Cooking can be done by anyone. When cooking, recipes are needed as a reference to process food ingredients into a dish. A recipe in the modern sense is defined as a set of instructions that tell how to prepare and cook food, including a list of what foods are needed . Yogyakarta has a variety of culinary delights. With the passage of time, Yogyakarta's specialties are displaced by foreign food entering Yogyakarta. The Recipe application contains a variety of recipes for typical Yogyakarta food. This research aims to help the community in making Indonesian culinary food, especially the Yogyakarta food menu. The application is created web-based using PHP programming language and mysql database. For the software development method, which is carried out is using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall method. The first stage carried out is planning, design stages, implementation and trials. Based on the test results using a black box, the system created has functional features according to what is expected. This is an interesting study to discuss considering that leadership is a central activity in an organization, with a top leader as a central figure, so that a leader needs leadership ethics, because a leader becomes an uswah or role model for his subordinates and has a significant influence on the performance of their subordinates. In this paper, this research uses a qualitative research type with a library research approach with data collection techniques through various references, then data reduction and conclusions are carried out. The results of the study show that leadership ethics plays a role in organizational culture. Ethical leadership affects performance in the organization, both the performance of leaders and followers. The leader is a determining factor in creating ethical behavior and ethical climate in the organization. The leader develops a strategy for developing ethical behavior which is part of the organizational strategy. The amount of experience a person has before becoming an Auditor determines the competence possessed by an Auditor. To be assigned to carry out certification, an auditor needs special competencies such as areas of expertise, work experience, and the Schemes and Standards that become the reference for certification. Auditors owned by LSUP need to be classified so that they can be assigned according to their competence. The C4.5 Decision tree algorithm is one of the methods that can be used to create a model used to classify and predict auditor competence. 65 data from 221 data are used as training data to form a model in the form of a tree structure. This model consists of 3 attributes that form a Node in a tree structure, namely the Workplace, Skill and Standard attributes. Each attribute has a value that forms a branch. The model was evaluated using the Confusion Matrix with a matrix size of 7x7 which resulted in a TP value of 99, FP value of 121, FN value of 121, and TN value of 1199. The accuracy level of this model is quite good, namely 84%. This research applied a qualitative descriptive as the research design. In collecting the data, the researcher applied observation, interview, and documentation. The data was then processed by using the technique of data analysis based on Miles and Huberman involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that EFL teachers’ professional competence in developing learning material indicated two categories; semi-material development, and non-material development. Then, EFL teachers’ professional competence in developing professionalism continuously indicated that the teachers did self-evaluation, and did self-improvement. In utilizing ICT media, the results indicated that the EFL teachers used mono-ICT media and multi-ICT medias in teaching online.
