Simulation studies and the experiments with remote sensing satellite derived imagery data are conducted. It is found that the proposed SOM based image clustering method shows much better clustered result for both simulation and real satellite imagery data. It is also found that the separability among clusters of the proposed method is 16% longer than the existing k-mean clustering. It is also found that the separability among clusters of the proposed method is 16% longer than the existing k-mean clustering. The numbers of new student acquisition are not always the same every year. The unstable number of new student acquisition made the difficulty in designing classes, lecturers, and other charges. Knowing the prediction number of new student acquisition for the coming period is very important as a basis for further decision making. Least Square method as the method of calculation to determine the scores prediction is often used to have a prediction, because the calculation is more accurate then moving average.\u0000The study was aimed to help the private colleges or universities, especially STMIK BANJARBARU, in predicting the number of new students who are accepted, so it will be easier to make decisions in determining the next steps and estimating the financial matters.\u0000The prediction of the number of new student acquisition will facilitates STMIK BANJARBARU to determine the number of classes, scheduling, etc.\u0000From the results of the study, it can be concluded that prediction analysis by using Least Square Method can be used to predict the number of new students acquisition for the coming period based on the student data in the previous years, because it produces valid results or closer to the truth. Consequently, mobile learning has become a core component in modern education. Nevertheless, introducing mobile learning systems does not automatically guarantee that learners will develop a positive behavioural intention to use it and therefore use it. Thus, acceptance-of-technology and system-success studies have increased. As yet, however, much of the research regarding understanding students’ behavioural intention to use mobile learning systems seems to suffer from several shortcomings. On top of that, there is no common cognitive theoretical foundation. This study introduces a theoretical framework that combines the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Information System (IS) Success Model. This integration resulted in three success measures and two acceptance constructs. The success measures included the following: a) information quality, b) system quality, and c) user satisfaction; whilst the following were the acceptance measures: a) effort expectancy, b) performance expectancy, and c) social influence. Further, this study introduces lecture attitude as a new construct that is believed to moderate students’ behavioural intention. Sky-radiometer and aureole-meter is well known instrument which allows measurements of solar direct and diffuse irradiance for estimation of aerosol parameter. The proposed fiber-ball radiometer also allows solar direct and diffuse irradiance measurements and is comparatively light as well as is composed without any mechanics so that it is portable and is enable to bring anywhere you want including test sites for field campaigns. Meanwhile, it is not always that the fiber-ball instrument points to the sun due to the error of the sun ephemeris calculations as well as sun track do not match to the actual one. Influence due to pointing error on aerosol parameter estimation error is clarified. Possible maximum pointing error may cause some error on aerosol parameter estimation. Some fully centralized approaches (which require agents to fully reveal their private information) have been proposed for the plan synthesis problem in the literature. However, in the real world, private information exists widely, and it is unacceptable for a self-interested agent to reveal its private information. In this paper, we define a class of multi-agent planning problems, in which self-interested agents' values are private information, and the agents are ready to cooperate with each other in order to cost efficiently achieve their individual goals. We further propose a semi-distributed mechanism to deal with this kind of problems. In this mechanism, the involved agents will bargain with each other to reach an agreement, and do not need to reveal their private information. There are some cases of which although a portion of data is missing, mean value of the time series of data is known. For instance, although coarse resolution of imagery data are acquired every day, fine resolution of imagery data are missing sometimes. In other words, coarse resolution of imaging sensor has wide swath width while fine resolution of imaging sensor has narrow swath, in general. Therefore, coarse resolution of sensor data can be acquired every day while fine resolution of sensor data can be acquired not so frequently. It would be nice to become able to create frequently acquired fine resolution of sensor data (every day) using the previously acquired fine resolution of sensor data together with the coarse resolution of sensor data. The proposed method allows creation of fine resolution sensor data with the aforementioned method based on a modified Kalman filter. As an example of the proposed method, prediction of missing ASTER/VNIR data based on Kalman filter using simultaneously acquired MODIS data as a mean value of time series data in revision of filter status is attempted together with a comparative study of prediction errors for both conventional Kalman filter and the proposed modified Kalman filter which utilizes mean value of time series data derived from the other sources. Experimental data shows that 4 to 111% of prediction error reduction can be achieved by the proposed modified Kalman filter in comparison to the conventional Kalman filter. It is found that the reduction rate depends on the mean value accuracy of time series data derived from the other data sources. Thus, it seems necessary to study reasons, factors and relations between occurrence of different crimes and finding the most appropriate ways to control and avoid more crimes. The main objective of this paper is to classify clustered crimes based on occurrence frequency during different years. Data mining is used extensively in terms of analysis, investigation and discovery of patterns for occurrence of different crimes. We applied a theoretical model based on data mining techniques such as clustering and classification to real crime dataset recorded by police in England and Wales within 1990 to 2011. We assigned weights to the features in order to improve the quality of the model and remove low value of them. These societies are analogous to human and ecological societies, and are an expanding and emerging field in research about social systems. Social networks, electronic markets and disaster management organizations can be viewed as such artificial (open) agent societies and can be best understood as computational societies. Members of such artificial agent societies are heterogeneous intelligent software agents which are operating locally and cooperating and coordinating with each other in order to achieve goals of an agent society. These artificial agent societies have some kind of dynamics existing in them in terms of dynamics of Agent Migration, Role-Assignment, Norm- Emergence, Security and Agent-Interaction. The data sources of the aforementioned three calibration methods are different and independent. Therefore, it may say that the reliable Radiometric Calibration Accuracy: RCC would be the RCC which are resemble each other two of three RCCs. As experimental results, it is found that vicarious and cross calibration are reliable than onboard calibration. Also vicarious calibration based cross calibration method is proposed here. The proposed cross calibration method should be superior to the conventional cross calibration method based on band-to- band data comparison. Through experiments, it is also found that the proposed cross calibration is better than the conventional cross calibration.
