The rule of law ideally provides both justice and order to individual as well as social stability. This article is aimed to highlight some particular circumstances on how people tend to justify obedience or disobedience in society and of the nation. This article is written and analyzed by using normative legal research methods. A strong legal system should consist of legal rights and obligations as two inseparable parts. It also discusses about two aspects of legal relationships, namely: (a) power or authority of rights, (b) legal obligations. Practically, law has given legal consequences in people's lives in terms of right and obligation so that people will act obediently and appropriately by following the legal norms. The right to obey and disobey a law is inherent in people as legal subjects. Ijbar is coercion in the sense of marriage which is fully owned by the guardian, namely the father or grandfather. Scholars in viewing forced marriages have different opinions from the object of forced marriage to whether the marriage is legal or not. In this case, the impact of forced marriage because the right of ijbar has two connotations, negative and positive. Some have a bad or negative impact and some have a good impact. \u0000This research is a type of field research, which is qualitative in nature, by describing and analyzing the impact of forced marriage due to the right of ijbar. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews and literature study. Then the presentation of the data that has been found in descriptive form, and drawing conclusions \u0000The results of the research that the researchers got based on the data found, the researchers concluded, there were two different impacts from the cases that the researchers studied. There are cases that end happily and have a positive impact, some end in failure and have a negative impact. The negative impact outweighs the positive impact. After the marriage ceremony, the bridegroom is taken to the bride's room. The bridegroom is directed to sit opposite each other on the bed, then Pappasikarawa guides the bridegroom's thumb to touch the bride's body while praying for it. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of the religious leaders of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School about the legitimate children contained in the article as well as a review of Islamic law. This type of research is a descriptive field research. In collecting data, the researcher used interview techniques with informants, namely religious leaders who were at the Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school in Balikpapan, then the data was analyzed by data reduction, data display, and data verification. In the article it seems as if it gives legal tolerance to children born in legal marriages, even though the distance between marriage and the birth of children does not reach the minimum age limit of the womb, so that while the baby in the womb is born when the mother is in a marriage that is legal child, then the child can be called a legitimate child as well. Polygamous parents certainly know the additional burdens of polygamy in Islam. The purpose of this study is to find out the life of children whose parents are polygamous by reviewing Islamic law. This type of research is a descriptive field study. In data collection, researchers use interview techniques to informants and observations, as well as data analysis with data reduction, data display, and data verification. From this study it was found that children's lives are fulfilled in terms of biophysical. However, 3 out of 4 children in other needs such as mental, social and spiritual terms are not well met. The conclusion of this study, which is reviewed from Islamic law, is only fulfilled in terms of finances. However, there will be no mental, social and spiritual needs that are a priority in Islam. It has created a channel for them to exhibit their identity and compete as religious preachers. Numerous Islamic studies organizations and societies have developed on social media, along with religious leaders who use the platform to disseminate Islamic learning activities across various social media channels, increasingly highlighting the signals of religious populism. This study employs a quantitative approach to assess female ulama's acceptance of new media by distributing online questionnaires to Islamic University civitas academia. The research model comprises eleven potential relationship paths based on the Technology Acceptance Model theory. There haven't been many studies on the acceptance of technology in religious affairs in Indonesia. An important finding is that the respondents' social influence does not affect the use of new media to access the female ulama lecture. The popularity of female scholars in presenting religious messages through modern media is currently acceptable. This study concludes that even in a homogeneous atmosphere, the female ulama remains unpopular; this may be attributed to the female scholar's continued use of the traditional approach in her lectures. Based on the result, a modern approach to delivering a religious message is needed to solve the issue and improve da'wah's impact and a cyber fatwa by female ulama in contemporary Indonesia. Abstrak:Melalui aktivitas keagamaan di dunia maya, media baru menjadi salah satu alasan yang memungkinkan munculnya ulama perempuan dan telah menciptakan saluran bagi mereka untuk menunjukkan identitasnya dan bersaing sebagai pendakwah. Banyak organisasi dan masyarakat pengkaji Islam telah berkembang di media sosial, bersama dengan para pemimpin agama yang menggunakan platform untuk menyebarluaskan kegiatan pembelajaran Islam di berbagai saluran media sosial, semakin menyoroti sinyal populisme agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menilai penerimaan ulama perempuan terhadap media baru dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada civitas akademika Universitas Islam. Model penelitian ini terdiri dari sebelas jalur hipotesa berdasarkan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Belum banyak penelitian tentang penerimaan teknologi dalam urusan keagamaan di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengaruh sosial dari responden ini tidak mempengaruhi penggunaan media baru untuk mengakses ceramah ulama perempuan. This research uses the approach of Astronomy and Grindle's theory of policy implementation. The data source comes from the MABIMS Muzakarah results document and related articles. The research results indicate that the new MABIMS moon crescent visibility criteria are part of a public policy that, in its implementation, requires two mutually supportive variables. First, the content of the policy in the form of the moon crescent visibility criteria (3⁰; 6.4⁰) was accepted by all member countries through the signing of an ad referendum on 8 December 2021. This acceptance will receive public support if it is beneficial to time management. Second, the context of implementation is carried out in stages by taking into the characteristics of the institutions involved in preparing the Hijriyah calendar. At the practical level, the policy can be well received by the public, except in Indonesia, which still faces obstacles. This is due to the policy in the three countries being carried out on a top-down basis, while in Indonesia, it is carried out on a bottom-up basis. Furthermore, determining of Ramadan, Shawwal, and Zulhijjah are still waiting for confirmation of the sighting of the moon (ru’yah). It related to the domination of ru’yah, and a strong distinction between the function of the calendar in civil administration and worship practice. Abstrak Makalah ini membahas penerapan kriteria baru visibilitas hilalMABIMS dalam penyatuan penanggalan Hijriyah di negara-negara anggota(Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia dan Singapura). Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan penerapan kebijakan Astronomi dan teori Grindle. Sumber databerasal dari dokumen hasil Muzakarah MABIMS dan artikel terkait. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria baru visibilitas hilal MABIMS merupakanbagian dari kebijakan publik yang dalam pelaksanaannya membutuhkandua variabel yang saling mendukung. Pertama, isi kebijakan berupa kriteriavisibilitas bulan sabit (3⁰; 6.4⁰) diterima oleh seluruh negara anggota melaluipenandatanganan referendum pada 8 Desember 2021. Penerimaan ini akanmendapat dukungan publik jika bermanfaat hingga manajemen waktu. Kedua,konteks pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara bertahap dengan memperhatikankarakteristik lembaga yang terlibat dalam penyusunan penanggalan Hijriyah.Pada tataran praktis, kebijakan tersebut dapat diterima dengan baik olehmasyarakat, kecuali di Indonesia yang masih menghadapi kendala.
