The establishment of the general tone of a healthy China has forced Chinese sports to actively turn to the goal of building a “sports power” as soon as possible. Track and field sports are all the foundation of sports events, the improvement and breakthrough of the overall level are the top priority for the all-round development of China's sports, and it is also the key to China's success in becoming a sports power. There are few researches on the offensive cooperation of 3x3 basketball. In this paper, we watched the video of the 2019 3x3 World Cup female basketball final four matches. The tactical cooperation characteristics in the match are analyzed, and the general rules of the 3x3 basketball match are found out, In order to provide the basis for the establishment of the 3x3 basketball training plan, enrich the theory of 3x3 basketball, and provide theoretical support for the tactical training of 3x3 basketball in China in the future. We draw the following conclusion: Pick and roll is the main way for offensive. Wing pick and roll is most commonly used in all screen situation. The disorder is the leading cause of fall incapacity/death in the elderly and the great enemy of healthy aging. Energy deprivation (calorie restriction and exercise) is the most effective means against aging and SIRT1 is a key mediator molecule. OBJECTIVE: The article summarizes and analyzes the mechanisms of SIRT1-mediated energy deprivation against sarcopenia/skeletal muscle aging. METHODS: Literature review. CONCLUSIONS: Exercise and Calorie restriction lead to intermittent and continuous energy deprivation in muscle, respectively, which may contribute to some differences in their effects and mechanisms. SIRT1 may reside centrally in energy deprivation against sarcopenia. AMPK/NAD+ is the bridge between energy deprivation and SIRT1 activation. SIRT1 downstream is mainly through four pathways (FOXO1/autophagy, PGC-1α/mitochondrial generation, P53/apoptosis and DNA repair, and NF-κB/inflammation) to antagonize muscle aging/sarcopenia. Future directions to focus on: (1) Difference between the mechanisms of SIRT1 under stresses of exercise and calorie restriction. The strength of the team is made up of players. Player performance is a key factor in winning a soccer match. This article builds a model to predict the outcome of the match based on the performance of the players. In experiments, the statistics of the AUC, F1 and prediction accuracy of the model were 0.8597, 0.6973 and 0.7965 respectively on the verification data. At the same time, the traditional management model of school sports resources and social sharing has to be broken through, the development of school sports resources is unbalanced, the evaluation standard of opening to the society has to be established, and the maintenance cost of school sports resources is lacking. By contrast, the development of professional volleyball league have been in a state of tepid. We can observe the interesting phenomenon of the fire and ice between competitive volleyball and professional volleyball in China. This paper aims to explore sport governance structure in Chinese volleyball. Research method: This paper focuses on the application of national sport governance model in Chinese volleyball. The history of Chinese volleyball are reviewed and data from official website and articles are analyzed. At last, opportunities and challenges are summarized to prosepect the future development of Chinese volleyball. The development process will inevitably be accompanied by contradictions and problems. It needs to advance with the times and optimize governance. This study uses the method of literature data, interviews, and field surveys to analyze the practical difficulties encountered in the development of sports and leisure towns, and proposes targeted optimization solutions. The results of the study show that: at present, in the construction of sports and leisure characteristic towns, there are problems such as low integration of production and consumption, employment and life, disconnection between functions and consumer demand, insufficient industrial characteristics and the decline of industrial communities, and lack of cultural connotation.
