Roslianti, Yanti Srinayanti, Neli Sunarni, Ade Raina","doi":"10.52221/daipkm.v2i1.567","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52221/daipkm.v2i1.567","url":null,"abstract":"Introduction: Adolescent reproductive health is defined as the physical and psychological well-being of a teenager, including freedom from unwanted pregnancy, unsafe abortion, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including HIV/AIDS, and all forms of sexual violence and coercion. \u0000Objective: This outreach activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge of Man 2 Ciamis students about how to maintain reproductive health by avoiding casual sex to avoid sexual diseases such as HIV/AIDS. \u0000Method: The community service method is carried out by means of counseling and discussions with MAN 2 Ciamis students. \u0000Result: It can be concluded that before the health education was implemented, 13 participants (36%) were able to answer questions. And after the presentation was delivered, the participants' knowledge increased to 92% who were able to answer questions. So, this significant participant understanding shows the effectiveness of the material that has been delivered. \u0000Conclusion: After carrying out this outreach activity, there was a significant increase in the knowledge of Man 2 Ciamis students regarding the material that had been discussed, namely reproductive health and the impact of casual sex on teenagers. Hypertension can be influenced by various factors, including genetic factors and an unhealthy lifestyle. Preventing and treating hypertension is very important in order to reduce risk factors for death. Prevention and treatment of hypertension with traditional medicine or herbal medicine is an alternative that is currently in great demand and attention because it has minimal side effects and is quite effective. Andrographis paniculata is a medicinal plant that has been widely studied and is effective in preventing and treating hypertension. The main content of this plant is andrographolidine which is a phytochemical substance which has many benefits, including antihypertension. Objective: The aim of this outreach activity is to provide understanding to the public about the use of bitter (Androghraphis paniculata) to prevent and treat hypertension. Method: Education to the public about the use of Androghraphis paniculata is carried out through the lecture method. The material presented is an explanation of hypertension, the benefits of bitter as a medicinal plant, the benefits of bitter in preventing and treating hypertension and how to process it on a household scale. Explanation of how to process bitter for treatment, namely using the infusion method. Giving pre-tests and post-tests to counseling participants is carried out to evaluate the level of community understanding. Result: By providing education about the use of bitter to prevent and treat hypertension, it can increase public knowledge about hypertension, the causal factors, as well as the benefits of bitter and how to use it as a medicinal plant. Knowledge before and after counseling increased by 36.65%. The community is very enthusiastic in following the outreach that we do. Conclusion: With the outreach, participants know more about hypertension and the use of bitter in preventing and treating hypertension and how to process it. Playing with plasticine is considered an activity that has the potential to improve children's fine motor skills.\u0000Objective: This study aims to observe the effect of playing with plasticine on fine motor development in pre-school children in Kober Thoriqul Jannah.\u0000Method: The research was conducted using observation and documentation methods on 30 children aged 4-6 years who were regularly involved in plasticine playing activities for two months. Observations were carried out before, during and after the plasticine play intervention to observe the development of children's fine motor skills.\u0000Result: The results of the study showed a significant increase in children's fine motor development after being involved in plasticine play activities. From observations, we can see an increase in the ability to roll, shape and control plasticine with better precision.\u0000Conclusion: Playing with plasticine has a positive influence in improving fine motor development in pre-school children. This activity provides the stimuli needed to improve children's fine motor skills in a fun and creative way. This research confirms the important role of playing with plasticine in the development of fine motor skills in early childhood. The screening results show that the Ciamis area, especially Sadana, has a significant elderly population and experiences problems where the elderly still smoke, then in Landeuh hamlet there are other problems such as septic tank ownership and waste management. \u0000Objective:This community service aims to increase the knowledge of the elderly regarding the dangerous impacts of smoking, the impact of waste, and the impact of septic tanks. \u0000Method: This community service uses community nursing screening in Landeuh Sadananya hamlet, Ciamis Regency. The results of the screening netted 70 people. Counseling was carried out for the elderly, 56 people attended. Objective: to increase knowledge of Preventing and Reducing Hypertension Through Pulse Clapping Reflexology Exercises in Elderly Groups. This activity was attended by a group of 132 active elderly people. Method: Implementation of community service is carried out through stages: Preparation, Socialization, Implementation of Activities (Explanation of material, Simulation and Evaluation) and Closing. Results: Based on the data above, it can be seen that the problems experienced by activity participants are: Furthermore, the evaluation results at the end of the activity showed an increase in understanding of the material presented by the presenters. With an average increase of 63%. This community service activity is documented in the image below. Technological developments can make it easier to make the recording and reporting process more practical and efficient. \u0000Objective: The aim of this activity is to increase the empowerment of cadres in recording the growth and development of infants and toddlers through Android-based infants and toddler growth information technology applications. \u0000Method: This community service activity was carried out at the Linggasari Village Pustu with 18 cadres as respondents. This health promotion was carried out at PAUD Kober Al-Maarif Lakbok with a total of 35 participants with a series of activities through 4 stages, namely 1) selection of targets and places, 2) preparation of facilities and infrastructure, 3) implementation of activities, 4) evaluation. \u0000Results: based on the results of the evaluation carried out by the learning while playing method, it gave a positive response to the participants. the participants enjoyed the series of events from start to finish with joy. Through this activity, children are more able to explore their imagination and bring out their creativity and talents. \u0000Conclusion: This activity can be carried out as a game to train gross motor skills in early childhood by using the traditional crank game as media. The use of Moringa leaves is not only for pregnant women, but for nursing mothers, toddlers, and even other families can also consume Moringa leaves.Method: This public service is carried out by lecturers and students to the community with the target of pregnant women and mothers of toddlers at the Posyandu Pustu Linggasari in July 2022 with around 40 participants. Notification of this information is done through the distribution of leaflets related to the benefits of Moringa leaves. \u0000Result: The result of this PKM activity is an increase in knowledge regarding the use of Moringa leaves to increase breast milk production and how to process Moringa leaves. \u0000Conclusion: This community service activity increases the knowledge of pregnant women and mothers of toddlers. The KPSP is employed at the family/community level by trained Early Childhood Education (PAUD) educators and kindergarten teachers. The Midwifery D3 Study Program at STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis has launched a new breakthrough, an Android-based KPSP application developed as a result of research conducted by faculty members from the Midwifery D3 Study Program. \u0000Objective: The purpose of this service was providing a solution to the problem of effectively and efficiently utilizing developmental screening through an Android-based KPSP application, accompanied by an improvement in knowledge regarding developmental screening in infants and toddlers. \u0000Method: This public service was conducted by identification, formulation of service instrument, conducting a pre-test on developmental screening for playgroup and kindergarten teachers, followed by the provision of materials related to child developmental screening and training on the usage of the KPSP application. This activity is also carried out to help by introducing parasitic diseases to the people of Ciheras Hamlet, Selacai Village so that they are more responsive and dangerous of parasitic diseases, and are able to apply a clean and healthy lifestyle.
