Modal sosial memberikan dampak terkait kuatnya kebersamaan dan sikap saling tolong menolong pada komunitas pedagang di pasar tradisional yang relevan dengan kultur budaya islami. Hubungan interaksi yang menyatu dengan nilai budaya serta adanya sikap saling percaya yang tercermin pada pemberian hutang, menjadi salah satu faktor yang memperkuat eksitensi pasar tradisional di tengah gempuran ritel modern. Hal tersebut menjadi fenomena khas dari pasar tradisional yang tidak dimiliki oleh ritel modern. \u0000Kata kunci: modal sosial, pasar tradisional, ritel modern, budaya islam \u0000  \u0000Abstract: This study was studied using descriptive qualitative methods based on the Social Capital theory by Robert David Putnam. The findings indicate that the social capital already owned by traders in traditional markets is formed at the micro and mezzo levels. At the micro level, bonding social capital appears in the relationship of traders who interact with fellow traders and customers. At the meso level, bridging social capital appears horizontally by traders who have interaction relationships with traders in other markets or distributors. In contrast, vertically, traders interact with market managers or the government. The role of social capital is vital. The existence of values and norms fosters trust so that an attitude of trust, mutual respect, mutual assistance, and mutual support is formed even though physical and economic conditions are weakening. Social capital impacts the strength of togetherness and mutual aid in the trading community in traditional markets relevant to Islamic culture. The interaction relationship that is integrated with cultural values as well as the attitude of mutual trust which is reflected in the provision of debt, is one of the factors that strengthen the existence of the traditional market in the onslaught of modern retail. Penelitian ini menjadi penting mengingat maraknya produk multinasional yang mulai mendominasi pasar Indonesia, khususnya produk makanan halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah citra merek, kesadaran halal, harga, niat beli, dan perilaku pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian, citra berpengaruh terhadap niat beli, kesadaran halal berpengaruh terhadap niat beli, harga berpengaruh terhadap perilaku beli, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap niat beli, sedangkan penelitian niat beli tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku beli. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran halal, harga dan citra dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen milenial dalam membeli produk penting berlabel halal. Selain itu, hasil ini akan memberikan kontribusi kepada pemerintah sebagai pembuat kebijakan untuk membatasi impor produk luar negeri yang masuk ke Indonesia, yang tentunya akan membuat produk dalam negeri kalah bersaing dengan produk impor. \u0000Kata kunci: Generasi Milenial; Makanan Impor Berlabel Halal; SEM-PLS.   \u0000  \u0000Abstract: This study aims to analyze the shopping behavior of the Millennial generation towards purchases imported food labeled halal. This research is important due to the increasment of multinational product which start to dominating Indonesian market, especially halal food products. The method used is quantitative approach with primary and secondary data. Purposive sampling is utilized for data collecting, and structural equation modeling-partial least squares is employed for data processing (SEM-PLS). Brand image, halal awareness, pricing, purchase intention, and purchasing behavior are the variables used in this study. The findings revealed that brand image affects purchase intention, image affects purchase behavior, halal knowledge affects purchase intention, pricing affects both buying behavior and purchase intention, and study on purchase intention has little impact on actual purchasing. The result of this study indicate that halal awareness, price and image can influence millennial customers behavior of buying important products labeled halal. Kebijakan moneter dalam Islam menitikberatkan pada pola pengaturan untuk memperkecil kesenjangan jumlah uang antara sektor moneter dan sektor riil dengan menghilangkan transaksi dan produk di pasar keuangan yang tidak didasarkan pada produktivitas di sektor riil. Peningkatan produktivitas di sektor riil dapat mendorong arus uang dalam perekonomian (velocity of money). Oleh karena itu, perhatian para pembuat kebijakan moneter tidak hanya terfokus pada konsep jumlah uang beredar, apalagi suku bunga yang tinggi. Melainkan pada peredaran aliran darah (uang) dalam perekonomian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Peneliti menggunakan dan mengambil data dari jurnal, artikel, website resmi dan buku, kemudian melakukan analisis sesuai dengan metodologi penelitian yang ada. Hasil penelitiannya adalah semakin tinggi tingkat suku bunga, semakin besar kemungkinan arus investasi tidak terbendung. Hal ini dapat diibaratkan sebuah bendungan, semakin tinggi dinding bendungan maka semakin besar aliran air yang dibendung. Bunga memang menimbulkan jarak antara sektor keuangan dengan sektor barang dan jasa, akibatnya kondisi moneter tidak mencerminkan kondisi sektor riil dan sebaliknya, kondisi sektor riil juga tidak mencerminkan kondisi moneter. Sehingga pendapatan per kapita juga terpengaruh, yang dalam bahasa lain kesejahteraan masyarakat juga terpengaruh. \u0000Kata Kunci: Larangan Riba; Bunga; Ekonomi Makro Islam. \u0000  \u0000Abstract: The basic meaning of prohibiting riba according to Islam is to avoid tyranny and injustice in all forms of the economy. Monetary policy in Islam focuses on regulatory patterns to minimize the gap in the amount of money between the monetary sector and the real sector by eliminating transactions and products in financial markets that are not based on productivity in the real sector. Increased productivity in the real sector can encourage the flow of money in the economy (velocity of money). Therefore, the attention of monetary policy makers does not only focus on the concept of money supply, let alone high interest rates. But on the circulation of blood flow (money) in the economy. Beberapa upaya yang dapat digunakan diantaranya dengan memperbaiki reputasi islamic branding, kualitas harga, kualitas pelayanan, serta kepuasan pelanggan untuk memperoleh citra yang baik bagi komunitas pelanggan terutama dalam komunikasi word of mouth pada komunitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis kausalitas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan pada komunitas pelanggan cuci motor Sumber Bening. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Path yang diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 16. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel islamic branding, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan secara tidak langsung variabel islamic branding, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komunikasi word of mouth melalui variabel mediasi kepuasan pelanggan. Adapaun pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap word of mouth memiliki pengaruh posiitif dan signifikan. \u0000Kata kunci: Islamic branding, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Word of Mouth \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstract: This research is motivated by the increasingly fierce business competition, especially in the field of motorcycle washing services. This makes business actors required to be even more active in innovating to compete with competitors' businesses so that they can be better at attracting customers. Some of the efforts that can be used include improving islamic branding reputation, price quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction to obtain a good image for the customer community, especially through word-of-mouth communication to the customer community. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of causality. The data used in this study are primary data collected from the Sumber Bening motorcycle washing customer community. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis which is processed using SPSS 16 software. The test results show that the variables of islamic branding, price, and service quality directly have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. While indirectly the variables of islamic branding, price, and service quality have a significant influence on word-of-mouth communication through the mediating variable of customer satisfaction. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian oleh Pusat Kajian Strategis (Puskas) BAZNAS RI, Indonesia dengan mayoritas populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia memiliki potensi zakat sebesar 327,60 triliun rupiah. Dari potensi ini, dana zakat yang terkumpul belum mencapai sepuluh persen atau masih sekitar 17 triliun untuk seluruh Indonesia. Salah satu elemen penting dalam pembentukan Unit Pengumpulan Zakat (UPZ) untuk membantu pengumpulan dan distribusi zakat adalah masjid/mushala. Masjid memiliki peran penting dalam kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Masjid merupakan pusat aktivitas ibadah masyarakat, baik ibadah mahdlah, pendidikan, sosial, ekonomi, kesehatan, dan lain sebagainya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan di UPZ Masjid Baiturrahman Ds. Bendiljati Wetan Kec. Sumbergempol telah menunjukkan kondisi yang baik. (1) Pengelolaan pengumpulan ZIS dilakukan dengan mengadakan program produktif yang tentunya disertai perencanaan yang cermat dan terstruktur, mengatur pembagian tugas untuk mengumpulkan dana dari beberapa pihak baik dari kalangan muda maupun tua, dan bekerjasama dengan aghniya', pemangku kepentingan, dan pemimpin agama di desa untuk menjadi mitra atau investor dalam UPZ, (2) Pengelolaan distribusi dilakukan dengan menentukan kriteria penerima program UPZ, menentukan mekanisme distribusi dan sistem bagi hasil, serta melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi terhadap mustahik, (3) Pengelolaan pemanfaatan UPZ menyediakan dana Qardhul Hasan bagi mustahik yang membutuhkan, dan memberdayakan mustahik melalui program pengelolaan kolam lele Pengembangan Masyarakat Zakat (ZCD), yang tentunya telah dianalisis dan disesuaikan dengan potensi desa serta diorganisir dengan terstruktur. \u0000Kata kunci: Masjid; Ekonomi Mustahik; Pengelolaan ZIS \u0000  \u0000Abstract: This study discusses the management of zakat, infak and alms management in mosques to improve the mustahik economy.  In accordance with the results of research by the Center for Strategic Studies (Puskas) BAZNAS RI, Indonesia with an average majority of the world's largest Muslim population has a zakat potential of 327.60 trillion rupiah. Ini didasari bahwa gagasan kesejahteraan ekonomi konvensional dipandang tidak sesuai, yang hanya meletakan dimensi kebutuhan materil (dunia) untuk menilai sejahteranya masayarakat. Karena itu, kesesuaian menilai sejahteranya masyarakat terletak dalam gagasan kesejahteraan ekonomi Islam, yang didilamnya terdapat penilaian dimensi kebutuhan spiritual (akhirat) dan materil (dunia), dengan mengacu lima prinsip tujuan syariat Islam (Maqasid Syariah). Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan Mixed Method. Data penelitian dikumpul dari sumber primer, meliputi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif berupa hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan/diisi oleh 100 responden yang diambil secara Purposive Sampling dan dihitung mengikuti teknik Slovin. Data kualitatif berupa observasi dan wawancara terhadap 6 responden yang diambil secara Snowball Sampling. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode analisis deskriptif sebagai alat analisis data Mixed Method. Penelitian ini menujukan bahwa masyarakat penerima manfaat BUMDes Karya Dermawan sudah sejahtera dinilai dalam ekonomi Islam. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh masyarakat penerima manfaat mampu mewujudkan dimensi kebutuhan spiritual meliputi menjaga agama (Hifdzu Din), jiwa (Hifdzu Nafs), akal (Hifdzu ‘Aql), keturunan (Hifdzu Nasl), harta (Hifdzu Maal). This is based on the idea that conventional economic welfare is seen as inappropriate, which only places the dimensions of material (world) needs to assess the welfare of the community. Therefore, the suitability of assessing welfare of the welfare community lies in the idea of Islamic economic welfare, in which there is an assessment of the dimensions of spiritual (hereafter) and material (world) needs, with reference to the five principles of sharia purpose (Maqasid Syariah). This study uses a Mixed Method approach. The research data was collected from primary sources, including quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data in the form of questionnaire results that have been distributed/filled in by 100 respondents, taken by purposive sampling and calculated using the Slovin technique. Qualitative data in the form of observations and interviews with 6 respondents taken by Snowball Sampling. This study uses a descriptive analysis method as a Mix Method data analysis tool. This study shows that the beneficiaries of Karya Dermawan BUMDes are already prosperous, assessed in Islamic economics. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap perusahaan pengguna crowdfunding dan provider platform crowdfunding Syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa UMKM mengalami kendala dalam mengakses instrumen pasar modal syariah, terutama karena kendala pengetahuan tentang produk crowdfunding dan kendala proses administrasi yang rumit dan proses seleksi yang panjang. Namun demikian, Crowdfunding dan Sukuk masih memiliki potensi besar bagi UMKM utama untuk pemulihan pasca pandemi. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi khusus bagi otoritas pemerintah dan penyedia platform crowdfunding untuk melakukannya penyederhanaan proses administrasi dan seleksi guna mempercepat akses UMKM terhadap instrumen pasar modal syariah. \u0000Kata kunci: Instrumen Pasar Modal Syariah, UMKM, Crowdfunding, Sukuk \u0000  \u0000Abstract: This study aims to critically explore the experiences of MSME for using Islamic capital market instruments such as crowdfunding and Sukuk in particular the problems and challenges. The research method used is qualitative with in-depth interview method to crowdfunding user companies and Sharia crowdfunding platform provider. The results of this study found that MSME encountered obstacles in accessing Islamic capital market instruments, mainly due to knowledge constraints on crowdfunding products and constraints on the complexity of the administrative process and the lengthy selection process. However, Crowdfunding and Sukuk still have great potential for the main MSME for post-pandemic recovery. Mengambil lokasi penelitian di Pantai Jakat Kota Bengkulu peneliti membentuk kelompok pemberdayaan istri nelayan yang beranggotakan 10 orang dengan kegiatan pengolahan ikan bleberan sebagai bahan baku makanan pempek, sempol, dan tekwan. Menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dimana masyarakat sasaran terlibat langsung sebagai subyek dalam seluruh kegiatan penelitian. Kegiatan menekankan pada partisipasi anggota kelompok dan Peneliti sebagai fasilitator/ pendamping. Pendampingan dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) bulan, dengan kegiatan (1) mengidentifikasi masalah dan memutuskan bentuk usaha yang akan dilakukan; (2) melaksanakan kegiatan; (3) mengevaluasi; dan (4) melakukan kembali. Program pemberdayaan belum selesai karena masih banyak mimpi-mimpi kelompok istri nelayan ini yang harus diwujudkan. Proyek pemberdayaan memang tidak akan pernah selesai, karena membangun sebuah masyarakat harus dilakukan terus menerus, dan akan berakhir jika dunia berakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dan motivasi para istri nelayan seiring waktu semakin tinggi, sedangkan para nelayan (bapak-bapak) menyerahkan kepada para istri saja. Sudah ada muncul inovasi dan tambahan kegiatan di bidang sosial/keagamaan, marketing, dan penguatan kelompok. The location of this study is in Jakat Beach, Bengkulu City, the researchers formed a fisherman's wife empowerment group consisting of 10 people with bleberan fish processing activities as raw materials for Pempek, Sempol, and Tekwan food. Using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method where the target community is directly involved as a subject in all research activities. The activity emphasizes the participation of group members and researchers as facilitators/companions. Model penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi teori UTAUT, TPB, Tren Keuangan dan Pengetahuan Islam dalam keputusan kepercayaan Fintech dan metode digitalisasi zakat terhadap niat pembayar zakat untuk mengadopsi FinTech yang inovatif dalam pembayaran zakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan signifikansi pada tiga dimensi toeri UTAUT, TPB, Tren Keuangan dan Pengetahuan Islam meskipun pada hipotesis harapan usaha terhadap kepercayaan dan keputusan penerimaan teknologi FinTech tidak mendapat dukungan signifikansi statistik PLS. Penguatan infrastruktur IT, keseragaman aturan pembayaran zakat digital dan kajian promotif digitalisasi zakat direkomendasikan kepada Provider FinTech dan Pembuat Kebijakan untuk semakin mengoptimalkan penghimpunan zakat untuk meningkatkan dana zakat untuk mustahiq yang membutuhkan agar  semakin menumbuhkan perekonomian Islam dan Indonesia yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan sesuai Tujuan SDGs. \u0000Kata kunci: FinTech; Islam; SDGs; Teknologi; Zakat \u0000  \u0000Abstract: The Covid-19 Pandemic situation and the digitalization Revolution 4.0 have encouraged the adoption of zakat payments through digital transaction platforms, especially FinTech. This study aims to explore the acceptance of FinTech in digital zakat payments. explore the acceptability of FinTech in digital zakat payments. Quantitative survey-based research on a population of Muslim FinTech users with SEM PLS was carried out by establishing a purposive sampling technique. This research model can identify the theory of UTAUT, TPB, Financial Trends and Islamic Knowledge in Fintech trust decisions and zakat digitization methods on the intention of zakat payers to adopt innovative FinTech in zakat payments. The results of this study show a significant relationship on the three theoretical dimensions of UTAUT, TPB, Financial Trends and Islamic Knowledge although the hypothesis of business expectations on trust and decisions to accept FinTech technology does not have PLS statistical significance.
