In view of the existing location algorithm is always in 2-dimension form, Chan algorithm has been concluded in 3-dimension form and a 3-dimension location method based on TOA is proposed. The method transforms the nonlinear location equation into linear form by using initialization estimation coming from two-step weighed least square, then calculates the location estimation. The method is simple and precise. And then the switching hyper plane is designed by applying the optimal control theory. During the change of parameter is little, 4WS steering performance is carried out by adopting sliding variable structure controller. To improve the steering performance of 4WS, especially state variables convergent velocity, Kalman filter for 4WS is designed. And the robust optimal controller is designed for model and parameter is uncertainty. We investigate how to evaluate the quality of onboard dual frequency kinematic GPS receiver using in-flight observations, and provide several indices of onboard observation quality evaluation. To come over high dynamic characteristics of onboard observations, we design an efficient method of outlier elimination and cycle slip detection. Then via linear combination of original observations, the kinematic observations noise is extracted, and the observation quality is evaluated. Further more, we provide an algorithm to compute the correlation of different types of observations, and analyze the relation between the observation quality and sightline direction. We achieve a series of reliable quality evaluation results by experiments on the data from CHAMP satellite and provide reasonable explanation. Topology aggregation is introduced for the state information reduction of domains, but it also brings distortion of the original state information. The tradeoff between information reduction and distortion is the key to topology aggregation. In this paper, a new topology aggregation algorithm called SA approach is presented for hierarchical networks with delay and bandwidth constraints. This approach uses an approximation staircase generated by a line segment to represent the QoS supported area for the purpose of representing the parameters of a logical link in the full-mesh; furthermore, the spanning tree and star topology are employed to compress the full-mesh. Knowledge on the Web are time-related and context-related, these properties are all be considered in representation model of Web knowledge. Meanwhile, the experiments of automatic acquiring electric power ontology show the validity of extracting properties and relations of concepts.
