Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik Pemerintah Desa Bowombaru Utara Kecamatan Melonguane Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa, Tokoh masyarakat desa, dan 2 orang masyarakat desa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan pengambilan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan kualitas pelayanan publik Pemerintah Desa Bowombaru Utara dengan menggunakan 5 indikator yaitu: (1) Dimensi Tangibels (Berwujud) Pemerintah Desa belum melaksanakan secara baik mengenai kenyamanan tempat, kedisiplinan pegawai, kemudahan pelayanan, penggunaan alat bantu serta kemudahan akses. (2) Dimensi Reliability (Kehandalan) Pemerintah Desa masih kurang mengenai standar pelayanan yang jelas dan kemampuan pegawai. (3) Dimensi Responsiveness (Respon) Pemerintah Desa belum bisa memberikan kepuasan dalam segi respon yang cepat terhadap masyarakat. (4) Dimensi Assurance (Jaminan) Pemerintah Desa belum bisa memberikan kepastian ketepatan waktu. Based on data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the number of positive patients infected with Covid-19 in Indonesia reached 4,114,334 positive cases of people as of December 31 2021. This pandemic has caused several local governments, especially Lubuklinggau City, to implement a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy which has implications for limiting community activities, including economic activities, educational activities, and other social activities. This study uses qualitative research. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that effectiveness has not been maximized to be implemented. This condition can be seen by the high number of cases of people infected with Covid-19. Second, the efficiency of the policy for handling Covid-19 in Lubuklinggau City is still not related to the budget used and the lack of human resources in the process of handling Covid-19. Third, responsiveness. The implementation of the policy for handling Covid-19, the Government of Lubuklinggau City has not been very responsive to the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the slightly late Lubuklinggau City Government making regulations to prevent the spread of Covid-19, such as the recently issued Lubuk Linggau Mayor Regulation No. 31 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort to Prevent and Control Corona in August 2021 which in July 2020 Lubuklinggau City was categorized as a red zone, which means cases of being infected with Covid-19 are very high. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penerimaan teknologi mengenai aplikasi SIKS mobile. Adapun peneliti menggunakan Teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) oleh Davis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data penyebaran kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa yang mengikuti program pejuang muda. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan G*Power agar menghasilkan minimal sampel untuk responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini menambahkan variabel moderasi yaitu jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan letak geografis perguruan tinggi yang akan diolah menggunakan pendekatan Multi Group Analysis (MGA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan (perceived usefulness) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan sistem (attitude toward using). Adapun persepsi kemudahan (perceived ease of use) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan (atittude toward using), sikap terhadap penggunaan (attitude toward using) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan (behaviour intention to use), dan minat penggunaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemakaian aktual (actual use). The target of people who have been vaccinated nationally has not reached the target, both from vaccines 1-2 and boosters 1-2. This is caused by the rise of hoax news so that there are still people who are afraid of being vaccinated. For this reason, education and outreach are needed through proper communication management by various sectors, one of which is the police. \u0000This study aims to determine the communication management of the Covid 19 vaccination program by Central Sulawesi Regional Police Public Relations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with four (4) informants and observations in the Public Relations Department. The communication management of the Covid 19 vaccination program which has been carried out by the Public Relations Division of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Police has provided sufficient information in an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus. This process can be seen through the elements of communication management which starts with planning in the form of determining the selection of communicators, packaging messages, media selection and audience determination. The Central Sulawesi Regional Police BidHumas oversees three sub-sectors namely PID (Information and Documentation Management), Multimedia and PenMas (Public Information). At the organizing stage, these three sub-sectors coordinate with each other in disseminating information. Furthermore, the implementation is divided into actions where things that have been planned start to be carried out according to their duties and functions and communication is realized by disseminating information through media owned by the Central Sulawesi Regional Police and in collaboration with conventional mass media and online media. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen yang kemudian data dianalisis serta divisualisasi dengan software Nvivo 11 Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Agile Governance di Puslatbang KMP LAN Kota Makassar sudah terimplementasi dengan baik berdasar pada prinsip-prinsip Agile Governance. Prinsip pertama yaitu good enough governance; pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi 4.0 sudah menyesuaikan konteks dan kapabilitas organisasi. Prinsip kedua adalah business-driven; pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi sangat berorientasi pada proses. Prinsip ketiga yaitu human focused; reformasi birokrasi sudah melibatkan seluruh pegawai serta peserta pelatihan untuk berkontribusi. Prinsip selanjutnya yaitu based on Quick wins; inovasi dan program kegiatan dalam reformasi birokrasi dapat dengan cepat dilakukan dan mencapai target dalam Quick wins tahunan. Kemudian systematic and adaptive approach; reformasi birokrasi dilakukan secara sistematis, adaptif pada masa pandemi Covid-19, terukur serta dapat dinilai dalam monitoring dan evaluasi. Prinsip terakhir yaitu simple design and continuous refinement; pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi dilakukan secara gesit dan memiliki peningkatan pada 8 area perubahan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi serta penerapan budaya kerja yang dinamis. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kualitas pelayanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pasien/masyarakat di Puskesmas Biru Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone sebanyak 96 pasien, sedangkan untuk sampelnya menggunakan metode Slovin. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji korelasi. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif (presentase dan mean), uji asusmsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji linieratis, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas) uji regresi linear sederhan, uji-t, dan uji delta koefisien determinasi (ΔR2).
