The impact of vocational training on quality in classes at the higher level

Analyze how it influences or not imparted professional training in teacher member of the Academy of Science in Computing ITSSP the quality of the classes taught at the higher level, knowing and understanding their effectiveness and achievements in the future. Contribution: This document represents the work of months of theoretical and field research in order to clarify and establish the basis of the impact of professional development in educational quality at the top level. This was held at the Superior Institute of Technology of Santiago Papasquiaro with Academy teachers in Computer Science, basing the area of study on students of Engineering in Computer Systems at this institute. The research has its basis in the need for training and constant updating in the professional area, ie in the area of specialty each teacher must master in order to teach their classes to future engineers who are in ITSSP classrooms. Before the question “How does the training and retraining of teachers of the ITSSP Academy of Computer Science effect the quality of classes taught in higher education?” was formulated, and this research was conducted, searching for an answer.
