This system can be described as the next-generation system that can dramatically increase the UAV flight times. Also, UAV systems require a large energy at the time of VTOL to be conducted for a short time. The control strategy aims at controlling charging and discharging energy storage process based on wind power and load changes. What's more, the original strategy is optimized by intervening in battery charging and discharging to manage State of Charge (SOC) of battery. The strategy has been applied to a test system named IEEE RTS79, and the simulation results validate the effect of this strategy. Corresponding formula derivation is carried on which shows that two-octave instantaneous power can be injected into the coupled inductor, and does not affect the characteristics of input voltage of the rectifier and DC bus voltage. The total copper losses minimization of the motor has been investigated through adjusting of the commutation in order to improve the efficiency of the motor. An optimal algorithm has been used to determine the proper commutation path at each operation point. The proposed method extends the low loss commutation control strategy to achieve efficient operation in a wide range of speed. The basic working principle is analyzed in depth in this paper firstly. A precise control law is deduced to control the output voltage and the circulating current directly and precisely. Different from the conventional control law, arm inductor voltages are considered in the proposed method. It is proved that in terms of eliminating the circulating current, the effect of this control law is approximately equivalent to the conventional closed loop control with circulating current suppressing controller (CCSC). Based on this control law, the operation of MMC is further analyzed and the modulation index limitation is offered when the circulating current is eliminated. Furthermore, this paper deals with reducing the capacitor voltage ripple. After comparison, the paper gives an optimized form for single-phase MMC when only second-order circulating current is injected. The analysis can be extended to three-phase MMC. This paper highlights certain design aspects and critical areas in design of such machine. A laboratory prototype of three phase brushless doubly fed reluctance generator is designed and fabricated to examine various aspects. The analysis of this machine is carried out by using finite element method along with simulation studies at steady state level. So, Only pure generation of solar and wind turbine is hard to achieve stable power supply. Because of these reason, operating methods need for stable power supply. This paper analyzes the daily pattern of power and presents the operating methods of micro-grid consist of PV module and wind turbine. Meanwhile, it inherits merits of limitation of inrush-current at startup and the same voltage gain which improved Z-source inverter has. By controlling the additional switch properly, the proposed Z-source converter can eliminate abnormal operation state and work on synchronous rectification mode to achieve dual power flow. The operating principle and parameters design of the proposed converter have been analyzed.
