In this study we stick to those formed during more than a decade and gave guidelines for strengthening universities. We focus on four distinct models that have been used by mankind during its history: i) the Bologna model, ii) the model of Paris, iii) the model of Napoleon and iv) the model of Wilhelm von Humboldt or University of Berlin. The aim of this paper is to analyze the models of teaching that have been submitted to trasvés time in college, analysis by evolutionary mechanisms: variation, selection and retention (VSR), proposed by Charles Darwin and worked analogies by different sociologists. It keeps us in touch with our students through online resources which turn it into a powerful and attractive way of communication which works based on previously set objectives. In this context the role of the teacher becomes key to achieve a meaningful, effective and quality teaching-learning process. The teacher must possess specific characteristics which will allow him to attain the desired educational objectives. The objective of this research paper is to identify and detail which are the basic competencies that a virtual teacher should cover. In order to carry out this research we made a literature review of texts focused on distance education and teaching skills necessary for it. Similarly it is to know if this intelligence, from 7 in general is the most widely presented in the students of this kindergarten. According to Howard Gardner, intelligence is the ability to solve problems or make products that are valued in one or more cultures. In particular, it refers to the linguistic intelligence and the ability to think in words and use language to express and understand complex meanings. Thanks to this author, you can highlight the importance of language in the world, as it allows us to communicate information with meanings, intentions, thoughts and requests, and organize thoughts and express emotions. The purpose of this research is of great interest because it is through it, the way that the parents of those students of this institution, make a reflection about the importance of socialization of their children and be aware that it is from the family where communication is initiated, emphasizing that it is not always this way, as sometimes repression in the family, makes cohíban students not unfold in their social environment. The development of this research has a total of 33 simple variables, signal variables 3 correspond to 11 to the axis of teaching, the learning process in September and 9 concerning the theory developed. The purpose of the current work was to know the state about the coordination among these functions. The research was carried out through collective and individual interviews to different actors and considering the analysis of documents previously selected. The results show that the outreach and teaching have a bigger grade of coordination since students and teachers consider that the relation among different academic and community actors has allowed taking advantage of the activities for learning and the development of the communities. The coordination between teaching and research is not clear in the actions that are carried out. In the case of outreach and research it was identified that it is necessary to carry out actions that allow improving the interrelation of these functions since no many activities have allowed reaching a relation between these functions. The methodology used is mixed with a correlational descriptive approach, through the use of bibliographic information sources for the realization of theoretical support, likewise the focus group tool was used, considering the teachers who stayed in May-August 2020. The results showed the perception of businessmen and teachers of stays linked to MSMEs, their impact and development in the face of the pandemic. It is important because of these developed skills are the main tools for professional growth of Graduates. For this reason, most of the academies, schools and/or faculties which belong to Universities, have been developing their own processes in teaching and evaluating. The Mexican University Universidad Politécnica de San Luis Potosí was founded in September 2001. During the initial semesters of the University starting-up, there were a very few math professors. But with the pass of time, this number has increased up. Then, the necessity to create a Math Academy in our University emerged, in order to manage the processes of teaching-learning for a big number of students supported by the Academy effectively and consequently a larger number of math professors. Institutions of higher education have been using a competency model in recent presidential administrations, the changes have not canceled the existing failure in universities, so it is a problem that we must continue studying. In order to identify and analyze the causes of disapproval of area students Economic and Administrative Sciences was conducted in two institutions Northeast Mexico this research. The analytical method used is descriptive and data were collected through a survey of students majoring degree in Accounting, and Engineering in Public Accountant Management. Students from both institutions report an average age of 21.5 years, 55% are women, and report various causes of reprobation. In the ITCd Jimenez students are viewed as responsible for the failure, while in the IT Mexicali is due to consider different causes and match 45% of them rejected the matter was given with good quality. He broke methodologically of an inquiry into official statements of several public and private universities in the country noting that none of them mentioned the vocation as part of the institutional mission. In contrast, authors who have addressed the vocation as the foundation of a college education and a truly productive life were consulted; instead of the profession as a mere preparation for the labor market and the exploitation of labor alienating university. The primary contribution is sought is to invite university academics to reflect on the need to rescue the vocation as a call conscious development of human potential to turn them into acting abilities.
