Artiklen er baseret på en undersøgelse af, hvordan berørte faggrupper i en stor dansk kommune responderer på implementeringen af to sociale teknologier i det tværgående samarbejde omkring udsatte børn og unge. Der konkluderes at teknologiernes implementering afhænger af medarbejdernes vurdering af en bred række aspekter. The question is how the text of the reform is translated and transformed into pedagogical practice in an ordinary Danish primary and lower secondary school. The theoretical framework for the analysis is translation theory. The study is a case study, and the empirical data for the analysis are documents, observations, interviews and recordings from meetings held at a school during the autumn of 2014. Mange folkeskoler er lukkede, og skolevalget bliver løbende mere socialt skævt. Samtidig anvender stadigt flere skoler spirituelle praksisser som mindfulness, yoga og meditation. Ofte støttet af offentlige midler. Med en økonomisk analyseramme inspireret af Karl Marx kan spiritualisering af skolen forstås som kulturelle forandringspro- cesser, der indebærer social fragmen- tering og segregering og i yderste fald politisk polarisering. Imidlertid er der intet, der tyder på, at udbuddet og efter- spørgslen efter spirituelle teknikker vil falde. De to er 1) at tage op uheldige hændelser og 2) at udøve politiskøn. Disse to er identificeret ud fra en dokument undersøgelse af studenternes svar på en eksamen i professionsetik foretaget efter udplaceringen. {"title":"Racialisering og viljen til det gode i børnehavens sprogarbejde","authors":"Josefine Lee Stage","doi":"10.7146/tfp.v17i32.125154","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7146/tfp.v17i32.125154","url":null,"abstract":"In this article, an egalitarian project concerning children’s language in kindergartens is explored through the concepts racialization and doing good. The investigation is based on analyses of language testing material and an interview with a social educator. It is argued that the language test implies racial expectations, and that bilingual children are being embedded and interpreted within an understanding of monolingual, danish children’s development history. Furthermore, it is argued that the social educator’s urge to do good is performed through emotional investments in racial understandings of bilingual children. Finally, it is concluded that the project concerning children’s language contains racial debris, which does not constitute an unambiguous figure, but activates processes, which are initiated and maintained through racializing logics and emotional investments. Through a comparative and hermeneutic inspired approach different ideals of school leadership are identified. The analyses point to that the ideal of school leadership has changed from an ideal where the school leader is an experienced “craftsman” to an ideal where the school leader is a service leader and at present to an ideal, where the school leader are focusing on research and learning.
