Therefore, in this paper, we propose a novel WIFI indoor location optimization approach based on position fingerprint algorithm. Each fingerprint contains a set of intensity values of the detected WAPs, and then it is defined as a vector with fixed size. The proposed location fingerprinting algorithm is made up of online and offline phase, in which generating the location fingerprint database is a crucial issue. Particularly, at the end of training process, a probabilistic map is generated for the interest area, and a single probability density function for the access point and the reference point are defined as well. Finally, we choose three smartphones with different hardware configurations on Android OS to conduct an experiment. It will not only bring casualties and economic loss, but also affect traffic operation and result in congestion. Meanwhile, traffic jam will influence traffic safety. This paper collected 3973 accidents in Jianghan district of Wuhan in which there are many construction projects and extracted locations and times of traffic accidents. Spatial and time distributions of accidents were obtained by clustering statistics. The Relationship between traffic accident and congestion were established through regression analysis based on traffic congestion index and air temperature. Therefore, there are two main methods in the process of learning: exploration and utilization. Exploration is a method to try new action that is undiscovered and aim to discover better actions. The test results showed that the width of head fall is bigger than bottom width of trapezoidal open channel, in order to improve effect of energy dissipation, and avoiding jet flow fling straight the slope of stilling basin, the bottom width of stilling basin should be equal or greater than the width of head fall, meanwhile. Meanwhile, broaden manner to trapezoidal stilling basin can also influence the dissipation. The broaden manner of optimization scheme proposed in the test can effective improve the energy dissipation, it provided the technical support for engineering design. The relative elevation between two adjacent joints is taken as the input variable to deduce the mathematical expressions of the length variation of each member based on the mechanical equilibrium equation of structure formed in stages. Considering the characteristics of pre-camber setting of through steel truss girder bridge, the length variation formula of each member is further developed here in three cases: (1) changing the length of upper chord member bar only,(2) changing both the length of upper chord and diagonal wed member bar, and (3) changing the length of upper chords, diagonal wed and vertical member bar simultaneously. An example study is carried out to illustrate the application of the method. The analysis results show that the unstressed pre-camber setting method is an absolutely geometrical method, which will not generate stress in members and supports during the pre-camber setting. Because artificial neural network model has the ability of highly nonlinear function mapping, it is applied to the teaching quality evaluation system of physical education. Besides, the weight value of neural network is optimized by genetic algorithm. This paper which is based on the state of the lithium battery charge and discharge control strategy based on hybrid energy storage system has put forward the super capacitor energy storage charged state response margin index and coordination by considering the self-discharge rate and affecting factors, such as charge and discharge efficiency of energy storage system mathematical model. At the same time, this paper has established a hybrid energy storage system based on lithium battery life of quantitative coordination control parameter optimization model in combination with irregular which is suitable for the practical application of the charging and discharging lithium battery life quantitative model.
