Kepuasan customer merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam keberlangsungan sebuah perusahaan. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini kesadaran konsumen akan pentingnya massage untuk tumbuh kembang bayi semakin meningkat. Ketatnya persaingan bisnis baby massage menyebabkan perusahaan harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya tingkat akurasi klasifikasi yang dihasilkan dari prediksi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap performa terapis sebuah baby massage dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Penelitian ini menggunakan data penilaian kepuasan pelanggan yang diambil dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan sebuah baby massage di kota Surakarta. Data tersebut akan diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner untuk mendapatkan hasil yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prediksi pola kepuasan pelanggan baby massage yang memetakan penilaian pelanggan menjadi dua label yaitu puas dan tidak puas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengolahan data menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes menunjukkan hasil prediksi dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 98,21% yang berarti algoritma Naive Bayes cocok untuk memprediksi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap performa terapis baby massage. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci: data mining, kepuasan, Naive Bayes, prediksi, Rapid Miner \u0000 \u0000Abstract: Nowadays, the business world is experiencing very rapid development, thus triggering intense competition among business actors. Customer satisfaction is one of the most important factors in the sustainability of a company. In recent years, consumer awareness of the importance of massage for baby's growth and development has increased. The tight competition in the baby massage business causes companies to pay attention to the quality of their services. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the magnitude of the classification accuracy resulting from the prediction of customer satisfaction on the performance of a baby massage therapist using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The data will be processed and analyzed using the RapidMiner application to get the required results. The results of this study are predictions of baby massage customer satisfaction patterns that map customer ratings into two labels, namely satisfied and dissatisfied. Cengkareng Permai. Pembayaran upah pasang yang dilakukan masih secara manual menggunakan microsoft word, microsoft excel dan pencatatan manual pada buku, proses tersebut sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan, tahap pengecekan oleh direktur memerlukan pencatatan ulang sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah sebuah prototype sistem pembayaran upah pasang berbasis website yang dapat mencatat setiap informasi dari admin baja, direktur dapat langsung mengecek dan memberikan persetujuan serta bagian keuangan melakukan pembayaran. Metode pengembangan dan analisis menggunakan metode Prototype, dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna, membuat mock-up dan menguji mock-up. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah problematika, analisis kebutuhan pengguna, use case diagram, rancangan user interface, Entity Relationship Diagram serta hasil testing dari rancangan yang telah dibuat. Diharapkan sistem pembayaran upah pasang berbasis website dapat membantu PT. The expense of post-wages is still done manually using Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and manual recording on books; the process often occurs recording errors, and the stage of checking by the director requires re-recording, so it is not effective and efficient. Based on these problems' background, a website-based wage payment system prototype was created that can record any information from steel admins, directors can immediately check and give approval, and the finance department makes payments. The software development method used is the Prototype Method for the prototyping stages, namely analyzing needs, creating mock-ups, and testing mock-ups. The results of this study are problems, analysis of user needs, use case diagrams, user interface designs, Entity Relationship Diagrams and testing results from the designs that have been made. Dalam kurikulum 2013 saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses belajar mengajar pada materi Simple Present Tense dan Present Continuous Tense. Kendalanya seperti fokus siswa yang singkat dan sulitnya siswa memahami persepsi materi, ditambah materi pada buku paket yang kurang terstruktur menyebabkan siswa kesulitan membedakan jenis-jenis tenses. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu peningkatan pemahaman siswa Sekolah Dasar terkait materi Bahasa Inggris melalui bantuan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Aplikasi dikembangkan menurut langkah-langkah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan menyajikan materi Simple Present Tense dan Present Continuous Tense dalam bentuk teks, audio, video infografis, kalimat contoh yang disertai gambar, soal-soal latihan dan kuis. Siswa juga dapat menjalani sesi latihan dan kuis untuk menilai tingkat pemahaman mereka. Aplikasi yang dibuat akan diuji cobakan kepada siswa yang sebelumnya melakukan pre-test. Hasil evaluasi post-test telah menunjukkan kenaikan rata-rata hingga 28,69% pada nilai siswa setelah siswa menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran ini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah berhasil membantu siswa dalam memahami materi Bahasa Inggris khusus materi Simple Present Tense dan Present Continuous Tense. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci: aplikasi pembelajaran, bahasa inggris, multimedia \u0000 \u0000Abstract: : English is a compulsory subject in Elementary School (SD) to Senior High School (SMA) education. In the current 2013 curriculum, there are several obstacles in the teaching and learning process in Simple Present Tense and Present Continous Tense. Constraints such as the short focus of students and the difficulty of students understanding the perception of the material, plus the material in the textbook which is less structured makes it difficult for students to distinguish the types of tenses For this reason, the purpose of this study is to help increase elementary school students' understanding of English material through the help of a multimedia-based learning application. The application was developed according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) steps and presents Simple Present Tense and Present Continuous Tense material in the form of text, audio, video infographics, sample sentences with pictures, practice questions and quizzes. Students can also undergo practice sessions and quizzes to assess their level of understanding. The application made will be tested on students who previously did the pre-test. Terlebih lagi pertemuan langsung itu membutuhkan waktu dan biaya lebih, oleh karena itu penyampaian informasi yang lebih efisien sangat diharapkan pada saat ini. Arsitektur jaringan yang digunakan SMK Bina Putra saat ini adalah sistem operasi jaringan model LAN (Local Area Network). Sistem operasi jaringan LAN membuat user dapat terhubung satu sama lain jika sudah terkonfigurasi alamat IP nya, serta terhubung dengan router dan switch. Metode penelitian yg penulis lakukan dengan metode obsevasi, wawancara dan studi pustak sedangkan Metode analisa kebutuhan yang digunakan adalah Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan winbox admin dapat mengkonfigurasi VPN server dan client. NAT digunakan agar PC bisa mengakses internet jika sudah terhubung dengan router utama. Moreover, these meetings require more time and cost, therefore more efficient information delivery is expected at this time. The network architecture used by Bina Putra Vocational School today is a LAN (Local Area Network) network operating system. The LAN network operating system allows users to connect to each other if the IP address is configured, as well as connect to routers and switches. The research method that the author uses is observation, interviews and library studies, while the needs analysis method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Penilaian ini berdasarkan penilaian kinerja perekam medis yakni kehadiran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, keuletan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode Analytical Hierarchy Processs (AHP) diterapkan dengan sistem pendukung keputusan expert choice, masing-masing dari kriteria dalam penilaian prestasi kerja para tenaga perekam medis dibandingkan satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga memberikan output nilai intensitas prioritas terhadap setiap perekam medis. Berikut adalah hasil penilaian dari penelitian ini adalah Consistency ratio masing-masing kriteria yaitu Kehadiran sebesar 0.05, Kedisiplinan sebesar 0.03, Tanggung jawab 0,03, Kejujuran 0,09, Keuletan sebesar 0,08. Bedasarkan dari hasil tersebut bahwa Tanggung Jawab yang menjadi nilai tertinggi dengan nilai 0,09, artinya bahwa kriteria tersebut sebagai kriteria yang tertinggi dalam menentukan prestasi kinerja perekam medis sehingga apabila dibandingkan dengan sub kriteria lain menjadi Heni 93%, Tanto 55%, Karina 35% dan Rina dengan persentase 18%. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci: Analytical Hierarcy Process, expert choice, penilaian prestasi \u0000 \u0000Abstract: In evaluating the performance of employees at Kartika Husada Hospital Tambun there are several criteria that are used as assessments. This assessment is based on an assessment of the medical recorder's performance, namely employee performance, attendance, discipline, responsibility, honesty, tenacity. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied with an expert choice decision support system, each of the criteria in assessing the work performance of medical recorders was compared with one another so as to provide an output of priority intensity values for each medical recorder. The following are the results of the assessment of this study are the Consistency ratio of each criterion, namely employee performance appraisal of 0.08, Attendance of 0.05, Discipline of 0.03, Responsibility of 0.03, Honesty of 0.09, Tenacity of 0.08. Selain itu perusahaan ini belum cukup mampu dalam mengelola pertumbuhan data-data mereka yang sekian lama semakin menumpuk dalam jumlah yang besar, sehingga mengakibatkan data-data tersebut tidak menghasilkan informasi yang dapat bernilai lebih, kemudian data-data tersebut menjadi tidak berarti serta tidak berguna. Untuk menindaklanjuti dari permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan agar perusahaan PT Global Vision mendapatkan sebuah acuan ataupun pedoman khusus didalam penganalisaan strategi pemasaran produk sepatu mereka guna menunjang keberhasilan dari strategi pemasaran bisnisnya. In addition, this company has not been able to manage the growth of their data which has been piling up in large quantities for a long time, resulting in the data not producing information that can be of more value, then the data becomes meaningless and useless. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim that the company PT Global Vision get a reference or specific guidelines in analyzing the marketing strategy of their shoe products in order to support the success of their business marketing strategy. Di samping itu, tidak mudah untuk mendapatkan data-data tersebut dalam waktu yang cukup panjang. Oleh karena itu peramalan produksi tebu nasional berdasarkan variabel-variabel tersebut sangat sulit dilakukan. Sebagai solusi dari masalah tersebut, maka peramalan produksi tebu nasional dilakukan berdasarkan data historisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model recurrent neural networks (RNN) untuk peramalan produksi tebu nasional berdasarkan data historisnya. Data yang digunakan adalah data produksi tebu nasional dari tahun 1967 sampai dengan tahun 2019 dalam satuan ton. Sebagai data latih digunakan data tahun 1967 sampai dengan tahun 2006 dan sisanya dipakai sebagai data uji. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan percobaan untuk mengetahui pengaruh panjang deret waktu dan ukuran batch terhadap kinerja model RNN dengan tiga ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model RNN dengan panjang deret waktu 4 dan ukuran batch 16 menghasilkan nilai mean absolut percentage error (MAPE) sebesar 9.0% dengan nilai korelasi 0.77. Secara umum, model RNN yang dibangun mampu menangkap pola produksi tebu nasional dengan tingkat kesalahan yang masih dapat ditoleransi. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci: deret waktu, peramalan, produksi tebu, recurrent neural networks \u0000 \u0000Abstract: Sugarcane production in Indonesia is spread over several regions. This condition results in high variability of the variables that affect national sugarcane production. In addition, it is not easy to obtain these data over a long period. As a result, it is very difficult to forecast the production of national sugarcane based on the influencing variables. Therefore, the forecasting was based on historical data of the national sugarcane production. This study aims to develop a recurrent neural networks (RNN) model for forecasting national sugarcane production based on historical data. The data used is national sugarcane production data from 1967 to 2019 in tons. As training data, data from 1967 to 2006 were used and the rest was used as test data. In this study, an experiment was conducted to determine the effect of time series length and batch size on the performance of the RNN model with three replications. The results showed that the RNN model with a time series length of 4 and a batch size of 16 produced a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 9.0% with a correlation value of 0.77. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode SAP Active yang menggunakan enam tahapan. Tulisan ini menampilkan tahapan-tahapan penting yang timbul pada saat migrasi dengan metode SAP Active, sehingga bisa memberikan suatu pemahaman bagaimana memulai dan menyelesaikan sebuah project implementasi dan migrasi sistem SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) ke S4HC. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa tahapan migrasi pada modul material management dimulai dari tahapan discover, prepare, explore, realize, and deploy dan run. Support from top level and users is the main key in the success of an ERP implementation project. One of the ERP trends that is widely used in middle and upper-scale companies is ERP from SAP. System analysis program (SAP) S/4 Hana Cloud or S4HC is a Cloud-based SAP Business Suite. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the stages in the migration of legacy ERP systems to cloud-based ERP systems that provide convenience in term of technical and operational aspects. The method used is the SAP Active method which uses six stages. This paper presents the important stages that arise during the migration with the SAP Active method, so that it can provide an understanding of how to start and complete a project implementation and migration of the SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) system to S4HC. The results of this study are in the form of migration stages in the material management module starting from the discover, prepare, explore, realize, deploy and run stages. Ada banyak mall di Kota Depok seperti Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D’Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, dan Cimanggis Square. Banyaknya Mall yang ada kerap kali membuat pengunjung bingung untuk menentukan kemana harus pergi kemall yang membuat nyaman dan bisa semua dilakukan. Berangkat dari permasalahan ini maka tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan Mall terbaik. Ada beberapa kriteria yang digunakan dalam menentukan Mall terbaik yaitu Kebersihan, Keamanan, Tempat parkir, Kelengkapan tenant, Lokasi strategis dan Fasilitas umum. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode Topsis, metode ini pengambilan keputusan menggunakan multi kriteria dengan prinsip untuk alternaatif yang terpilih memiliki jarak terdekat untuk solusi terbaik positif. Hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa Mall Terbaik di Kota Depok yaitu Margo City dengan nilai 1, untuk rangking kedua yaitu Detos dengan nilai 0,9887, dan rangking ketiga yaitu ITC Depok dengan nilai 0,3246. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci: mall, metode Topsis, sistem pendukung keputusan \u0000 \u0000Abstract: The mall is a place for shopping and refreshing that is very popular among many people. In addition to shopping, in the mall there are also many culinary delights, children's playgrounds, cinemas, and many entertainment facilities in the mall. There are many malls in Depok City such as Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D'Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, and Cimanggis Square. The number of existing malls often makes visitors confused about where to go to the mall which makes everything comfortable and can be done. Departing from this problem, the purpose of this study was to determine the best Mall. There are several criteria used in determining the best mall, namely Cleanliness, Security, Parking, Tenant Completeness, Strategic Location and Public Facilities. In this study, the author uses the Topsis method. This method uses multiple criteria for decision making with the principle that the chosen alternative has the closest distance to the best positive solution.
