The framework comprises of various stages, which upon realization ensures the customers' needs. In this paper, the development of the Automobile Clutch Lever Assembly is taken up. It is a small but critical assembly used in two wheelers. It functions in a demanding environment, and must be highly reliable. Hence, proper controls during the manufacturing process are critical. The Engineering Development of this assembly requires many manufacturing and quality qualifications and the use of methods such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEAs) and Quality Control Charts in order to meet the very stiff requirements. As is the case, such an approach requires the creation and storage of many development related documents and data. The traditional approach to data storage was availability of all relevant information with the Development Engineer on a standalone Personal Computer. A Blockchain approach is proposed to manage and store this data. The document structure is proposed to meet various requirements by the industry stakeholders who will use this data. Manufacturing firms strive to enhance the quality of products and to reduce the time involved in the composition of the products by the creation of grading units for different products and certifying it before it reaches the customer. Blockchain can be an effective tool in this process by initiating real-time data collection, as it stipulates data being updated automatically in the form of blocks from the initial stage to the final stage. Since blockchain consists of hash and algorithms, which has to granted or verified with the previous hash. Obtaining a final quality certificate on a particular product by satisfying all the parameters about blocks will be an effective and efficient technique to elevate upon. Fast growing economy and increased customer demands also place important role in digitizing process. According to Infield Solutions research in 2017, currently 70% of the Fortune companies are using IoT in their business model, IoT is used for varies purposes for predicting maintenance, intelligent sensors on the jet engines, smart grid are used for utility services and energy control. Current IoT networks are connected to centralized system which is facing issues related to security and data reliability. Blockchain (chronological chain of block) is a peer-to-peer distributed ledger forged by agreement, shared with a system for “smart contracts”. The decentralized feature of blockchain overcomes the security and data reliability issues in IoT. However, on the other hand supply chain disruptions are causing huge impact on the logistics network. For creating resilient logistics network, all the parties across the supply chain (beyond tier 1) must be collaborated in order to trust each stakeholder. Based on these issues I devised two research questions: Research methods include preliminary analysis of the literature review for theoretical knowledge. Conduct interview or send research questions to the managers. Finally, concluding on how Blockchain and IoT can create resilient logistics network by Risk Management. Taking the example of the manufacturing sector, there are several transactions including sales, purchase and other expenditures that are to be accounted and there is a need for several ledgers maintained such as cash books, sales and purchase accounts which can be replaced by a single distributed ledger in public domain in chronological order. Also, in project activities there are capital costs that include infrastructure as well as technology costs, operational expenses and several direct and indirect expenses. Block chain technology can play a vital role in these transactions and can have wide scope in the area of logistics particularly in supply order processing including smart contracting, supply chain management, energy management, assets transfer, part processing, design, patent handling, electronic commerce, digital strategies and in ERP methodologies. While the idea of such a system is proposed to be the most preferred mode of transactions with data security and traceability and decentralization there are several challenges that need to be addressed before its implementation in totality. All these seems simple in theory, practically efficient management of such a system is challenging. In order to resolve and overcome these inefficiencies and save Organization's money, various technologies are being used. Amongst these, blockchain is reconnoitering new ways to change the overall game. This work proposes a BlockChain based revolutionary Supply-chain system addressing the deficiencies that the traditional system could not address in its entirety. The proposed Blockchain system achieves transparent record keeping and provenance tracking with reduced cost using a distributed, immutable and highly reliable ledger concept that records the history of products right from its origination to its buyer without the need of a third trusted party. All these use cases depend on one thing that's the Identification and Verification of participant or users. That is called as Know Your Customer(KYC). Verification of User is one of the basic thing that establishes trust between the participants before making any of the transactions. Ever-increasing anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, coupled with other data protection regulations have led many financial institutions to implement lengthy, expensive processes in order to remain compliant. This paper provides solution to this problem using Hyperledger Fabric, which is framework under blockchain technology, provides some key features like permissioned network, confidentiality of Data, and Programmable. Secure online bidding system is designed with blockchain technology using hyper ledger saw tooth framework. Currently, there is a lot of data integrity problems with respect financial services in the market. Block chain overcomes this flaw by decentralizing the information. In the proposed work, the client can connect to the validator network to put an item or commodity of their choice for auction. Other users can view the items and connect to the validator network to bid their items using user interface. All the information regarding the items are stored on the Blockchain. Information is safe and integrity is achieved. Detailed records cannot be altered and the highest bidder has to make the purchase. Once the purchase is done, nobody can alter the data.
