Balik Sudarsana","doi":"10.24843/bf.2023.v24.i02.p08","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24843/bf.2023.v24.i02.p08","url":null,"abstract":"Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasangan meja pasien terhadap dosis serap pada pesawat Co-60 merk NPIC-GWXJ80 di Instalasi Radioterapi RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Pengukuran dosis radiasi merupakan salah satu bagian dari Quality Control (QC) pesawat radioterapi. Pengukuran dilakukan sesuai dengan protokol TRS 398 IAEA, menggunakan phantom slab dengan tebal 10 cm, dosis 200 cGy, source to surface distance (SSD) 80 cm dengan sudut penyinaran 00 (posisi anteroposterior/AP) dan 1800 (posisi posteroanterior/PA). Perhitungan dosis serap radiasi dilakukan menggunakan worksheet Microsoft Excel TRS 398. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa dosis serap dengan pemasangan meja pasien lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan tanpa pemasangan meja pasien. Deviasi dosis serap pada pengukuran AP, PA tanpa meja dan PA dengan meja secara berurutan yaitu 1,24%, 1,48% dan 5,04%. Deviasi dosis serap pada pengukuran PA dengan meja melebihi batas toleransi yang ditetapkan oleh IAEA yaitu ±5%, sehingga perlu dilakukan perhitungan faktor koreksi untuk meja pasien. Nilai faktor koreksi meja pasien adalah 0,97 dengan waktu penyinaran terkoreksi yaitu 1,56 menit. This study uses secondary data in September 2020, such as satellite image data and meteorological condition data, because in 2020, the Nusa Tenggara Islands have the largest forest fires, NTT reaches 114,719.00 Ha, and NTB reaches 29,157.00 Ha. In this study, to detect smoke caused by forest and land fires, the Himawari-8 satellite and the Terra Aqua satellite will produce images to detect smoke. The image data will be processed using Satellite Animation and Interactive Diagnosis (SATAID) software for the Himawari-8 satellite and Hypersectral Data Viewer for Development of Research Applications (HYDRA) for the Terra Aqua satellite. The image results from the satellite will detect and show the distribution of smoke with the red, green, blue (RGB) technique, where the RGB technique will provide color contrast to the image object to be detected. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of differences in power level and exposure time on the Raman spectrum pattern and to determine the power level and exposure time that can be used as a standard to distinguish normal and cancer cervical tissue spectrum patterns. This study used histological preparations of cancerous and normal cervical tissue. The preparations were made in the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory of Sanglah Hospital and the Bali Branch of the Indonesian Cancer Foundation. Samples were treated with power levels of 300 and 400 mW, with exposure times of 3000 and 4000 ms at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The resulting spectrum is then analyzed to be used as a standard in differentiating the spectrum pattern of normal and cancerous cervical tissue. Raman spectroscopy analysis with power levels of 300 and 400 mW on cervical tissue resulted in differences in intensity and shift in wave number. The maximum intensity difference is 0.211 au and the wavenumber shift is 7.257 cm-1. Analysis of cervical tissue using Raman Spectroscopy with exposure times of 3000 and 4000 ms resulted in a difference in intensity of 0.022 au and a wave number of 1432.834 cm-1. The 3DCRT and IMRT techniques were compared by analyzing the values ??of the HI (Homogeneity Index), CI (Conformity Index) and radiation dose distribution in the OAR (Organ At Risk), namely the bladder. The data used are 30 cervical cancer patient data with 10 MV photon beam radiotherapy planning and a total radiation dose of 5000 cGy. In calculating the HI and CI values, the data used were radiation dose of 98%, 50%, 2% of target volume and 95% volume on PTV and the average dose on Bladder organs. The data was obtained from the DVH (Dose Volume Histogram) statistics contained in the TPS (Treatment Planning System). The results of the HI value of 0.0818 for the 3DCRT technique and 0.0899 for the IMRT technique with statistical test results obtained the Asimp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.056> 0.05 which means it is not significant, while for the results of the CI value of 0.9500 for the 3DCRT technique and 0.9499 for the IMRT technique with statistical test results obtained the Asimp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.970> 0.05 which means it is not significant, meanwhile the percentage of the average dose in the bladder organ obtained an average result from the 3DCRT and IMRT irradiation techniques, 96% and 88%, respectively, with statistical test results, the Asimp.Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.000 <0.05, which was significant. Pengukuran dilakukan pada 5 lintasan dengan menggunakan resistivity meter tipe Naniura NDR 300HF. Hasil pengukuran pada lintasan 1 dan 2 menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi intrusi air laut dengan nilai resistivitas 0,233 ohm.m dan 0,202 ohm.m. Pada lintasan 3 juga telah terdeteksi intrusi air laut dengan nilai resistivitas 0,268 ohm.m pada jarak terjauhnya adalah 1013 m dari lintasan 1. Pada lintasan 4 dengan nilai resistivitas 2,11 ohm.m dan 5 dengan nilai resistivitas 1,58 ohm.m menunjukkan bahwa lintasan tersebut belum terintrusi air laut. Research aims to figure out the conditions, anomalies, and frequency distributions rainfall in Bali Province during the existence of MJO’s 4 and 5 phase for 1991-2020 a descriptive statistical methods. The data used is daily rainfall data for 1991-2020. The results of observations from the Jembrana Class II Climatology Station and MJO data for phases 4 and 5 which monitor the presence of the MJO. The result of this study is a graph of the average rainfall calculated to inform rainfall conditions during MJO and compared to normal. Based on the results of calculations and data analysis shows Pos Candi Kuning is the post that has the most impact, this is because it has the highest increase in the amount of rainfall than normal with the highest increase of 72 mm/month occurring in March. Then for rainfall anomalies in the form of a positive anomalous percentage graph that causes increased precipitation in Bali Province. The anomaly of positive rainfall is 65% at Pos Candi Kuning. Alat bantu yang digunakan berupa phantom skull, imaging plate, grid, dan CR. Faktor eksposi yang digunakan diatur konstan. Untuk mengetahui besar nilai EI dilakukan ekspose dengan variasi luas bidang penyinaran berikut, 25 cm x 25 cm, 25 cm x 28 cm, 28 cm x 30 cm, 30 cm x 36 cm dan 30 cm x 43 cm. Kemudian dilakukan ekspose dengan menggunakan luas bidang penyinaran konstan yaitu 25 cm x 25 cm, namun dilakukan variasi delay time processing sebagai berikut, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 menit. Nilai EI digunakan untuk mencari nilai DI. Selanjutnya dibuatkan grafik dan dilakukan pengujian berupa uji regresi untuk mengetahui hubungan luas bidang penyinaran terhadap EI dan delay time processing terhadap EI. Dilakukan juga uji analisis jalur untuk mengetahui hubungan luas bidang penyinaran terhadap DI dan delay time processing terhadap DI. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan luas bidang penyinaran dan delay time processing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap EI. Namun sebagian wilayahnya masih berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi lahan pertanian. Analisis ketersediaan air khususnya untuk tanaman padi perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui waktu tanam padi, dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas lahan. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan adalah neraca air lahan dan neraca air tanaman. Hasil perhitungan berupa persentase air tersedia untuk tanaman padi, dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan periode tanam dalam bentuk pola tanam padi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa penurunan nilai ketersediaan air tanah (KAT) terjadi karena penurunan curah hujan pada bulan Juni hingga Agustus sekitar 9 dasarian untuk berada di bawah Kapasitas Lapang (KL). Nilai KAT meningkat saat awal musim hujan terjadi bulan Januari hingga April untuk periode I dan bulan September hingga Desember untuk Periode II. DSSC dibuat dengan menggunakan semikonduktor TiO2 yang dilapiskan pada kaca konduktif Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) dengan variasi konsentrasi dye daun Hokianti mikro sebesar 60, 75 dan 90 mg/mL dan variasi warna lampu penyinaran pada DSSC yaitu merah, orange, hijau, biru dan putih. Pada penelitian ini, hasil karakterisasi dengan spektofotometer FTIR menunjukkan bahwa sampel mengandung gugus fungsi cincin aromatik yang berperan sebagai antosianin. Analisis dengan SEM memperlihatkan morfologi permukaan sampel terdapat tumpukan butiran-butiran dengan batas-batas yang jelas sehingga dapat diperoleh ukuran diameter butiran sekitar (54,13±0,62)?m. Karakterisasi dye sampel dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada tiga konsentrasi 60, 75 dan 90 mg/mL menyerap cahaya pada daerah UV yaitu pada rentang panjang gelombang 200-400 nm dengan nilai absorbansi berturut-turut sebesar 0,4271, 0,4275 dan 0,5449. Nilai absorbansi maksimum terjadi pada konsentrasi 90 mg/mL yaitu sebesar 0,5449. Hasil karakterisasi I-V menunjukkan bahwa variasi konsentrasi dye sampel sebesar 60, 75 dan 90 mg/mL berpengaruh terhadap nilai efisiensi DSSC dengan nilai efisiensi tertinggi pada warna lampu merah, orange, hijau, biru dan putih berturut-turut 0,272%, 1,008%, 1,536%, 1,632% dan 2,080%. Dosis paparan radiasi sinar-X diukur menggunakan surveymeter di dalam dan di luar ruangan pada dinding penahan radiasi primer (A), dinding penahan radiasi sekunder (B dan D) dan dinding penahan radiasi bocor (C) dengan mengatur faktor eksposi pada tegangan tabung 80 kV, arus tabung 200 mA dan waktu 0,160 detik. Hasil pengukuran dosis paparan radiasi pada suatu dinding digunakan untuk menghitung laju paparan radiasi rata-rata. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata laju paparan radiasi sinar-X pada dinding A sebesar 1,106 × 10-7 mR/h, dinding B sebesar 1,600 × 10-7 mR/h, dinding C sebesar 6,217 × 10-8 mR/h dan dinding D sebesar 7,668 × 10-8 mR/h. Hasil perhitungan laju paparan radiasi sinar-X pada dinding di luar laboratorium diperoleh sebesar 0 mR/h. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat bahwa laju paparan radiasi sinar-X di laboratorium diagnostik ATRO Bali masih di bawah nilai batas dosis (NBD) yang direkomendasikan oleh Perka Bapeten No. 8 tahun 2011 sebesar 0,57 mR/h untuk pekerja radiasi dan 0,03 mR/h untuk masyarakat.
