The antennais made in such a way as to have dimensions that are just right for practical usage. A polyimide substrate with a permittivity of2.4 and the antenna is made of material with a thickness of1.6 millimeters. Polyimide is used as a substrate due to its low tangent loss, dielectric constant, flexibility, dimensional stability, thermal stability, and high-temperature stability. It reverberates at (2.24GHz-2.43GHz). For the purpose of simulation, a human brain phantom model has been created. The phantom human head is placed with an antenna on top, comprising four homogenous layers with varying electrical properties: brain, fat, bone, and skin. The HFSS software was used tocreate the model mentioned above. The tumor is positioned in several places on the phantom of a human head. Rotating the antenna array while scanning the head will reveal the tumor’s location. Antenna arrays are designed to transmit sufficient energy to pierce through brain tissue. The ability of antenna to change its polarization in the 3 GHz operating band has been confirmed by the measured results. The proposed antenna is reasonable for S-band.","PeriodicalId":325019,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Smart Technologies and Systems for Next Generation Computing (ICSTSN)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134377507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover 85% of cancer cases are detected younger than the age of 15. Due to a Genetic abnormality in the bone marrow, Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is particularly susceptible to life-threatening infections. The laboratory method to detect the ALL is prolonged and slow process. Reviewing prior research on detection methods in ALL is the goal of this study. This review includes (a) the parameters necessary for the ALL detection (b) methods involved in the detection process (c) which algorithms gives the accurate prediction and (d) finally all the necessary context for the detection of the ALL-affected cells. The proposed system possesses the automated machine learning (Chabot) approach used to categorize the infected and healthy cells in the blood smears (microscopic images) in order to detect ALL. The Blood smears are converted into the CMYK color space and separated into clusters using K-means Algorithm. A cell from each cluster is picked and detected whether the cell is affected with ALL or not using the nuclei of the cell using supervised learning algorithm like SVM, XGBoost Classifier, Etc., The proposed system aids in enhancing the acute lymphoblastic leukemia detection system.","PeriodicalId":325019,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Smart Technologies and Systems for Next Generation Computing (ICSTSN)","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114303254","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DoS attacks is been a main concern for organizations since they can disturb the accessibility of critical services and cause economic losses. In cloud environments, the mitigation and detection of such attacks were very challenging because of the dynamic and distributed nature of infrastructure. In this regard, Machine Learning (ML) methods are potential in identifying DoS attacks, by using network traffic features to find unusual anomalies or paradigms that may specify an attack. This research work introduces an automated Denial of Service Detection using Moth Flame optimization with Machine Learning (DoSD-MFOML) technique in cloud environment. The DoSD-MFOML technique recognizes DoS attacks and the MFO algorithm is used for feature selection purposes to attain improved results. The detection of DoS attacks takes place using extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) classifier. Finally, the DoSD-MFOML technique employs grey wolf optimizer (GWO) algorithm for the parameter tuning procedure. The performance validation of the DoSD-MFOML method is tested on benchmark dataset and the outcomes are studied under several measures. The experimental outcome confirms the increased performances of the DoSD-MFOML technique for DoS attack detection purposes.","PeriodicalId":325019,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Smart Technologies and Systems for Next Generation Computing (ICSTSN)","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115622015","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The energy demand of the future can only be met with the help of renewable resources which are the only alternative because it does not get exhausted after the electricity is generated. The objective of this paper is to compare the output efficiency while using the PV with battery & wind with battery. Irradiance, temperatures are some factors which affect the output of the PV panel. Sunny days are calmer than usual & strong winds are often accompanied by clouds at night. Therefore power needs to be stored to be utilized properly during adverse conditions. Here we have separately used MATLAB modeling simulations for both PV & Wind source with battery charge. Because of the absence of Grid connectivity in rural areas, batteries play a pivotal role to maintain reliability in power supply. During sunshine PV or Wind power generation systems have to store the electrical energy in batteries to provide continuous power to the load under varying environmental conditions. The power that is generated and load power requirement are not equal. Hence there is a necessity to store this power to limit the effect of the variation of the solar power or Wind power due to the changes in the environmental conditions. The batteries can be stopped from overheating by using a Controller","PeriodicalId":325019,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Smart Technologies and Systems for Next Generation Computing (ICSTSN)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121164625","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Parkinson’s disease diagnosis is still challenging, and research is ongoing to define the condition’s early stages. Parkinson’s disease might be an autointoxication-related illness. A requirement for neurotoxicity in the human brain is the enzyme nicotinamide Nmethyltransferase (NNMT), as charged compounds cannot cross the blood-brain barrier. Additionally, the parkinsonian brain exhibits it in elevated concentration. A significant shift in perspective on primary and secondary prevention. The GEO dataset makes medical records and gene expression data on persons with PD accessible in order to anticipate patient mortality and, ultimately, establish PD biomarkers. We performed analysis through functional enrichment and proteinprotein interaction (PPI). The GDC information gateway was utilized in this research to evaluate connected genes with clinical information to identify the most important PD genes. We found differential expression genes to separate the genes with varying levels of expression between the mutant and normal groups (DEGs). Additionally, we evaluated their importance in PD using the GDC Data site. Jeratinine E, an alkaloid, might be considered as a treatment option. Molecular docking study was carried out to have a better knowledge of the chemical reactions between the compounds that are bioactive and the NNMT protein. The molecular docking research indicates that Jeratinine E has a greater selectivity for NNMT. The ADMET analysis also highlighted the ability for additional study of jeratinine E.","PeriodicalId":325019,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Smart Technologies and Systems for Next Generation Computing (ICSTSN)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115986139","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
