The population and sample in this study are all smartphone users in the millennial generation in Indonesia who have financial independence. By using the purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this study was 171 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) version 24.0 program. The results showed a significant influence between the variables of post-purchase remorse, level of satisfaction, negative emotions, extent of rumination, and brand switching. On the basis of cross-sectional data, the author employs quantitative methodologies. Students at the Darunnajah University's business faculty are the intended audience for the use of random sampling procedures. To get responses from respondents, the author employed a survey questionnaire. The structural equation model (SEM) is employed by the author. The study's findings indicate that the introduction of opportunities and the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge, specifically, have a strong positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial goals. Di Indonesia jumlah UKM mencapai 99,9% dari jumlah seluruh perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia, hal ini menyebabkan persaingan antar perusahaan yang tak­­­ terhindarkan. Efisiensi merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam persaingan diera digital. ERP merupakan salah satu cara dalam meningkatkan efisiensi UKM. Akan tetapi proses penerapan ERP juga tidak tegolong mudah, sehingga perlu mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor dan membutuhkan dukungan dari semua pihak dalam sebuahperusahaan untuk proses penerapannya. Sehingga dalam penelitian akan dibandingkan faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam penerapan ERP pada UKM. Dalam penelitian dibandingkan beberapa jurnal mengenaidua faktor yang memberikan dampak dalam penerapan ERP pada UKM melalui sistem literature review yaitu faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan sebelum penerapan ERP dan faktor penentu keberhasilan dalam penerapan ERP. Siwalankerto regarding the use of e-wallets as non-cash payments. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with excavation techniques through interviews. Retrieval of data in this study using informants as many as seven customers. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders, including e-wallet companies, merchants, and local governments, in increasing e-wallet adoption in Haus! Siwalankerto. The indicators used to see perceptions are perceptions of convenience, usability and risk. This research shows that: First, Perceived Convenience, most customers agree that e-wallets provide many conveniences; Second, Perceived Usefulness shows that the majority of customers agree that during payment transactions they use e-wallets; Third, Risk Perception shows that a small proportion agree that e-wallet payments are very low risk. Research show, it can be seen from the large number of customer interests, it shows that almost all use e-wallet payments as a non-cash payment instrument. Then the use of e-wallets on Haus! This research focuses on a phenomenon that is often experienced by Instagram social media users, namely comparing themselves with friends who uploaded interesting travel experiences and feeling envious. The data used in this study are 100 Instagram users who meet the criteria. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. The results of the study shows that Instagram users who are involved in social comparisons, especially upward social comparisons, can feel envy, which creates an intention to visit tourist destinations uploaded by friends. Upward social comparison also directly influences the intention to visit tourist destinations. The theoretical implications of this study explains the mechanism in the relationship between social comparison, envy and the intention to visit tourist destinations. Covid-19 has caused the Indonesian econo- my to grow negatively. This has had a major impact on the compa- ny's financial performance, because the company experienced a decline in revenue due to policies made due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, in order to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange must begin to rise to compete in gaining competitive advantage and superior financial performance. The sample in this study is all sectors of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, except the financial sector. The analytical technique used is the Paired-Sample T-test with the help of the STATA program. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the solvency ratio when measured using the time interest earned ratio. However, the solvency ratio shows no difference when measured using the debt ratio and cash coverage ratio. For this, people’s perceptions towards environmental, economic, and health factors are considered. Perceptions of people are abstract and cannot be measured directly. This study aims to measure people’s perceptions using a structured questionnaire. A total of 215 questionnaires were distributed to the respondent and only 170 respondents’ responses were received and used in this study. Using descriptive research design data were described and analyzed. A convenience sampling technique was applied to select the sample from the unknown population. Data has been analyzed and interpreted by statistical tools to find the results. The study found that people have a positive and significant attitude toward the environmental, economic, and health factors in the local parks. The samples used in this study were 17 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period. Samples were taken using a census (saturated sample), namely by using the entire population as the sample. The data used are secondary data obtained from the IDX and the Annual Reports of each sample company. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that partially, the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had a positive but not significant effect on profit growth, while Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Assets (ROA) had a positive and significant effect on profit growth.
