The 4D data means the 3D location of different markers and time sequence. At the core of our approach, we apply a modified diffusion model architecture to transfer and denoise the raw marker information in the latent space under the guidance of other temporal data. Then we decode the latent space to not real skeleton 3D space. This enable us not only utilize the temporal guidance, we further utilize the iterative denoising technique to exploit the potential in the diffusion network. It is the basis of English-Chinese machine translation. A feature recognition method of English clauses based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. This paper analyzes the characteristics of English clauses, delimits the boundary of clauses, and follows the current optimal particle in the solution space to search the best position through the cooperation and information sharing between particle swarm individuals. The feature set is selected, the crossover and mutation idea of genetic algorithm is introduced, and the crossover operation is carried out to complete the feature recognition of English clauses. The experimental results show that when the threshold P is 50, the recognition accuracy of this algorithm is consistent with that when p is 100, and the recognition accuracy is 93.45%. The accuracy of particle swarm optimization algorithm for English clause feature recognition is high, which remains at about 90%. To reconstruct acoustic field of the target sources in non-free acoustic field, a method of acoustic feild separation and reconstruction with 2-layer microphone array is presented. Wtih this method, spherical harmonics in different orders are superposed to describe acoustic pressure distribution for different sound sources, respectively. The coefficient vectors are obtained by matching the measured pressure with the mathematical model. As the coefficient vectors are not changed with the position of measurement planes, once these coefficients are specified, the acoustic pressure of the target sources are determined. The methodology is examined numerically in the acoustic field with two transversely oscillating rigid sphere. In this paper, the intensity of point cloud is obtained by scanning the experimental wall surface with a 3D terrestrial laser scanning. By using the method of comparative analysis, the normal vector of point cloud is estimated by using k-nearest neighbor points on the wall surface for each area, and the laser scanning incidence angle is calculated. The influence of reflection material, incident angle and distance on laser intensity is analyzed by regression. Through the polynomial regression analysis of scanning distance and laser intensity, the optimized parameters are obtained to correct the laser intensity, and the corrected laser intensity is used to classify the point cloud. The main idea of this scheme is to add an adjustment module to the original circuit and construct an algorithm that automatically sets the adjustment signal according to the response.
