The text shows that faith is not the important dimension in the end times, but attitude and deeds. The cursed and the righteous also do not know that what they “have” done is also for Jesus. This passage is not only present in the tension between faith and unknowing but also as a transformative solution for the people amid the reality of life. Through a narrative approach to Matthew 25:31-46, a construction of thinking will be built that finding the “hidden face of Jesus” is a difficult thing to do (especially for those who are “foreign”) if people do not know that Jesus revealed Himself as the lowly. In practice, the dimension of tension between faith and ignorance is very large in the search for the hidden face of Jesus which makes eschatological ethics precisely present at this time. The result of this study is that the text of Matthew 25:31-46 cannot be read as a justification for the help given to others, without maintaining the tension between faith and unknowing.\u0000AbstrakMatius 25:31-46 merupakan teks yang menggambarkan dengan unik konsep Yesus tentang akhir zaman. Teks memperlihatkan bahwa iman bukanlah dimensi penting pada akhir zaman, melainkan sikap dan perbuatan. Orang-orang terkutuk dan benar juga tidak tahu bahwa apa yang “telah” mereka lakukan ternyata juga untuk Yesus. Perikop ini tidak sekadar hadir dalam ketegangan antara iman dan ketidaktahuan, tetapi juga sebagai solusi transformatif umat di tengah realitas kehidupan. Melalui pendekatan naratif terhadap Matius 25:31-46, akan dibangun konstruksi berpikir bahwa menemukan “wajah Yesus yang tersembunyi” merupakan hal yang sulit dilakukan (terlebih kepada mereka yang “asing”) apabila orang tidakmengetahui bahwa Yesus mengungkapkan diri-Nya sebagai yang hina. Dalam praksisnya, dimensi ketegangan antara iman dan ketidaktahuan sangat besar dalam pencarian wajah Yesus yang tersembunyi yang membuat etika eskatologis justru hadir di saat ini. Hasil penelitian ini melihat bahwa teks Matius 25:31-46 tidak dapat dibaca sebagai pembenaran akan bantuan yang diberikan kepada sesama, tanpa mempertahankan ketegangan antara iman dan ketidaktahuan tersebut. However, there are still many people and state leaders, including church leaders, who believe in the truth of the proposition “Si vis pacem, para bellum”. This article shows that the proposition is problematic since it originates from the national security paradigm. This article emphasizes the need to understand peace positively and actively, as a comprehensive idea related to relations and interconnectedness between humans and between humans and the non-human natural environment. In this light, Christian pacifismcalls for the church and Christians to abandon all forms of violence, including war, as they are not in accordance with Christian ethics. It seeks peace that is based on symbiocentric paradigm, which considersnot primarily the security of oneself and one’s group exclusively, but the sustainable well-being of all life. Christian Pacifism also calls on everyone to abandon the safety net of moral certainty, for Christian Pacifism is not primarily a technical or methodological issue related to war; about which methods can be more effective in resolving conflicts. Christian pacifism is a matter of faith and repentance. Equipped with this belief, churches and Christians can embody the Pancadharma of Peace which contains the Christian virtues of hope, vulnerability, humility, patience, and empathy.\u0000AbstrakPerang demi perang telah terjadi di bumi selama berabad-abad lamanya, tanpa satu pun berhasil membawa perdamaian sejati. Namun demikian, masih banyak orang dan pemimpin negara, termasuk pemimpin gereja, yang meyakini kebenaran dalil “Si vis pacem, para bellum”. Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalil tersebut bermasalah karena bersumber dari paradigma national security. Tulisan ini menekankan perlunya memahami perdamaian secara positif dan aktif, sebagai sebuah gagasan komprehensif terkait relasi antarmanusia dan antara manusia dan alam lingkungan non-manusia. Dalam terang itu, pacifisme Kristen memanggil gereja dan orang-orang Kristen untuk meninggalkan segala macam bentuk kekerasan, termasuk perang, karena tidak sesuai dengan etika Kristen. Pacifisme Kristen mencari upaya perdamaian yang dilandaskan pada paradigma symbiocentric yang memperhitungkan bukan terutama keamanan diri sendiri dan kelompok sendiri secara eksklusif, tetapi kesejahteraan seluruh kehidupan yang berkelanjutan. Pacifisme Kristen juga mengajak semua orang meninggalkan jaring pengaman kepastian moral, karena pacifisme Kristen bukan terutama masalah teknis atau metodologis terkait perang; tentang metode mana yang lebih efektif dalam penyelesaian konflik. The prophet Nathan,who became Bathsheba’s confidant, contributed to Bathsheba regaining her honor that was lost due to David’s rape. From a trauma studies perspective, Bathsheba experienced posttraumatic growth (PTG), whichis the ability to overcome post-traumatic syndrome disorder (PTSD). This paper is useful in illustrating the narrative’s strategic tactics to get out of a helpless situation. The courageous attitude in expressing bitterexperiences, good relationships with the environment, appreciation of life, the opening of new opportunities, and connection with God are factors of Bathsheba’s PTG.\u0000AbstrakArgumentasi tulisan ini adalah Batsyeba dalam kisah 2 Samuel 11-12 dan 1 Raja-raja 1:1-2:25, yang dibaca dalam kritik narasi (narrative criticism), akan tampil sebagai penyintas kekerasan seksual yang berdaya. NabiNatan, yang menjadi lingkungan terdekat Batsyeba, berkontribusi bagi Batsyeba untuk mendapatkan kembali kehormatan yang pernah hilang darinya karena rudapaksa Daud. Dalam kacamata studi trauma, Batsyeba mengalami posttraumatic growth (PTG), yaitu kemampuan mengatasi posttraumatic syndrome disorder (PTSD). Tulisan ini bermanfaat dalam menggambarkan taktik strategis narasi untuk keluar dari situasi tak berdaya. By using cultural, socio-economic, and pastoral psychology analysis, it is found that: ulos weaving is a gender-basedwork because it is specifically done by women; parents let their children work as ulos weavers to meet the family’s needs; forms of conformity in adolescence in Batak society are influenced by patrilineal culture. Based on these findings, a theological-psychological pastoral approach is offered which aims to free children from injustice and violence by building democratic relational relations within the family. Family counseling with the family system theory method is considered useful in helping dysfunctional families as a background of children working as weavers. The method used in this article is a qualitative research method based on working methods of literature and verbatim research as field data collection tools.\u0000AbstrakArtikel ini menyajikan fenomena dilematik anak perempuan bertenun ulos di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Dengan menggunakan analisis budaya, sosial ekonomi, dan pastoral psikologi ditemukan bahwa: bertenun ulos adalah pekerjaan berbasis gender karena khusus dilakukan oleh kaum perempuan; orang tua yang membiarkan anak bertenun untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidup keluarga; bentuk konformitas pada usia remaja dalam masyarakat Batak dipengaruhi oleh budaya patrilineal. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut maka ditawarkan respons berbasis pastoral teologis-psikologis yang bertujuan membebaskan anak dari ketidakadilan dan kekerasan, yaitu dengan membangun hubungan relasional demokratis di dalam keluarga. Konseling keluarga dengan metode Teori Sistem Keluarga dianggap mampu untuk menolong keluarga yangdifungsional sebagai latar belakang anak bekerja bertenun. Accordingly, this research collected data through interviews, field observations, and documentation. This study concluded that the goodness taught to the love of Christ in the form of loving and caring for one another by distributing rice boxes was realized in sega mubeng. In addition, sega mubeng also stands as the practice of Christian philanthropy in the form of Charity, referring to unconditional love through welfare for the recipients of rice boxes.\u0000AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan sega mubeng di Pastoran Gereja Santo Antonius Padua Kotabaru Yogyakarta sebagai bentuk kasih Kristus dan filantropi Kristen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya kebaikan-kebaikan yang diajarkan pada kasih Kristus berupa saling mengasihi dan menyayangi dengan cara membagikan nasi bungkus yang terealisasikan dalam kegiatan ini, terutama motif daripada perasaan para relawan ketika membagikan nasi bungkus kepada kelompok sasaran. Wordless space is offered as a perspective on trauma theology from the perspective of male survivors ofsexual violence. This perspective departs from the data on sexual violence against men, which is quite high but still lacks attention from various parties. The assumption that men are the perpetrators of sexual violence, social constructions of masculinity and certain theological thinking have resulted in male survivors of sexual violence suppressing the voice of their wounds and limiting the space for the voice of their wounds. The thoughts of Annie Rogers, Cathy Caruth, and Shelly Rambo, in relation to trauma, are used to look at the traumatic experiences of male survivors of sexual violence as well as the basis for wordless space as a perspective in trauma theology.\u0000AbstrakTulisan ini menawarkan ruang nir-kata sebagai sebutan bagi ruang luka bagi laki-laki penyintas kekerasan seksual. Ruang nir-kata ditawarkan sebagai perspektif berteologi trauma dari sudut pandang laki-laki penyintas kekerasan seksual. Perspektif ini berangkat dari data kekerasan seksual pada laki-laki berada pada angka yang cukup tinggi namun masih kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Anggapan tentang laki-laki adalah pelaku kekerasan seksual, konstruksi sosial tentang maskulinitas, dan pemikiran teologi tertentu telah mengakibatkan laki-laki penyintas kekerasan seksual memendam suara luka merekadan membatasi ruang bagi suara luka tersebut. The Bible outright condemns various sexual orientations such as homosexuality, bisexuality, and bestiality; as a result, the Old Testament portrays heterosexuality as the proper sexual identity. The general reading of texts frequently devolves into pros and contras but leaves little room for other aspects of the text that can allow for a more transformative interpretation. In fact, when texts and the reality of today’s plurality in sexual orientations collide, dominant and judgmental meanings often result. Due to this, socio-ideological studies reread Leviticus 18:22 from an LGBT viewpoint in order to shed light on the Priest’s Tradition’s ideological role in promoting heterosexuality as its identity politics. This analysis gives space to the sociopolitical situation that gives the book its shape, departing fromawareness and skepticism of the existence of other realities that are not described or even repressed in the text (behind the text). Hence, it is hoped that the text’s true meaning, one that liberates prejudice via conversation and creativity, might be recovered. \u0000AbstrakArtikel ini memberikan pembacaan alternatif terhadap teks Imamat 18:22 yang selama ini cenderung dipahami sebagai teks yang mengecam homoseksual. Teks secara eksplisit menolak beragam orientasi seksual seperti homoseksual, biseksual, bestialitas; dan dengan demikian menggambarkan heteroseksual sebagai identitas seksual yang benar dalam Perjanjian Lama. Pembacaan umum terhadap teks acap kali sekadar jatuh pada persoalan pro-kontra, namun tidak memberikan ruang terhadap dimensi lain dari teks yang mungkin memberikan pembacaan yang lebih transformatif. Sebab dalam faktanya, perjumpaan teks dengan realitas keberagaman orientasi seksual di masa kini cenderung memberikan makna yang menghegemoni dan menghakimi. Untuk itu, kajian sosio-ideologis berupaya menguak peran ideologis dari Tradisi Imam yang mempropagandakan heteroseksual sebagai politik identitasnya, serta membaca ulang teks Imamat 18:22 melalui perspektif LGBT. Berangkat dari kesadaran dan kecurigaan akan adanya realitas lain yang tidak digambarkan bahkan dibungkam dalam teks, kajian ini memberikan ruang terhadap situasi sosial-politik yang membentuk teks (di balik teks).
