The purpose of this study is to examine how internal control, as well as sensitivity and morality can prevent  fraud from occurring. There are four state-owned banks participating in this study. To collect the data, questionnaires were distributed to and completed by 100 workers of state-owned banks. Additionally, this study implemented multiple linear regression analysis as its methodology. The findings of this study demonstrate that internal control has a positive and significant impact on preventing fraud with a t count > t table, specifically 4.239 > 1.66023 with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05, and moral sensitivity has a positive and significant impact on preventing fraud with a t count > t table, specifically 1.998 > 1.66023 with a significance value of 0.048, less than 0.05.","PeriodicalId":325965,"journal":{"name":"Ilomata International Journal of Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134002309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, low motivation level makes them more susceptible to experiencing WS and less resilient in coping with stressful situations. Thus, what is the connection between  WS and WM on employee performance (EPf)? In fact, there are still few researches discussing the issue, particularly in telecommunications companies and this became the background for this study.  To conduct the research,  qualitative and quantitative data are used. The population comprised all employees of PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia (H3I) Makassar Branch who also become a sample or census sampling. For the data collection, a survey method is implemented with multiple linear regression as its technique of analysis.  The results showed that the variables of WS and WM had a positive and significant impact on EPf. All research hypotheses are declared accepted, which indicates that an increase in the variables of WS and WM will improve EPf. The findings contribute to the development of theory and practice in the fields of performance and human resources management.","PeriodicalId":325965,"journal":{"name":"Ilomata International Journal of Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121228988","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data analysis techniques are SEM-PLS bootstrapping, with confidence interval of 5%. The results showed that social, environmental, legal and governance development have a positive influence on economic development  towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development goals.  All the results of the t-test exceed 1.96,  the P Values, which denote the level of significance required, are below 0.05, and the adjusted  R Square  has the value of 0.888 (88.8%), which suggests that its capability to clarify the correlation between social, environmental, law, governance and the economic development variable is robust, with an 88.8% level of accuracy. The implication of this research that economic growth has brought about many benefits for Indonesia, also proved to have significant impacts on various aspects of society, including the environment, social structures, law, and governance.  It is critical to note that policymakers and stakeholders work together to address these challenges and to ensure that the development is sustainable and equitable for all Indonesians.","PeriodicalId":325965,"journal":{"name":"Ilomata International Journal of Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133212093","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The phenomena in this study are employee dissatisfaction triggered by inadequate non-physical work environment policies, unclear opportunities for career development, and low levels of work motivation which  affect performance effectiveness. To what extend are non-physical work environment (NP), career development, and WM on EPer interrelated? A few researchers have explored such relation, especially in the scope of higher education, however, it is inadequate. This study uses different types of data, qualitative and quantitative, whereas the sample and the population comprised civil servants of echelon III and IV at Hasanuddin University with a total of 120 respondents. As for the data analyses method, a multiple linear regression is implemented. The findings showed that NP variables, career development, and WM have a significant effect on EPer. These indicate that career development has a dominant effect on EPer. The results of the study contribute to the development of theory and practice in the areas of work psychology and human resources management.","PeriodicalId":325965,"journal":{"name":"Ilomata International Journal of Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132497397","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The assessment of ERMADV implementation level is done by using eight components derived from governance and firm operating activities whose measurements are founded on Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) principle and COSO ERM-Integrated Framework. Board Gender Diversity, Board of Commissioner Size, Firm Size, Leverage as well as Return on Equity (ROE) were further used in this study as control variables. This study includes companies concerning the manufacture and mining industry that is registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website from year 2015 to 2021. The findings of this research show that ERMADV significantly affects firm performance and value. In addition, it was discovered that ESG plays a large moderating influence. ESG suggests that an advanced ERM framework will prioritize risks associated with ESG-related aspects if it is resilient and integrated. As a result, this strategy will direct organizations in developing ethical decision-making strategies, improving financial performance and firm value.","PeriodicalId":325965,"journal":{"name":"Ilomata International Journal of Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121093380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Not all credit extended is risk-free; some have sizable risks and can threaten the bank’s health. So to measure a bank's ability to overcome failure to take credit from debtors, the NPL ratio can be used. This study aims to analyse the influence of internal factors, namely: CAR, LDR, NIM, and OEOI, on NPLs of State-Owned Commercial Banks during 2015-2022. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with panel data using the financial statements of Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BTN during 2015 - 2022. The results of this study indicate that CAR and BOPO have a significant positive effect on NPL, while LDR and NIM have a significant negative effect on NPL.","PeriodicalId":325965,"journal":{"name":"Ilomata International Journal of Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130340957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
