Recently new species of hard corals (Order Scleractinia) were recorded in Indonesian, Genus Acropora had been identified about 114 species in the world, where 91 species in Indonesia, 59 species among them recorded in Sulawesi, 51 species in Spermonde Archipelago. This research reveals to biodiversity corals species from genus Acropora as a revision of early identified corals Acropora from Spermonde Archipelago. Specimens were collected from three islands that are in the middle zone restricted by Barrang Lompo Island, Bone Tambu Island, and Kodingareng Keke Island. As much as 104 specimen of hard corals had been collected then soaked in hypochlorite solution, washed and dried then labeled. Specimens were identified based on morphology of corallum, axial, radial corallite, and coenesteum. This research had indetified about 47 species from 16 groups of Acropora. There are six species of Acropora added that never been recorded were A. prostrata, A. nobilis, A. akajimensis, A. rosaria, and A. bifurcata. The number of Acropora species from the Spermonde Islands is close to the number of Acropora species in Sulawesi, but slightly different for some species. This district covers an area of 12000 ha and has a fairly extensive mangrove area. Based on the results of the preliminary study, it is known that Satanger Village has the largest mangrove ecosystem area compared to other villages in the Liukang Tangaya District. Overall, the area of the mangrove ecosystem in Satanger Village is ±3,000 m 2 . This study aims to determine the potential of the mangrove ecosystem for ecotourism development in Satanger Village, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. This research was conducted in July - August 2021. Sampling used simple random sampling technique with household as the sampling unit. The sampling intensity is 15% of the population (224 families), thus the sample is 34 respondents. The results showed that the mangrove ecosystem in Satanger Village is quite potential to be developed for ecotourism purposes, with a total average score of 446.6. The current problem is the increase in the number of fishing fleets followed by an increase in fish production but has not increased the income and welfare of fishermen, especially small fishermen. The purpose of this study was to determine the technical production factors that affect the catch of mini purse seine fishing gear and to determine the level of business feasibility. This study held on December 2021 in Tidore Kepulauan City. The method used is survey and observation method. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the production technical factors with the production of mini purse seine fishing units and financial analysis to analyze the income and level of business feasibility. The results of the analysis of technical factors for the production of mini purse seines in the Tidore Kepulauan City, it was found that all production technical factors simultaneously affected to yield of fishing. Mackerel is potential catches of fish in the Jakarta Bay (as part of Java Sea area) that has high economic value. The Java Sea has only two mackerel species, Rastrelliger brachysoma and R. kanagurta which have similar morphology. Therefore in this study was conducted to compare morphometric and molecular analysis (DNA barcoding) using COI sequences so that specific species from specimens could be identified. The analyzed fish samples have striking characteristics such as blackline on the back, a black line near the pectoral fins, and a dark body part is extending above the rib line. The dorsal fins have a yellowish-gray color, yellowish pectoral, and pectoral fins.The result showed that measurements characteristic features of mackerels in Muara Angke belonging to Rastrelliger genera. DNA Barcoding analysis showed that the collected sample identified as Rastrelliger kanagurta with 99.25% identification similarity. The DNA code can distinguish between all fish species and identify the eggs, larvae, and carcass pieces of this species. So that fish in fish landings can be identified and tagged according to their species. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan respon pertumbuhan, dan produksi biomassa Thalassia hemprichii di Pesisir Pulau Bintan. Terdapat tiga lokasi dengan kondisi lingkungan yang berbeda pada penelitian ini. Pertumbuhan daun diamati dengan menggunakan metode pemangkasan sedangkan pertumbuhan rhizoma diamati dengan menggunakan metode taging. Hasil penelitian data pertumbuhan daun lamun tertinggi terdapat di Desa Teluk Bakau sebesar 1,13 mm/hari. Pertumbuhan rhizoma tertinggi terdapat di Desa Berakit sebesar 0,89 mm/hari. Produksi biomassa daun tertinggi ditemukan di Desa Teluk Bakau sebesar 0,42 gbk/m2/hari. Hasil principal component analysis menunjukkan bahwa fospat memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan daun dan produksi biomassa daun. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan formulasi F1 (80 g tepung ampas kelapa : 160 g tepung tulang ikan), F2 (100 g tepung ampas kelapa : 140 g tepung tulang ikan), F3 (120 g tepung ampas kelapa : 120 g tepung tulang ikan). Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa produk terpilih berdasarkan nilai protein, kadar besi dan kalsium adalah formula F2. Nilai gizi dari produk cookies F2 yang terdiri dari kadar air, kadar abu, protein, lemak, besi dan kalsium berturut-turut sebesar 3,60%, 1,84%, 9,65%, 5,72%, 0,193%, dan 35,85%.
